• Sylvia (9/5): Tolle Wohnung - Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet, tolle Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, genügend Geschirr und Gläser. Auch noch ein schöner kleiner Balkon zur Sonnenseite. Überhaupt war die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen:)

• Simon (9/5): Wonderful beach getaway - Location is perfect for a beach getaway. Very quiet, residential area. Easy and free parking available close to the apartment. Well stocked supermarket within walking distance. Julie was very flexible accommodating an early check-in and extra bed sheets. She also provided clear instructions and was readily available for any questions and follow-ups. The apartment is modern and is well stocked, equipped with all amenities and kitchenware. The staircase leading to the apartment is very narrow making it difficult to transport larger and heavy items.
• Birgit (7/5): Es war schön und hat mir sehr gut getan, genau was ich wollte u gebraut habe. - sauber nett einfach ankommen u wohlfühlen Kein Lift aber nur wegen meiner Dackeldame musste sie ja immer tragen. Aber man kann es auch positiv sehen Sport bei jedem Auf/& Abstieg.😜

PAS DE PARKING !! - L’emplacement et la pièce de vie correspondaient aux photos et étaient agréables. - odeur d’égouts dans tout l’appartement - 3 adultes mais seulement 2 lits de faits sur les 3 disponibles - MENSONGE sur le parking 1 place pour 2 appartements alors que les autres locataires ne sont pas sensés avoir de place - Solutions non satisfaisantes genre prenez vous une amende et on vous la remboursera … LOL !! - Si par malchance vous n’arrivez pas en premier sur la place, vous allez tourner pendant 45min-1h - On a jamais pu profiter de la place que l’on nous avait promis, chaque soir il faut s’embêter à trouver une solution par nous même, tous les parkings publics sont complets - Caution de 250€ non mentionnée sur l’annonce exigée avant d’arriver sous la forme d’un virement bancaire, non pas une retenue sur la carte de crédit - Propriétaire indisponible pour ses clients, quand on arrive à l’avoir par sms c’est pour nous dire de ne pas la déranger car elle est au restaurant !?!?!? - Ce n’est pas non plus écrit dans l’annonce mais pour les poubelles, il n’y a pas de containers dans le building, vous devez les prendre avec vous dans votre voiture et aller les déposer dans un container public - Pas de dédommagement proposé alors que tous les services n’ont pas été honorés - Dégivrer le congélateur car inutilisable !!
• Lobke (9/5): - We hebben hier een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. De accommodatie was netjes en hygiënisch. Het contact met de eigenaars verliep professioneel en snel, met duidelijke en vlotte communicatie. Absoluut een aanrader.

• xavier (8/5): Séjour agréable - L’emplacement est bien. Plage à 200 m. L’appartement est bien très bien équipé. Commerces à proximité et contact avec le propriétaire très plaisant. Les carreaux étaient sales. Pas aspiré en dessous du lit. Pas d’ascenseur.

• Danirhlee (8/5): - Having a parking lot right in front of the house was an undeniable advantage, and I also liked that it was close to the seaside. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which I really appreciated since it allowed us to prepare our own meals if we wanted to. The host’s responses were quick both on the check-in day and during our stay. However, there were a few downsides. As soon as we entered the building, there was a strong, musty smell like that of a damp basement in an old building. A similar smell seemed to come from the bathroom as well. Our accommodation was on the second floor, and the staircase was very narrow—only wide enough for one person to pass at a time. I think it would be quite inconvenient if you had a lot of luggage or a stroller. Another thing I found disappointing was the lack of clear information about waste separation. It would have been nice if detailed recycling instructions were posted on the wall inside the house. I heard that waste sorting is quite strict in Belgium, but there was only one black trash bin without any color-coded bags, which was unfortunate. Also, there were no curtains or blinds on the glass door leading to the living room balcony, so when the indoor lights were on, everything inside was visible from outside. The side window in the living room also had no curtain, which was another drawback. Lastly, at night, there was a rattling noise coming from somewhere near the room with the bunk bed on the second floor. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might be difficult to get a good night’s sleep because the sound continued throughout the night.

• Rianne (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf om er even tussenuit te gaan. - Gastheer en -vrouw reageren erg snel. Erg ruim en sfeervol ingericht. Fijne douche. Faciliteiten aanwezig. Dichtbij de kust. We hebben genoten met elkaar.
• Lars (9/5): Toll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage. - Tolle Wohnung in toller - und ruhiger Lage für Ausflüge / Urlaub in der Region. Freundliche Gastgeber die erreichbar sind und schnell antworten. Wir hatten eine Anpassung, die direkt vom Gastgeber umgesetzt wurde. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und gerade die Küche, beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt - Danke.
• Sabrina (9/5): Prachtig ingericht, ruim appartement op een fijne locatie - De uitstraling van het appartement in combinatie met de ligging. Het ligt heel dicht bij het strand in een nette, rustige buurt. Het was makkelijk bereikbaar en de communicatie met de host was vlot, vriendelijk en duidelijk. Er wordt aangegeven dat het appartement geliefd is bij gezinnen, maar er is niets van speelgoed aanwezig of een paar boekjes. Het hoeft allemaal niet veel te zijn of het nieuwste, maar wel net even iets waarmee de kinderen zich zouden kunnen vermaken. Dat is ook mijn enige feedback.

Ils ont mis les premiers besoins dans l'appartement (huile, épices, café, ...) ce qui est vraiment agréable L'appartement est très bien. Il est très grand, plein de lumière, très bien équipé, très confortable, très bien situé, très propre,.... Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir! tout était parfait

• Stephanie (10/5): - Het appartement was zeer netjes, ruim en met smaak ingericht. De locatie was perfect voor ons gezin: rustig gelegen, maar toch vlak bij de zee, supermarkten en traiteur/restaurants. Het contact met de eigenaars verliep zeer vlot en ze gaven ons verschillende restaurant tips. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
• Katrien (10/5): Top - We hebben enorm genoten van ons last-minute verblijf. Alles was netjes en modern ingericht, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De ligging is ideaal: heel dicht bij de zee, in een rustige en mooie buurt, maar toch met voldoende winkels in de buurt. Het appartement straalt rust uit en bood ons precies de ontspanning die we zochten. Een echte aanrader!

• Melissa G (9/5): Comfortable, clean accommodations with friendly and responsive host. - Perfect location for a small weekend getaway. Centrally located to many restaurants and amenities for our needs. Dog-friendly, so we didn't have to leave ours behind. Clear instructions to get in/out of the building. Reserved parking in advance with the host to accommodate our rental van. Overall, we loved the minimalistic furniture and the cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately, even with the screened doors, we had many mosquitoes come in. We have many bug bites from our stay.

Al de positieve reviews gelezen en helemaal akkoord met de bevindingen: prima ligging, heel net, goed uitgerust, perfecte communicatie, ... Wij waren heel tevreden en gaan het adresje zeker onthouden voor een volgend uitje aan zee.

• Rene (10/5): Het was een fijn appartement om 'thuis' te komen; heerlijke omgeving en je loopt zo naar het strand. - Het was een modern en schoon appartement. Keuken en badkamer helemaal naar wens. Vlak bij het strand. Fijn dat de auto voor de deur gezet kon worden. Goede en duidelijke communicatie door de host.
• Elke (10/5): Heerlijk kunnen genieten met ons kersverse gezinnetje - Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend doorgebracht in dit appartement. De ligging is ideaal: op slechts 5 minuten wandelen van de dijk, in een rustige straat en toch vlak bij een Carrefour en enkele bakkers. Het appartement was heel netjes en smaakvol ingericht, met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het contact met de eigenaars verliep vlot en vriendelijk. Er is één parkeerplaats recht voor de deur, maar in de omliggende straten kan je ook gemakkelijk en gratis parkeren – dit werd vooraf duidelijk gecommuniceerd, wat we erg apprecieerden. Voor ons baby’tje stond er bovendien al een kinderbedje klaar bij aankomst, wat een fijne en zorgzame extra was. Ook fijn: hondjes zijn toegelaten, waardoor het verblijf extra toegankelijk is voor gezinnen met een viervoeter. 🐾 Kortom: een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een rustig, verzorgd en goed gelegen verblijf dicht bij de kust! Als we écht een klein puntje moeten noemen: er waren geen vliegenramen aan de straatkant. Maar goed, dat is eigenlijk muggenziften 😉

• Elisabeth (9/5): A good stay for a reasonable price. - The apartment was large, spacious, clean, and bright. The walk to the beach was also very short, and the apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. It was great that my dog (a Golden Retriever) was allowed to come along—even without an extra fee! A minor downside was that the bath towels had a slightly musty smell.
• Steven (10/5): Great modern apartment close to the beach. - The apartment and all furniture are of high quality and all was in excellent condition, very modern and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, the free coffee capsules were appreciated. We liked the location a lot, 5min walk from the beach but in a calm neighbourhood. You can park the car on the streets but pay attention to the signs since some streets are paying or for inhabitants only. We’ll come back next year !

The 85 square meter apartment was beautifully decorated and had a fully equipped, modern kitchen that made our stay very comfortable. Everything was new and tastefully furnished. The location was perfect, with the „kusttram“ stop just 250 meters away and Mariakerke Bad beach only about 500 meters from the apartment. This made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy the beach. Overall, we had an excellent experience and comfort. The hosts of the apartment Julie and Bryan, were very accommodating, kind, and always helpful. Thank you very much!
