• LEMIERE (10/5): Emplacement parfait. - L'emplacement est top. La gare routière à 5min à pied et la place de la grande horloge à 15min. Les arrêts de tram juste en face. La propreté de l'appartement. La disponibilité de Simona. Ajouter un balais ou petit aspirateur. Petit bémol, le panneau publicitaire devant les fenêtres mais ce n'est vraiment pas dérangeant.

• Eva (9/5): Hübsches Appartement, relativ zentral - Das Haus ist schön renoviert, alle Etagen per Lift erreichbar. Mein Appartement lag im 4. Stock. Ein hübsches Appartement, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem, nachts ist es relativ ruhig. Die Küche habe ich nicht genutzt. Daher kann ich die Ausstattung nicht beurteilen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut, konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen (laufe aber auch gerne). Simona ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachfragen. Ich hatte das Appartement gebucht, weil es mit einer Waschmascine ausgestattet ist. Leider konnte ich diese nicht nutzen, weil sie defekt war. Kann passieren. Simona hat mir einen Waschsalon empfohlen. Es ist schade, dass die Couch nicht als Sitzgelegenheit genutzt werden konnte, weil alles - Bett, Couch und Zustellbett - mit Bettwäsche bezogen war (vermutlich für Gäste mit Kindern). Wenn man alleine anreist, macht der Raum ein wenig den Eindruck eines Schlafsaals mit 3 leeren, überflüssigen Betten. Und leider mag ich keine Kopfkissen mit Schaumstoff-Füllung. Aber das alles schmälert den guten Gesamteindruck nicht.

• Nikoleta (10/5): Great location and very comfortable bed! - Had a great stay! Location is amazing and bed was very comfortable. Apartment was very clean and the building is pretty quiet. Definitely recommend.
• Darko (9/5): Great - Location is great, we were able to explore entire city on foot. Host was nice, we were able to check in early which gave us some more time.
• Anil (6/5): I would not stay there again. - Location was very pleasant for us. Facilities seemed ok. The host did not know their apartment at all. Carbon monoxide detector had run out of battery when we entered the apartment. When I asked, they didn't know that the apartment had a detector in the first palce! I had to take it out because no solution was offered. So, I didn't ask help when I noticed the wifi was not connected to the internet. Finally, we were suggested a luggage storage service when we asked whether our luggages could be stored somewhere. The storage unit seemed like a scam, because on its website the cost was advertised as 7EU per day, but I was charged almost 20EU.

First and foremost, I want to highlight the apartment owner, Simona, who was incredibly responsive and always ready to help. Her warm and welcoming attitude made my stay truly comfortable, and thanks to this, I am already looking forward to returning. The apartment itself is cozy, impeccably clean, and beautifully renovated. It has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location is excellent—close to the city center, with public transportation conveniently right next to the building. I will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend this place to everyone!

• Aisela (10/5): Great location, nice aparatment - First of all, the location is great! The apartment was veey nice and had everything we needed, coffee machine, washing machine, easily accesible because there was an elevator, so 5th floor was no problem at all.Windows were soundproof, try and open them to undestand the difference😋. There were tents(publicity curtains) outside the windows which limited the view.

• Grayson (7/5): Great location but no air conditioning as advertised - The location was great as it was close to the tram. It was a good size apartment and nice and clean. The property advertises air conditioning but it does not have any. There is nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. It is noisy at night time and too noisy to have windows open to try and keep room cool.
