- Oleksandr (2/5): Very poor - Not a Good Experience to Have – Misleading, Unreliable, and Unprofessional We booked this property expecting a specific location and standard of accommodation. However, on the day of check-in, we received a message that they could not host us due to some unexpected flood. Instead of offering a proper solution or a refund, they moved us to a completely different place — a dorm-style accommodation in a different location, far from where we had planned to stay. The alternative was nowhere near the quality or area we originally booked, and they refused to return our money. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I strongly advise against booking this property — they are unreliable and do not respect their guests.

- Bled (3/5): Poor - I like the location of the place it was in an area really near from the city centre I didn’t like the place that we stayed it was small and not clean i m really sorry to say but yes everything else was okay.
- Klara (9/5): Amazing for short stay! - The location is great! The place has lot of wear and funny smell. But still works perfectly fine and did not seem unhygienic. I mean what do you need for visiting Venice - pretty much just sleep over and hot shower and that worked good. Sleeping in the living room, however, is not much of an option because the kitchen does lot of noises including noisy fridge, water pump and gas heater (and the sofa has lot of history obviously).

- Nataliya (3/5): No internet. - The location is great. There is all necessary furniture and electric equipment. No wi-fi! And mobile internet is not working inside as well. We had to use mobile internet in roaming, which is rather expensive, and we had to go outside every time to use it. I contacted the owner about it, but he was unable to solve the problem. No compensation was proposed. At the end of our stay the owner demanded us to clean the apartment after ourselves. And demanded to throw the garbage at 8 o'clock in the morning (yes, he/she used the word "demand". No "kindly ask you, no "would you be so kind"). Can you imagine,- there are some strange people who prefer to sleep at 8 am... I will not write about the shower, you can read about it in the previous reviews. It definitely needs renovation. It's such a pity these things spoiled the impression from Venice, which is really amazing.
- Vera (1/5): Bad - convenient location. we had been infested with bedbugs. horrible experience. I had so many bites and terrible itching. But was not only this, we had to change our holiday plans and spend extra money in trains as initial plan was to visit some friend's house and could not go anymore as we were scared to carry the bedbugs. Instead we went back home (so missed the weekend with our friends) and spent two days to try our best to wash properly everything. We informed the hotel and they said that they inspected and could not find any bedbugs... unbelievable. Of course they didn't want to take responsibility for ruining our holiday.

- David (3/5): Very poor communication from owner. - The location is good and it is clean. The owner did not respond when we had a major issue with electricity. Our electricity went out during our stay, I messaged the owner. Who did not respond all day, and left us without use of the lights, plugs, hot water, ac, washing machine and dryer.

- Jagoda (8/5): Good choice for a group - The host was very friendly and responsive, provided us with all the information we needed. The location of the apartament is perfect - close to the city's main attractions, cafes, restaurants and its transport hub, but not central enough to disturb your night's sleep and force you to struggle with the crowds around. The apartament was equipped with pretty much everything you may need during a short stay. The apartament definitely needs some refurbishment, especially the bathroom (changing the shower curtain is recommended) and some sockets. A mosquito net and some extra toilet paper would be much appreciated. If you sleep in the living room you may find the sofa slightly uncomfortable and some devices in the kitchen (boiler?) a bit noisy. Still, nothing is a problem as long as you have your ear-plugs:)
- Nbaig (9/5): Good place - Roberta was brilliant in letting us come bit early...with three children, it would have been a disaster waiting till 3pm to check in. Brilliant position of the apartment and all the beds were very comfortable. The only issue was throwing away the garbage... I struggled to find the boat bin for daily collection..had to take the garbage with us for a few minutes before we could dispose it off. It would have been 10 stars if we were not supposed to do that.

- Jacky (6/5): Pleasant stay, but would have liked to get an earlier notification for a changed check out time - The apartment is comfortable, spacious, great location and equipped with what you need The oven is not working and the showerhead wasn‘t properly working. Our host texted us at the day of check out that they want us to leave 30 minutes earlier bc a person sanitizing the bedroom will come by. We got that message 15 minutes prior to the time they wanted us to check out. Got told that we can stay, the sanitizer needed just the bedroom, but we though needed to leave the apartment a bit earlier due to the chemical smell.

- Hrvoje (8/5): Very good - Super well placed, close to Rialto and San Polo square, yet calm. Old venetian charm in the appartment. Windows don't close with AC units hoses in the exterior, so noise may come in.

- Richard (5/5): We had a lovely city break with friends, the city is beautiful. - Comfy bed. It has bit of noise in the morning when the linen and dust carts are picking up or dropping off. It had very poor lighting, in terms of LED's that were either way too bright (living room and hallway) or dingy in the bedroom. The shower was awful, too small, needs a refurb and the shower head was broken. Overall it's run down. It had an award in 2014 and it hasn't been touched since?
- Maia (10/5): A wonderful 60th birthday weekend! - The appartment is in a perfect location, in a quite part of Venice, still very close to all tourist sights! All clean and comfortable ! also, I asked the host to organize a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome surprise for my mom who was celebrating her 60th birthday and he did it! We really appreciated it!
