• Marco (8/5): - Good location with great views over trees with Gibraltar in the distance. Great communication, mainly in Spanish. Able to leave baggage in the apartment after the agreed time - thanks Bathroom a little old and sometimes had a bad odour. No cleaning products available. Shopping supermarket was OK but a long walk for less able persons.
• Martina (9/5): great stay with some inevitable improvements or now I understand why this place has no. 9 rating. - The locality was great, the views of the sea made our stay really extraordinary. Fully equipped apartment where we had everything we needed except for beach umbrella, so we bought one and left it at the aparment for others to use. Beds were comfortable. Elena gave us quite useful information and instructions. The beach was easily accessible from the premises. There were quite enough parking places available nearby, all free of charge. No matter what day or night hour we arrived. We really liked nearby restaurant Como Pez En El Aqua or Amarillo Coffee cafeteria, serving also really great foods. For buying the foods we preferred Carrefour Hypermarket. 2 toilet-paper rolls for 11-day stay, 1 dishwasher and 1 washing gel tablets I do not find really enough. And definitely, the bathroom is a very sad story. I read in the reviews some negative comments about the cleanness, but this really surprised me. The shower corner was full of limescale and mould (seem to be there for some time already), so we sanitized the bathroom so that we could use it. Besides the bathroom, both sleeping rooms, kitchen and a living room zone were clean.

• Caroline (10/5): Very chilled, peaceful environment just what I was looking for - very modern apartment, great view of the sea very chilled and well maintained The property is modern, and clean, very well looked after a nice walk to the sea with facilities around, couple of restaurants and a local shop
• Julia (8/5): Great view and right on the beach! - Wonderful view to the sea and garden. Right on the beach, enough space for 3 adults and very clean. Difficult to find, the noise of the motorway and no freezer compartment in the fridge.
• Kamil (7/5): The balcony view makes up for all the flaws - Location and views from the balcony and windows are great. Although you need a car to move around but it's a great spot because of the short distance to Estepona and Benahavjs. There is also a walking path along the beach which is beautiful. Although the apartment is really nice and I would really like to give it a better score there were two major disadvantages. First, the overall problem with cleaning. Apartment was very poorly cleaned. There was a lot of dust everywhere (especially A/C units - turning it on means breathing all the dust), bathroom hasn't been cleaned at all or it was cleaned only superficially and balcony windows looked like they were not cleaned in a long time. Second thing that we disliked was the overall look of the residential building. It's rather old and run down and the main entrance is not locked.
• Andrei (10/5): All you need in an apartment, with a sea view! - Cleanliness, toiletries, comfortable bed & sofa. And of course the balcony with the sea view! The building didn’t have the entrance locked.
