İsmail (5/5): Bir daha burada kalmam - Konum Bana sadece bir gun kala baska oda vereceklerini soylediler. Ben o odayi secmedigimi soyleyince iptal edebilirsiniz dediler. Ben 1 gun kala ucak bileti ve gidecegim diger yerlerin rezervasyonlarini nasil degistireyim? Yataklar eski, konfor yok. Alttaki dukkandan, ustteki daireden sesler direk geliyor, yalitim sifir. Ayrica yatak odasinin penceresinin kolu kirikti geldigimde ben soyledim sonra gelip tamir ettiler.
Guillermina (9/5): UNA CASITA CÁLIDA, CON HERMOSA UBICACIÓN - Los anfitriones estuvieron siempre muy atentos a mi llegada y me brindaron indicaciones claras y sencillas para el ingreso. La propiedad se encuentra en una zona hermosa, cercana a parques y muy bien conectada. Al llegar recibí un upgrade, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor: una auténtica “casita” para mi amiga y para mí. Nos sentimos muy cómodas; el living, con abundante luz natural, es sumamente agradable y cuenta con múltiples comodidades. Los baños son modernos y muy lindos, con una ducha excelente. Las habitaciones y baños se encuentran en un nivel inferior, al que se accede por una escalera. Estuvo todo de 10! Sólo recomendaría dejar algunos saquitos de te o cafe.

Michele (7/5): Comfortable self-catering apartment for two located along good bus routes. - Great location along good bus routes to central, west and north London plus access to public park (Holland Park) and good neighbourhood restaurants, as well as Kensington High Street's underground station and high street shops. Newly refurbed apartment offered good kitchen facilities, comfortable (but low) bed and decent shower pressure with good WiFi. Responsive host. I would recommend a small bistro table and two chairs for eating or working on a laptop. That would really have improved our stay. On separate point, unfortunately other tenants did not close the outside door which compromises security to the building. We never felt unsafe, but it was uncomfortable knowing others were lax with security. Would also recommend that the location info notes steep staircases as would not be suitable for less mobile or older travellers.
Isis (1/5): Left immediately, lost my money , but it wasn’t worth it - Owners need to make it clear this is a third floor walk up without elevator. The bedroom didn’t have a window , everything was basic like a one star hostel See above , this is hardly an apartment. It is a badly located studio on a loud street corner

Anonymous (2/5): Extremely disappointed in our stay and with the owners of this property. - The property itself was alright, it was clean. We were not supposed to be staying at this property. We were traveling in a group and were all supposed to be in one property but got moved during travels. We ended up having to stay in two different buildings and walking back and forth a lot. The property was supposed to have WiFi and they never gave us WiFi. The owner then told us they gave us a router but the password and WiFi name they gave us never worked. The owners were very unresponsive and didn’t answer any questions. One of the properties had a toilet that wasn’t working. We were only given two towels for 4 of us for 7 days. And the same for those staying at the other property.
