- Martha (10/5): No crowds, All nature - Loved the location, loved the secluded beach, and the accommodations were perfect for three people. Saw birds, monkeys, lizards, caiman and tons of fish. Having the kayak to explore was the highlight of our stay. Communication was a little lacking from the host. Although it says online card payments accepted, we were required to pay in cash upon arrival, which caused some trouble later on in our trip.

- David (10/5): Wonderful experience in Nicoya. - A lot of locations recommend a 4x4 and you are OK if you are a careful driver, not here, you need a 4x4 and you need to switch to "Rock and Dirt" to get out of this property. That said, this is a remarkable house with super accommodating owners. We were last minute callers because of a no show host at another house. We could not have been happier. The house is precariously perched on a cliff overlooking a private beach. There is a kayak. To get to the beach you go back down the driveway past the green painted rocks, a nice path goes from there. There are monkeys that visit the house (fig tree) in the morning. There is air conditioning in the bedroom. An oven. Two decks, upper and lower. A surprise find for us and we will come back to stay here again I hope. Highly recommend for the adventurous. The road was the first time I had to use 4 wheel drive on our trip.
- Laura-liisa (6/5): Requires 4x4 vehicle for access! - Cute cottage next to a quiet beach! The road going down to the cottage really requires a proper 4x4 vehicle. We got stuck coming up the hill, not fun.

- Naylene (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved seeing the coatis, birds, monkeys and the gorgeous beach. - Fabulous view of the beach, loads of wildlife! The cottage was SO comfortable and cozy. Thank you!!!!! Fortunately we have a 4-wheel drive. The road to the cottage was pretty rough and steep. Not sure a normal vehicle could make it up the hill.
