• Sundy (10/5): Would book again with them. - The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and attentive. We had breakfast everyday delivered to our rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and clean with good water pressure. We booked 2 rooms for a group of 5. I honestly cannot wait until this place is completed, looks like they were fixing up the pool area. I see good potential for the space they have. The property was located outside the city center about 30 mins walk so renting a car was helpful. The rooms would get very warm during the day, they don't have any climate control options for the rooms other than windows in the bathroom.
• Robbie (6/5): - The rooms and bathrooms are new and nice. The breakfast concept is very annoying, you have to preorder the day before and it gets delivered to your room, so there's no flexibility in the morning. There's also no table in the room, so you can only eat it on the terrace, which is pretty cold if you start early, and also overlooks the dirt parking lot. The breakfast was also consistently ~15 minutes late, which is problematic if you have things scheduled. Also, the items that I selected on the order sheet just did not arrive, for example the bread was not fresh as selected. Portions were also on the smaller side. The vibe of the hotel is not nice. It's 5 terraced rooms in a dirt parking lot, with a three legged stray dog consistently chilling outside my room (and barking in the middle of the night as well). There was construction going on at the pool, and after that was finished I checked it out and both the pool and the chairs were too dirty to enjoy. There were also no pool towels. The hot water would run for 30 seconds max and then only come back after minutes. The heavy front gate had to be pushed open and closed manually when arriving and leaving. On the last day of my stay it suddenly wouldn't open anymore, because they had fixed the motor. However, I wasn't given a remote for it, so I was actually stuck inside for a while. There was nobody on site most of the time, and it took some time for them to reply through WhatsApp.

We waited for over an hour in front of a closed door and contacted neighbours to contact someone who by chance knew some staff from the hotel to open us and welcome us at 1630h. Reception rarely occupied and interaction was mainly over WhatsApp but internet rarely available.

• Rainer (8/5): - Sehr schönes, großes, komfortables Zimmer, schönes Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück , Pool, Parkplatz, abgeschlossenes Gelande Frühstück erst ab 8 ( sonst Lunchbox), wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht, aber nie pünktlich, als wir ankamen mussten wir eine halbe Stunde auf die Vermieterin warten. Eher ein Airbnb als ein Hotel, Rezeption immer unbesetzt .

• Michele (9/5): Linda Hospedagem - Os chales são novos, a cama e o chuveiro são ótimos. A decoração do quarto é muito linda e a vista da sacada para o vulcão é surpreendente . O café da manhã é maravilhoso , feito com cuidado e fresquinho. Eles emprestam toalhas para fazer o passeio do Termas de Puritana o que foi ótimo. Tem serviço de lavanderia também o que ajudou muito. Ele é distante do centro , então ou você tem ânimo de andar bastante ou tem que pegar um Uber .

• Pizarro Ahumada (9/5): Linda Habitación con moderno baño, se nota que está todo nuevo - El desayuno muy rico, te lo llevan a la pieza el día anterior puedes elegir algunas cosas y el estacionamiento perfecto justo fuera de la habitación. El único pero que tengo es que el desayuno se demoraba un poco se retrasaba 15-20 min de la hora que uno había agendado.

• Fvdb (9/5): Small, clean and cozy - It's a small, family run hotel with 5 small bungalows consisting of a small terrace, bedroom and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms bright and clean and the breakfast excellent, with many options, served in the bungalow, where you can enjoy it while looking at the vulcanos on the horizon. The hotel is situated outside the village, a 5 minute's drive to Caracoles (main street) walking is an option, but count a good 20 minutes. The owner is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need or want. Food and beverage can be provided. The rooms would benefit from a ceiling fan as they get quite warm. Bring repellent, because the mosquitoes can be a nuisance. There is a very nice pool, but the water is quite... brrrrr (cold) The garden will be lovely one day, when the plants start growing. That should be soon though, because we had rain every afternoon for 5 consecutive days =) If you want to leave or enter the premises, you have to ask the owner to open the gate through WhatsApp. That does not always work flawlessly (especially when the Internet is weak) and sometimes you have to wait. Hopefully they will soon be able to implement a more customer friendly system. It would have been a plus to have a small fridge and a (ceiling) fan in the room. WiFi is iffy
• Pauline (8/5): Modern, immaculately clean, friendly - The included breakast was great. You get a tick sheet when you arrive to choose exactly what you want which is great. Modern design, clean rooms with a tasteful Chilean flavour/decor Wish we had stayed longer. 3 min drive from town. Great view out to the main snow capped mountain. No fridge or aircon but they will refrigerate items for you. Family run. Super friendly. Dog lovely. WiFi great. WhatsApp to say when you are arriving or when you need them to open gate to let you out (quite common here it seems. Not great English but use google translate like a lot of places here, and works very well. A fridge and aircon would be nice
• Heather (9/5): Superb - Excellent stay just outside town. Best part - the views of the Andes from our room! The owners are super-friendly, instantly responded to our enquiries through Whatsapp (though you'll have to translate from Spanish if you don't speak it). The room was very comfortable and everything is brand new (you probably won't find it on GoogleMap yet). Nice bed and linens, fresh towels, nice size shower, lovely design of the room. Each room has a private terrace with table and benches, where they serve your breakfast between 8 and 10am. Breads, yogurt, eggs, fruit, juice - all fresh and tasty! Plenty of on-site, secure parking. Totally safe property - fully fenced and gated. If you're a dog person you'll enjoy having Lika around. The pool area is ideal for relaxing in the afternoons - loungers and some shade available. They also offer snacks, beer, cocktails and wine delivered to you at the pool or the rooms. Highly recommend!

• Hille (10/5): This is a luxurious facility, outstanding in San Pedro, highly recommended. - we were there for a few days - staff was always very helpful; the room was modern, spotless and clean, and cleaned every day. Wifi, showers, outdoor facilities were all great. Extra credit to the staff: They were there day and night for us, even when we left at 3.45am. Breakfast was excellent and sufficient to get us through the whole day. We don't speak Spanish but it was not a problem. Access through security gate only possible after contacting host via whatsApp. But minor point: it always worked out ok. nothing to complain about.
