• michel (10/5): Een aanrader, voor herhaling vatbaar! - We hadden een appartement met 1 slaapkamer, heel ruim. Grote badkamer. Gezellig dorpje. Als je wat langer blijft mag er wat variatie in het ontijt zijn. Was elke dag hetzelfde.

• Inge (9/5): Gerne wieder - Es war ruhig, sehr modern, hochwertig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Toller Blick, schöner Balkon, Parkplätze vor der Tür, Zentral in Ötz gelegen. Toll die Ermäßigung für den Aqua Dome. Ich hätte mir weniger Anonymität gewünscht. Nach 7 Std Fahrt mit einem Automat einchecken war doch sehr anstrengend. So ist es aber wohl heutzutage.

• Myriam (10/5): - Sehr moderne und sehr neue Ausstattung, die uns super gefallen hat. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade für eine noch größere Wohnung bekommen. Die Chefin des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr opulent mit großer Auswahl und wurde direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Skitage im Gebiet Hochoetz zu verbringen. Kühtai ist auch schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Laura (6/5): The hotel has potential, but some details would benefit from improvement. - We enjoyed our stay, but the hotel has its flaws. It is new and very nice, but we missed some of the standard services we are used to in hotels. The hotel has a wellness area, but there were no bathrobes in the room – we had to ask for them at the reception, which wasn’t a big problem, but there were no slippers available at all, not even for an extra fee. Without slippers, accessing the wellness area is quite uncomfortable. The room lacked basic amenities except for soap and towels – there was no fridge, minibar, coffee maker, or any cosmetic items that are usually standard in many hotels. Another downside was the view from one of the two windows. It looked directly onto the balcony of the neighbouring room, right opposite the bed, where other guests were staying. This made the room feel less private. Breakfast was also a bit unusual for us. There was no buffet or self-service – the table with some of the breakfast food (bread, cereals, juice etc) was pre-set, and after being seated, we were served cold cuts and cheese, while drinks and eggs had to be ordered separately. A big plus was the very kind lady at the reception. You can see they are trying, but we missed some basic services that hotels typically offer. The hotel has potential, but some details would benefit from improvement.

• Tetiana (9/5): - Очень красивые, чистые номера с прекрасным видом. У нас был двухкомнатный номер. Рядом кафе и супермаркет. Расположение отеля понравилось. То что не было никогда и никого на ресепшене. Вопросы задать или что-то спросить было не у кого. Регестрируешься самостоятельно.

• faisal (10/5): - الفندق جميل اخذت غرفتين وصاله ودورتين مياه الله يكرمكم يقع قبل انسبروك بحوالي 45 دقيقه اخذت فيها 5 ليالي السوبرماركت قريبه والمحطات بكثره توجد فيها حدائق أطفال وألعاب مائيه اذا جيت الفندق قبل الساعه 8 تحصل رسبشن واذا وصولك متأخرك تسوي تسجيل دخول ذاتي بمختصر الكلام حقه ابو يومين ثلاثه فقط ايام الويكند مافي موظفين للاستقبال تسوي شيك ان وشيك اوت لحالك. اتمني انه هذه النقطه يتم تعديلها

• Elke (5/5): Das nächste Mal woanders hin. - Das Hotel ist neu und sehr sauber. Unser Appartement verfügte über alles, was man in einem Appartement so braucht und erwartet. Einzig die Sitzgelegenheit war für meine Bedürfnisse unbequem Es gab eine Bettcouch, die gegebenermassen einen anderen Sitzkomfort als eine normales Sofa hat. Ich hätte mir da zusätzlich einen Sessel gewünscht, da ich auf dieser Couch nicht gut sitzen konnte. Mein Mann hatte da weniger Schwierigkeiten. Er legte sich einfach quer. Die Größe des Appartements war gut, sodass man sich dort gut aufhalten konnte. Es war recht hell und der Balkon war großzügig bemessen. Bei entsprechendem Wetter hat man lange Sonne. Auch ein Sonnenschirm war vorhanden, den man im Sommer auch definitiv brauchen wird, da man lange Sonne auf dem Balkon hat und es in den Zimmern sicher sehr warm wird, Es gab zwar die versprochene Bergsicht, allerdings schaute man auch auf all die umliegenden Dächer, weil dort alles sehr nah aufeinander gebaut ist. Das sind nun mal die Gegebenheiten. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Geschäftsführer des Restaurants im Büro. Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis er sich erhoben hat und herauskam. Wir haben ihm gesagt, dass wir ein Zimmer reserviert haben, woraufhin er auf einen Laptop zeigte und meinte wir sollen selber einchecken. er kenne sich nicht aus. Sprach`s, drehte sich um und ging wieder ins Büro. Freundlichkeit haben wir bei ihm sehr vermisst. Im Gegensatz dazu waren die weiblichen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die ungefragte Duzerei ist negativ aufgefallen. Frühstücksbuffet, im eigentlichen Sinne, gab es nicht. Für jedes Zimmer wurde auf dem Tisch ein eigenes kleines Buffet aufgebaut. Das sah nett aus. Leider ist das sehr unpraktisch, weil somit das Hotel darüber entscheidet, was ich zu frühstücken habe. Wenn ich z.B. bei den Wurstwaren nur gekochten Schinken zum Frühstück mag, habe ich Pech. es liegen 2 Scheiben Schinken auf dem Teller, neben 3 anderen Sorten Wurst. Wenn ich ein normales Buffet habe nehme ich nur das vom Buffet, was ich mag und lasse das andere unbenutzt liegen. Hier jetzt natürlich auch. Aber was geschieht mit den ungebrauchten Lebensmitteln? Bekommt sie ein anderer Gast auf seinen Tisch? Hoffentlich nicht, denn es gibt ja Hygienevorschriften. Wird es weggeworfen? Das wäre furchtbare Lebensmittelverschwendung. Dasselbe gilt für den Käse. Joghurt Marmeladen, Frühstückscerealien usw., wurden, hübsch anzusehen, in Weckgläsern portioniert angeboten. Wird das alles nachher wieder umgeleert und am nächsten Morgen wieder erneut in Gläser gefüllt und auf die Tische gestellt? Das Restaurant ist nur am Abend geöffnet ( Achtung Sonntag ist Ruhetag ) und sehr dunkel beleuchtet. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten die Speisekarte zu lesen. Der "Spa und Wellnessbereich" ist auf eine Sauna reduziert. (Mein Fehler, hätte ich genauer lesen sollen.) Rezeption ist meistens verwaist. Es gibt keine Klingel oder Rufmöglichkeit.

• YaelKa (10/5): Loved this apartment! - A specious apartment with very comfortable beds. I loved the design of the hotel, the saunas, the view from the balcony and everything basically. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't say anything about the food, but I saw the restaurant, and it is beautiful! We got the ‘Summer Card’ and it saved us a lot of money. Our stay was great, and the kids were happy too. I highly recommend going there for vacation. When we arrived, the weather was very hot, so an air conditioner would have been nice. But we managed to sleep well with the windows open.

Не выбирайте небольшие апартаменты (около 24 кв.м - там тесно, нет кухни и выхода на балкон. Берите апарты от 40 кв.м - отдельная спальная комната, гостиная-студия, балкон.

• Netta (10/5): מלון נקי ונעים במיקום מרכזי באוץ - מיקום מרכזי ובמרחק הליכה לבתי קפה וסופרמרקט. נקי מאוד. מיטות נוחות ומטבח די מאובזר . נוף יפה מהמרפסת וכשסוגרים חלונות שקט מאוד. צוות מקסים. לנו פחות הפריע, אבל מי שמתכנן הרבה בישולים ואפיה קצת יתקשה כי אין הרבה מקום על השיש. יש כיריים עם 2 להבות ומיקרו שיש בו גם גריל. אין תנור. והמקרר קטן. שהינו 9 לילות וקצת התקשינו לאתר פחי אשפה מתאימים לכל זרם אשפה והיה קצת קשה לתקשר עם העובדות הנחמדות שניקו את החדרים ולקבל מהן שקיות אשפה.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a fabulous view over the village. It was perfect for a couple of nights with two grown teenagers. There is a cafe approximately 50m from the property, not to mention several other options within easy walking distance. Nothing.
