Guest Reviews
- Cong (1/5): Too bad. - The location is terible to stay looking unsafety place. Broking glass, dirty, no living sign, worst like demolition placed, owner cancel accomodation at the checkin time and not contact cútomer. It í very bad to service i can give 0/10.rate.. Thank you.🥶 No thing to think good for this place.

- Adam (8/5): - Really good value for money in a great spot in Melbourne. Proximity to trams makes it really easy to get around Overall good but potentially needs more bathrooms for the number of rooms
- Parra (5/5): - The place is well located; however, it’s a bit strange upon arrival since there’s no signage. My first impression when I arrived was not good. Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the place was small. Other guests cooked with strong spices and left a very unpleasant smell during our stay. On the other hand, we were supposedly given a room with a private bathroom, but it only had a shared bathroom. Honestly, I would only recommend it as a short-term option.
- Peter (1/5): Re question 4, where the f@#^is Sandridge Beach. Sandringham (???) is at least 20 k's away - Close to two tramlines. Melbourne was extremely busy during my stay, or I would have found other accommodation. You want honest but I doubt if you would print this. Doubt if there is enough room here and I am not allowed to swear. No TV in room or on premises. Advertise city views and balcony. Great if you like views of a tram stop and no access to a tiny balcony except possibly via a window from one of the other rooms. No air conditioning. Share everything ---small kitchen with small stove and microwave, small fridge, eight rooms potentially 12-16 people share one, ONE, did I mention ONE shower, no bath and two toilets. No hanging rack/hooks or cupboard. Very thin walls. No room service. Absolutely no signage to indicate this is a Euro establishment, outside vista is filthy. Checking is done remotely and any problems encountered had to be advised by phone as there is no reception. Did I mention ONE shower shared by 8 rooms.
- Chai (7/5): Ok stay - Room was small but clean, shower and toilets were clean and pleasant to use as well. Superb location right in the centre of the cbd - thin walls, could hear my neighbours talking in the middle of the night
- slow/no response from staff via booking.com
- no ventilation in room, window was broken so I had to prop it up using the bin
- noise from main street
- Emma (7/5): -
- ALOUNNASOUK (10/5): - The location is very great near Victoria market and you can use free tram from Southern cross station to this property. Kitchen and washing machine
- S J Febey (7/5): - Host was good all ways easy to contact and good price for location
- gary (10/5): Excellent - Location is so close to Queen Victoria Market and the room itself tidy, comftorble, free wi fi, and bathrooms are clean and tidy the place is great accomodation especially when your out for a concert and it is so close to get back to your stay. the staff look after people and respnd very fast to messages of enquiry. could have been more body wash in shower.
- THI HONG VAN (9/5): It's good with reasonable price. - The room is suitable for one person with basic things, and the location is really close Victoria Market.
- Ignacio (7/5): - The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and big enough. There was a washer and dryer free to use. It was very hard to locate the entrance and the doona smelled of other people.
- Frank (10/5): -
- Leslee (1/5): Our reservation was cancelled 3 hours before we were due to check in, with no help to find other accomodation & not - Nothing!
- Marvin (7/5): -
- Franciszek (9/5): - Great value for money, amazing location, comfortable rooms. Can’t complain 🤞
- Chris (5/5): Never be staying there again - It was cheap Location area and the unhygienic smells
- Venise (7/5): - Right next to market and tram stop Couldn't open the the key holder out the front door..someone help me when she came out
Then she had to show me how to open the front door because the lock was dodgy
Can you please put block out curtains in the rooms
Otherwise it was great
Thank you
And so clean
- zoe (1/5): Avoid, not worth the money - Given a single room when I paid and booked for a double. Keys are the same for every room. Avoid, no staff answered any of my calls. Communication and being reachable. Also lack of safety due to keys being the same for different rooms and the front door was open most of the day.
- Darryl (8/5): -
- Harshadkumar (4/5): - Area is good Cleaning issue.

- Oconnor (9/5): Pleasant Stay - The location, was easy to view the fireworks in the city for new years .
Very clean and comfortable and I also liked the instructions for my arrival/exiting the accommodation.
Things like tea, garbage bags etc were easy to see & use.
The shower was pleasant to use.
- Sedigh A (4/5): - In booking.com this guest house has 24/7 reception in reality no reception at all, so via email you get the door code.
I called him two times and send him sms but he didn't answer any of them, then the cleaner came and I asked her if she can call him and she arranged with him my room number.
There was one Japanees man with his son has confirmed booking BUT when he was in the guest house, because no reception, he has called the owner and the owner told him SORRY the hotel is full and he advised him to call booking.com to arrange another hotel for him.
- Isabel (6/5): Estancia econ{mica en Melbourne - Limpieza y equipamiento La entrada fue dificultosa al no tener internet. Ruido de la calle.
- Markus (10/5): - The owner is very kind and flexible The outdoor area is rough - but it is a pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms
- Manöj (2/5): -
- Pablo (1/5): PREVIOUS GUEST URINATED ON THE BED, MONEY REFOUNDED BUT BOOKING DIDN'T COVERED $ DIFFERENCE FOR HOTL - Not recommended, I'll stop usinng booking.com
Reserve cancelled 3 hours before arriving, money was refunded but I spent extra looking for new accommodation and booking.com did not cover any extra because I found a new accommodation before Euro Nomads reported the issue.
Message received:

When I tried to call they hung up on me and then after I kept trying it just rang out. This is disgraceful and booking.com. should know about this and deal with this by removing them as a provider. I have had major surgery since that weekend and that’s why I haven’t responded until now. Nice corner to make a coffee. The walls are quite tiny so you can hear your neighbours. The keys in the key box are not differenciated so we had to try all keys inside to find the good one for us.
