• mra757 (10/5): Fantástica para una experiencia auténtica - El dueño ha sido muy amable durante nuestra estancia, muchísimas gracias por permitirnos modificar nuestra entrada y salida para poder disfrutar al máximo nuestro viaje. La casa está en un barrio fantástico; es cierto que puede ser algo ruidoso en ciertos momentos, pero en términos generales es muy tranquilo. Varios comercios cercanos y dos paradas de metro a apenas 7-10 minutos andando. Una gozada, especialmente si el vuelo de regreso es desde Haneda (se agradece estar cerca el día de vuelta para ahorrar energías). No podría señalar nada en particular, la verdad.

• Claire (9/5): Great house for families! - The house was set up very well for families! My children liked having a bunk bed and also a room with a tv, kids teepee, books, toys etc. It was handy having the laundry room to wash and dry our clothes (especially in winter). We walked to a couple of restaurants in the evenings too. The location, it was a bit out of the main city however we managed to catch the trains with our children to get there and back. Also, the houses seem to all have narrow steep stairs inside, it was fine for us but something to think of.
• Tiffany (10/5): The perfect home away from home — we can’t wait to come back and stay longer. - This is our fifth time in Japan and each time we are lucky to have a longer and longer stay. We were able to stay at Yukimaru In for 7nights and it truly was the best stay we have had in Japan. We have a toddler and having a home to yourself, filled with toys, full kitchen and laundry made it all so easy. We have stayed at Airbnb’s and hotels, but having a home that had everything we needed (plus extras), was truly appreciated. The location was perfect for us as we have never stayed around Ota city and we were able to do day trips further south. We hope to be back and will be telling all our friends and family who wish to visit, about this location. Thank you for having us. Nothing. Nothing at all. It was perfect.

Camas cómodas, dos inodoros, y todo equipadísimo. Muchas gracias!!! No poderme quedar más dias. No hay absolutamente nada malo en este alojamiento. Impecable.
• Claire (10/5): Comme à la maison. - Nous avons apprécié le confort, la propreté. La maison est charmante et très bien équipée. Une station JR est à environ 10 mn à pied. Notre hôte a été attentionné et disponible. Rien tout était parfait.

• Sholpan (9/5): Superb - Nice and simple place to stay in Tokyo. The neighborhood is calm and quiet — perfect if you want to relax after a busy day. There’s nothing extraordinary, but everything is clean and functional. The metro station is nearby, so it’s easy to get around the city. A good option if you're looking for a peaceful stay with convenient access to central Tokyo. However, the terrace was quite small and felt very uncomfortable to use — definitely not a space to relax. Overall, a good stay if you don’t plan to spend much time outside.

• Clifford (10/5): Excellent Location, clean and spacious unit, close to train station and a superb host! - The location was perfect. Away from the crowds and extremely convenient to all of the major attractions with a short train ride. Close to the train station and many places to eat and shop nearby. The unit was extremely clean and had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and extremely pleasant. I will absolutely stay here agin if I return to Tokyo. Everything was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
• Michael (10/5): Loved having some space with a local community feel and a great base camp for day trips - Fantastic option if you want a bit of space away from the bustling touristy spots of Tokyo. Easy access to Tokyo central via train stations and makes a great base for day trips into Tokyo and heading south to Yokohama and Kamakura etc with a great local community feel. Probably our favourite thing was just exploring the Kojiya and Kamata areas. The facility was immaculately clean and had all the supplies needed with clear instructions in English on how to use the appliances and the host was prompt to respond. Would stay here again for sure. Not an issue for us but as described there can be some road noise - earplugs are provided by the host. Please consider if you might see this as a concern.
• Kk (10/5): Street noise is not an issue. Stay 10 nights. 3 adults. - The host is passionate about ensuring that the guests have a comfortable stay. They look after the guests in every small detail with great generosity. Upon opening the door, you are cheered by the flowers and plants (actually there are many throughout the property) at the console desk. In addition to various kitchens, bedding and children's complementary supplies shown in the listed page, I mention some which are not there: 1) 4 auto sensor lamps, providing illumination, to ensure the guests wake up at night to walk in a strange place without risks. 2) various adaptors and multi USB plugs 3) 2 SSID with 5G wifi, running at a speed as fast as 500mbps 4) roof top: plastic tiles and grass mat in addition to 1 table and 2 chairs make me comfortable to do a workout and sunbathing there. At night, I could use the electric lamp to enjoy the moonlight. 5) the host is concerned about the guest stay by asking me if everything is alright by the fifth day of my 11 day stay. They are only a few which I could remember during my 11 day stay. In short, the longer you stay, more you appreciate how much effort the host is putting to make me comfortable. Location wise: this property is 7 min walk to the Keikyu Kamata station, a major station, where you could find express(blue) and limited express (green) service line, which is only one stop to Haneda, and only one transfer to other big cities, like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno. Also don't miss the hidden gem of those restaurants in the station, and the big supermarket there(Life), as well as the walking promenade adjacent to the station. Many good restaurants there too. I would have thought the street noise is an issue to me as I am a light sleeper with sensitive ear. The host warns guests about this issue too. I wore earplugs for the first 2 nights. On the third night, I found a way to block the noise by shutting the door during my sleep. This is effective. Thanks to the design of the house. The bedrooms are facing the quiet side of the road, with the staircase and toilets, facing the streets, acting as a buffer blocking the busy traffic noise. By shutting the door, the corridor serves as an air wall blocking the disturbing noise. You still hear some but it is as light as a background sound, no longer impacting my sleep. Saying this, the ambulance siren and high speed motorbikes would still be noisy.

• Matilda (8/5): Great location, close to the train, close to Lawson's and 7/11 The extra kids playroom excellent - Keys were easy to access. Taxi from the airport required the address in Japanese not the English version we had printed out. The extra playroom and toilet on the top floor was brilliant. Easy to use washing machine/ dryer. The added bonus of a few treats and coffee was very appreciated after a big day of travel. It was abit noisy but mostly okay. The 2nd bedroom sky light doesn't have a cover making it very bright in the room even during the night. The cot provided was Australian bassinet size not cot size. Our 1.5 year old just fit in the bassinet
• Christina (10/5): This stay was a well needed rest after a hectic two weeks of traveling. - We were stuck in Tokyo for a few days after the accident at the Haneda airport. We booked this location only a few hours in advance and had plenty of check in flexibility. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner provided bath products, snacks, bottles of water and green tea, and toys for the kids to play with. There are signs in English, Chinese, and Korean throughout the house explaining how to use all of the appliances. With multiple stores in walking distance and a kitchen full of cookware, we didn't have to rely only on take out for meals. The road beside the house is very busy. We often heard sirens in the evening. However, the owner provided earplugs for those that have difficulty sleeping.
