• EDUARDO (1/5): Lo peor de lo peor. No vayan, si van se arrepentirán. Un asco - Efectivamente se encuentra muy cerca del terminal de trenes, que es lo que buscábamos Todo podría ser bastante mejor. El anfitrión es un mal educado, nunca respondió en forma oportuna. Además sufrimos una situación inaceptable. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio no funcionaba y hacia mucho calor. Le avisé al "anfitrión" al respecto y ahí todo mal. Luego de mucho tiempo sin responder, primero, puso en duda que el aire no funcionaba, como si fuéramos imbeciles que no sabíamos como operar. Luego de perder el tiempo en enviarle video, finalmente confirmó que enviaría un técnico, pero al otro día...cuando ya nos íbamos. Lo más increíble fue que sin enviar técnico alguno, por arte de magia, en la mañana de nuestra salida, el aire empezó a funcionar...que nosotros "por error" habíamos apretado mal un botón y que ese había sido el problema. Realmente nos asustamos de haber estado en ese lugar. Booking debería sacar este hospedaje. Nos parece que son delincuentes....podría seguir escribiendo sobre lo mal de la cocina,....en fin, todo mal.

• Siarhei (5/5): - Nice location , first floor . High ceilings in bedroom Communication with property manager was really bad . They asked me to sent my estimated arrival time . I’ve sent them text message to phone and via booking . Check in time was 3pm . We came at to apartment at 3.15pm . Manager didn’t send us any instructions how to check in by that time . I called him because any messages been ignored by him . Finally we got to apartment but found out that it’s not ready and it were 2 cleaning ladies there . I’ve contacted manager regarding this but it was no answer from him . We’ve been waiting in a hallway until our apartment is cleaned . Since we’ve been after long trip from Sorrento we wasn’t really happy about that . And only 2 hours after managers asked if been able to get into apartment . So i would rate apartment by itself as 8/10 and stuff(managers 1/10. In general i would say it’s overpriced
• Joshua Nathaniel And Kylie Renee (8/5): Great space & great stay - needs a few added items to make stay excellent - Spacious! Huge room- Enough room in main bedroom for a single bed/couch. Bathroom excellent. Has enough space for a washing machine (but none present) Power went out 2x while cooking on hot plate- had to find mains power and switch back on (behind a locked metal cage) No wash cloth or drying cloth for dishes. No sharp knife for cutting meat/veg.

• Francisco Javier (4/5): Mala experiencia - El apartamento estaba bastante nuevo El wifi no funcionaba, tras escribir al dueño, la única opción que dio fue reiniciar el router, cosa que evidentemente no funcionó. Pagas por un servicio que no se ofrece. Si enciendes la vitrocerámica no puedes encender el aire acondicionado ya que la instalación eléctrica no lo soporta y se desconecta la electricidad general del apartamento. Si cocinas te mueres de calor. El patio exterior deja bastante que desear y no se corresponde en absoluto con las imágenes que se anuncian. Sucio, el suelo mojado, trastos acumulados y ruidoso. Aunque el apartamento estaba relativamente limpio había bichos. La ubicación no es mala para ir al centro, pero está en un barrio bastante decadente en el cual por la noche se junta lo mejor de cada casa…sucio, ruidoso y oscuro.

Also the there were no tea towels to dry washed pots etc. And the toilet seat needed attending to.

• Clairspain (8/5): Close to Termini Rome apartment - Spacious apartment with everything you need. Refurbished bathroom. Close to Termini. Safe and quiet though Termini area itself is not great. Ground floor no stairs. Great communication with the owner. Unfortunately the drains smell a small amount in the bathroom, not the owners fault. Closing the door blocks the smell from the other rooms. We saw a little insect on the floor. Spotless clean and well maintained apartment so this was unfortunate. We would have appreciated English TV channels. There is no door in the bedroom. My travel companion snored and was on the sofa bed so I missed the door. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The bedroom is perfect.
