• Gabriel (7/5): Molto gradevole ma con qualche problema - Appartamento ampiamente attrezzato e abbastanza grande per due persone, ben fornito con la cucina con vista, un bagno abbastanza comodo e la camera subito dopo la porta d’ ingresso con un tavolo e sedia utilizzabile come scrivania vicino e porta scorrevole che accede al terrazzo privato. Ottima posizione a due passi dal mercato centrale (aperto tutti i giorni), a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e 10-15 minuti da una bellissima serie di spiagge. Personale rapido nelle risposte. Abbiamo riscontrato due problemi durante il nostro soggiorno: - il terrazzo privato è accessibile anche dalle scale comuni con le altre camere e nel pomeriggio del primo giorno mi sono trovato due turiste inglesi sul terrazzo che pranzavano, invadendo la nostra privacy in quanto dal terrazzo si vedeva la camera da letto ma problema risolto all’ istante dal personale. - dal tetto della cucina lateralmente nei giorni di pioggia (considerando che ad Alicante c’è sempre vento e quando piove lo fa a vento) entrava qualche goccia di acqua in quanto l’ angolo alto era scoperto e non fissato adeguatamente

• Andrijana (7/5): - Blizu je centra, nije veliki uspon do smestaja. U kuhinji ima sve sto je neophodno. Tanki su zidovi, cuje se sve. Najgore je kada se uvece vracaju u smestaj pa se cuje svako pomeranje vrata. Trebalo bi da se kupe novi peskiri, osete se, cak i nakon pranja.
• Noemi (8/5): - Bathroom, shower was working to good standard and was clean. Nice, well equipped kitchen though I didn't use it. Room was good size with balcony. Location ok once you know your way around. Other tenants/ workers was loud every morning. Building work next to my room. Leg of bed is very thin so was worried it will broke. It didn't. Previous tenant left some mess. These are not the owners fault and were discussed I only spent 2 nights so it was doable. Though came after work and going back to work so more rest would have been good.
• Katharina (1/5): Don't go there!!!! Threatening people with baton!!! - Be careful!!!! Because of a missunderstanding of the rooms we were kicked out in the night from drunken Pablo who is responsible for the guest. Also he had baton and was threaten us with that!!!! He was very aggressiv!!!! Even when we were already out of the house and packing our stuff in our car, he followed us and was threatening us again with the baton on the street!!!! Have been traveling for years, with booking and other platforms. Something like this never happened to me!!!! Please don't go there!!! And by the way, super dirty! Cockroaches also living there! Calle de las Huertas 95, don't go!!!

• makivic (6/5): Passable, but wouldn't choose again - The check in process was very well done and easy. The location is good, and well connected to everything you might want to see in Alicante. The stay at this guesthouse wasn’t as comfortable as we expected. The check in process was very well done and easy, but the space wasn’t as clean as expected. There was dust almost everywhere, and the kitchen wasn’t clean either - the cutting board had very clean signs of previous use. The apartment looks much cleaner and newer in the photos, and this isn’t true to life. We got the apartment with the kitchen because we explicitly wanted to cook for ourselves, but there was only one spoon and no cups (had to go to the shared kitchen to get them). We were in the 3rd floor, but could hear every move from downstairs. Even the bell ringing 19 times at 5 A.M when people were coming back from parties drunk (of course this is not the problem with the property, but there should be some type of policy for this). As a person who works in tourism myself and knows of pricing and value for apartments, for the price we payed, you could find a much nicer hostel for a more comfortable and cleaner stay.

• Anna (3/5): - It was not clean. I was afraid to enter the kitchen and the fridge...oh my god. It's a veeery old apartment. Hard to get inside, instructions not clear. Good that the personel responded but I waited outside 2hours. Inside the bathroom door is broken, inside bathtub very old. I was afraid somebody would get in. The room was small, smelled odd. I got only light and old bed cover. It was too cold for me. The dust everywhere....in this money - avoid it!

• PHIL (1/5): nul - Je suis très choqué de ce que j'ai pu voir en arrivant dans la chambre, des meubles de séjour, aucun dressing, ni cintre, j'ai dû le réclamé, impossible de fermer la porte du balcon il y a un défaut, il y a pas de sèche linge, aucune table de chevet, j'ai dû rapproché ma valise prêt du lit, les draps, n'ont jamais étè changé pendant toute la durée mon séjour, matelas plein de taches!!! également le ménage n'a jamais été fait c'est vraiment regrettable de louer un chambre dans des conditions aussi précaires, médiocre, je ne peux faire confiance à votre plateforme Booking , je suis vraiment déçu c'est votre rôle de contrôler vos prestataires que vous mettez sur votre site? je vous demande le remboursement de ce désastre !!!

• Cristina (6/5): Pleasant - Very conveniently located. Staff always available to help. Good wifi. Shared kitchen was a nice touch. You can hear literally everything, very loud, going on in the other rooms. The shared bathroom should be cleaned at least once a day.

• Said (1/5): Disappointed! - The location is not too far from the city center. So many things: The way I have to get my keys was very weird! Poor light in the entrance. The kitchen has no microwave, two spoons only for the entire building! I have seen the owner only once in a whole week. I have to request to change bed sheets.

It had a balcony that was shared by everyone to hang and dry their washing. Renovation noises from 7 in the morning till sometimes 11 at night, saturdays and sundays included.

• D (2/5): Very poor - Apartment was clean. The balcony is too small to sit on but nice to be able to open the doors for air.nice selection of tea available. The location is good I had barely any sleep for 5 nights due to noise from another room. Im not sure but It appears there are several people working and sharing a room using the kitchen and watching tv at all hours. If you are a heavy sleeper you would be fine. A mirror in the room would be useful and a couple of hooks for coats and drying towels. A microwave would be a good idea as i couldnt get the hob to work

There was a kitchen to use too which is a plus to make your own breakfast. :) 100% recommended. Nothing to complain about

The apartment was clean and cozy! The kitchen had everything needed to do breakfast and food. clean bottled water was available, you didn't have to carry it yourself from the store!!! coffee and tea, cookies, fruit were available. <3 I was there for a week, I slept like a child, although I'm usually a bad sleeper. Bathroom was super clean and it was washed often! of course it was shared with other guests, but it didn't cause any kind of problem. The lady of the house was really nice and friendly! <3 If you are not too picky and insist on a five-star hotel, this accommodation is a really good choice. A bit like a hostel but with your own room. The rooms have air-to-air heat pump , which was sometimes necessary in December in Spanish houses! <3
