This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Be sure to remove all garbage and recycling and take it with you. Muskoka has various rules in place that differ during the year. If any garbage or recycling is left on the property, we charge $25 per bag for removal as there is a charge for us to dispose of it.
