• Elis (10/5): - Very cute little place, located inside an art gallery. Big and spatious rooms. The only downside I guess was that the bathroom is on the other end of the hallway, in a different section than the bedrooms.

Все очень красиво, словно в музее. Две большие удобные кровати с хорошими матрацами - мы выспались. Идеальное расположение - пешком прогулялись в центре города, покатались на пароходе по реке Нет бесплатной парковки. Припарковали машину и получили штраф - нигде не было написано, что парковка платная, не было паркомата. Кто на машине - имейте ввиду, что все городские парковки в этом районе платные

• Evgenya (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartments were completely new! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport (station Warren street), yet quiet enough to relax. Although the apartment is located above a pub, it was surprisingly quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from the guests at all. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! I’m really glad I found these apartments — they were a great choice!

There were five of us, and we had two bedrooms with two beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the coffee machine with fresh beans is fantastic. The interior is beautiful and very artistic. The living room is relaxed and spacious. The location is also great, right in the city center. Within a 10 to 15-minute walk, you will find nice bakeries and restaurants.

• Camille (9/5): Séjour atypique et très agréable dans ce logement. - Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de Pablo. L’appartement est atypique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est très bonne qualité. Le logement est très spacieux. Le coin douche pourrait être modernisé.

L’originalité y éclate comme une œuvre qui refuse les conventions : une beauté rare, subtile, qui s’insinue doucement dans l’âme, faite de détails qui chantent et d’espaces qui respirent l’audace créative. L’accueil de Pablo est une pure merveille, chaleureux, authentique, lumineux. Il vous enveloppe d’une bienveillance naturelle, comme si vous étiez attendu depuis toujours. Un hôte rare, qui transforme l’arrivée en moment de grâce. Et puis cette sensibilité des lieux… chaque pièce est un petit univers, un récit vivant tissé de matières, de lumières et de souvenirs. Les murs murmurent des histoires, les objets portent des voyages, l’atmosphère vibre d’une poésie silencieuse. On ne loge pas ici : on habite un tableau, on dialogue avec l’art qui imprègne chaque recoin. Un endroit où l’on repart le cœur plus grand, empli de beauté et d’émotion. Kitchen could be better equipped: 2 teaspoons only, scratched pans, no trash bags. Microwave would be a bonus

• Arissa (9/5): Artistiek comfort! - Pablo is een aangename gastheer, hij beantwoordt snel je vragen, hij is er om vragen aan te stellen, hij voorziet (indien gewenst) een reservatie om te gaan uiteten. De accommodatie heeft een fijne ligging in het centrum, alles is gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het appartement is goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Je komt binnen langs zijn galerij, goed beveiligd en ook prachtig om de kunstwerken (en de art in het hele gebouw) te zien! Qua bezienswaardigheden is De Citadelle (op wandelafstand) wel echt een bezoekje waard! Je kan parkeren voor de deur (mits er plaats is, betalend). Parking in de buurt is vooral betalend (maar als je kijkt in welke zone je staat valt dit in prijs zéér goed mee. Wij hebben 6 euro betaald aan parking voor 1 dag)

• Natacha (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dinant. - Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dinant. Ancienne bâtisse meublée avec beaucoup de goût (meubles d'antiquité) , très bien entretenue et très propre. Literie impeccable. Accueil plus que chaleureux.

On y ressent la patte et l’âme de Monsieur Pablo Lopez : chaque détail, chaque objet, chaque espace raconte une histoire. Le lieu est à la fois chaleureux, inspirant et confortable. Un endroit parfait pour un séjour qui sort de l’ordinaire. Le quartier Saint-Nicolas est charmant ses petits commerces de bouche. Une expérience unique, entre art, authenticité et douceur de vivre.

La distribución es un poco rara y el baño es viejo pero la estancia fue muy cómoda. Desayunamos en una bonita cafetería frente al apartamento.

• Sivanandan (9/5): Excellent - The Location was great , the apartment is in a period building and has the old world charm, there is no lift to get to the first floor , where the apartment is ,but that was not much of an issue for us . The owner , Pablo is a friendly , cheerful and very helpful person , who gave us tips on where to go for local food , drinks etc enjoyed interacting with him .His recommendation of the local pub was spot on . Thankyou Pablo!! Nothing to complain about
• Tiggi (10/5): Lovely stay, felt very welcome in this beautiful apartment in a lovely town. - Excellent central location in a beautiful town .Authentic apartment with a relaxed but authentic feel. Loved the wooden floorboards , tall windows that open out over the main street made the apartment feel very fresh ( some people may not like the traffic noise in the evening but I liked it) . Opposite a lovely bakery was lovely in the morning - open at 7 am on Sunday was a bonus,. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming host . Really liked the atmosphere of nearby Pub St Roch ( drinks only) Really enjoyed our 1 night stay and would definitely book again if we were travelling to this area, The apartment , the host and the town made for an exceptional stay. The apartment does not have a parking space which was clear to us in the description. However we parked near the casino where we believed the parking was free, we did not see any signs to the contrary ( and we looked quite hard) , but we got a parking ticket after leaving the car overnight which I didnt like . I think there should be clear signs . Seems like the parking company make a lot of money catching visitors out on a Sunday morning.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the apartment for one night during our trip to Dinant. The apartment is large, fully equipped and beautifully decorated with fantastic artwork. The apartment is over an art gallery. The communication with the host was also excellent. The location is very close to the citadel and the boats that give river tours, still it is very quiet for a good night rest.

We will be back to Dinant, a stunning town, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Bravo! Nothing on the list of negatives. This is a fabulous place to stay.

• John (10/5): Wonderful - would love to return and relax in the beautiful city a bit more. - Beautiful big and charming old apartment, above a gallery. Lovely wooden floors and old furniture, with stylish artwork. I needed to do some work before a conference, and the peaceful lounge was ideal and I slept great. Short stroll into town after for a few trappist beers and dinner! Was a bit confused on arrival as there was no sign and it seemed to be a gallery. Owner told me they are putting up a sign very soon though.

There was no stand up shower. There could have been a mirror in the bedroom at the back and the bedside lights didn’t work in the front bedroom.
• Brian (8/5): It’s fine if you are only staying for a night or two; however, anything longer than that then I would suggest looking el - The property is perfectly located and close to just about everything you would want in the city. The owners is very friendly and responsive to requests. It’s fairly outdated and needs to be remodeled. the furniture is old and kind of uncomfortable. There also isn’t a standing shower, only a bathtub.

The location is great too, close to public parking in front of the jail, and close enough to the city center for all sightseeing activities. The owner, Pablo, was really helpful over phone and messages. The rooms are not appointed equally, with the heating at one of the bedrooms not working properly during our stay. The entire place needs a good cleaning in our opinion. Otherwise, it was a. decent stay.
