• Sílvia (3/5): Una bona decepció - L'apartament era com es mostrava a les fotos, però era extremadament sorollós i hi havia aspectes de la neteja que caldria millorar. En general l'apartament estava net, però els coixins i llençols del sofà-llit no ho estaven gens. No ens va agradar gens el tracte amb l'amfitriona. Vaig haver de perseguir-la diverses vegades pel sistema de missatgeria de Booking, WhatsApp i per telèfon perquè ens respongués. Un cop vam arribar al pis, no hi havia roba de llit pel sofà-llit del menjador com havíem demanat ni la tercera tovallola que ens calia, i en trucar-la per dir-li-ho ens va dir que es posaria en contacte amb la dona de fer feines perquè ho arreglés "aquella mateixa nit". No va ser així i ens va dir que "busquéssim els llençols, que segur que hi eren" (adjunto fotos de la roba de llit que hi havia dins de l'armari, semblava usada). L'endemà al matí tampoc no ens van portar la tovallola ni els llençols (només en vam trobar un) i vaig haver de tornar-li a escriure per reclamar-li-ho. Finalment, al vespre del segon dia ens van deixar els llençols i la tovallola a la porta del pis i ens va oferir un descompte en la roba de llit (10 € per comptes de 30) "per les molèsties ocasionades". També ens va exigir de no gaire bones maneres el pagament de la taxa turística. Molt decebedor tot plegat, per no parlar que el pis és molt sorollós (trànsit continu i crits de la gent que surt per la zona cada nit)!

• Siercke-Noriega (6/5): Bad customer service. - Good location. The response from the host was terrible. She wouldn't respond to our texts or calls when we had questions about the apartment. But when she texted us she expected immediate responses. We never received instructions from the host before arrival. We had to call the host to ask how to access the entrance. We were stuck outside the building with our luggage waiting for her response. She responded saying that we had to wait for someone to come in or out of the building to get in the building. We stayed for 4 nights and only had access to 1 set of towels per person. We realize it's not a hotel where we would have fresh towels each day but 1 set was not enough during the hottest time of the year. We would shower 2-3 times a day due to the heat. I addition, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our stay was insufficient. Our basic needs were not met during our stay and the customer service from the host was non-existent.

• Борислава (8/5): - The apartment was clean and spacious enough for a family with two children. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great location. We had problems unlocking the door, the key was crooked and it was difficult to open the door. When we turned on the two air conditioners, the power would cut out and we had to adjust the fuses from the switchboard, which was located next to the elevators.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location is ideal, close to main attractions and public transport. A real gem – I highly recommend it! Nothing

They had dead plants in the unit. (see pictures) Asked for late check out (1 hr or so) and they said they'll charge 10 euro for it.

Being in the heart of Florence, I was able to walk to all the major attractions, including the Uffizi Gallery and the Florence Cathedral. The bustling yet charming streets surrounding the apartment are filled with delightful cafes, boutiques, and restaurants, making it easy to immerse myself in the local culture. Apartment Interior: The apartment itself is beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with classic Italian elegance. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished, and the large windows offer stunning views of the Arno River. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, which made cooking meals a pleasure. The bedrooms are comfortable, with plush bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. Amenities: The apartment is equipped with all the modern conveniences one could need, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is luxurious, featuring a large shower with excellent water pressure and high-quality toiletries. Service: The service was top-notch. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. They provided helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions and were always available to assist with any requests. Overall Experience: Staying at the EXCLUSIVE Ponte Vecchio Apartment made my trip to Florence truly memorable. The combination of its prime location, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service made it a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best of what the city has to offer. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Florence.
