• Grote (8/5): Very nice appartment on a nice location ( but no frontdesk or concierge to go to) - The view is absolutely stunning The appartment was nice Before our stay it was easy to get in touch with our host During the stay ( maybe Because of Xmas) we did not get answers anymore Check in is a little complicated You can not leave luggage at the desk, at a charge in the store opposite There was no WIFI

What could have been better. 1 kitchen tea-towel for a week, require more (bought additional and left at the property). 2. Dish drainer, for somewhere to place a few washed dishes. Bought a cake cooling rack as a makeshift drainer. 3. No wine/champagne glasses 4. More than 1 bathroom towel each for a week and pool use. 5. One 2 seater couch. It is a two bed apartment. One couple use the couch, any one else has to sit on the dining chairs, not comfortable or relaxing. 6. Another set of keys so everyone can be a bit more independent.

• Beth (10/5): A great apartment with an amazing view in a very convenient location — we really enjoyed our stay - Great location, spacious, great view The kitchen was generally functional, but it was missing a few basics we expected, like wine glasses.
• Roslyn (8/5): Great location comfortable unit - Property was booked for 4 people and was a convenient location. Bed and linen comfortable and clean, bath products supplied were plentiful. No staff to assist with any queries. Veranda very dirty and dusty, not inviting, windows dirty, pillows on lounge need to be replaced or washed, under bed in main bedroom needs to be vacuumed it has dirty tissues and rubbish under the bed, only 2 glasses provided fir 4 persons. Laundry facilities were provided but a small clothes rack would be useful. Overall great location, nice unit , Thankyou

• Rory (7/5): Nice view but overpriced for what we got unfortunately - Great location No wine glasses and a used sponge under kitchen sink. Also only one bedside table in master, very frustrating. Big pump body wash, Cole’s brand, in both showers. For the price we paid I expected more
• Lyn (8/5): Fantadtic spot for a short stay - Excellent location. Close to trams, restaurants, casino etc. Walking distance to most places. We attended the Australian OPen and it was easy to get there. We had a great view and the apartment was large and comfortable for 4 people. The only downside - and this is not related to the actual apartment - is the difficulty of finding parking if you travel by car. There is no parking at Prima Towers. If I stay there again I'll downsize my luggage and use public transport

Supermarket close by - Woolies for cheaper option was 5 minute walk - Foodworks just around the corner. The host was very responsive and helpful in the whole booking and check-in process. Much appreciated. Really the only thing we missed was wine glasses - we had to drink out of regular water glasses. If anything, the apartment was slightly smaller than expected - bedrooms especially, but that really didn't bother us as there were only the two of us - one bedroom each.

Good supply of basic utensils and crockery, great sharp knives for food preparation too. The strange smell in the corridor of floor 23
