• Dmytro (10/5): Excelent! - All was great! Amazing! Remarkable! Maginficent! This villa exeeds my expectations! It is big enough for my family including 9 ppl. It is clean and good carried by it's owner. A lot of needed things, all the kitchen aplayence, towels, toys and books for children, and the billiard table in the basement. I would emphasize Alexis is a very kind person and it was a real pleasure to interact with him. 50m to the tiny beach which is hidden from the wind and the waves. Also two great beaches to the left and to the right to be reached easely walking by the beach. Highly recomend.
• John (9/5): - Excellent location with a short 10 min walk into town, which means it's lovely and quiet but conveniently close to bars and restaurants. The property is well laid out and the kitchen has plenty of storage and equipment as a self catering holiday. Absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend this villa

• Darren (10/5): one of the best holidays we have had - What an exceptional holiday. stayed at this villa and cannot fault anything about it. excellent communication on booking, excellent instructions for arrival. Alexis left us a few basic supplies in the fridge which was most welcome as we had a late flight. villa very clean and had lots of cooking utensils, dishes etc. beach towels and really felt like a home from home. fantastic location only a 15 min walk to the edge of the main protarus strip and 2 mins away from the nearest lovely beach and a few minutes away from the coastal boardwalk. pool was maintained once a week and garden once a week. we couldn't fault this villa at all and will stay here again. Alexis was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. this is a first class villa in a great location so if you are thinking of booking do so, you will not be disappointed. we cant wait to go back. thank you for a wonderful holiday. nothing

Alexis zadbał o wszystko przed naszym przyjazdem uzypelniajac lodowkę orzeźwiającymi napojami ,świeżymi owocami i jedzeniem na start co było bardzo miłym dodatkiem do świetnie spędzonego czasu w Horizon Villa Protaras

• Sofia (9/5): A perfect stay and I would love to come back - Perfect location and a great view overlooking the ocean. The house had everything we wanted (2 families) and our houst Alexis welcomed us and made us feel taken care of. Everything was great, if you would ask our children the only improvement would be a little bit higher temperatur in the pool. Otherwise nothing to improve.

• MATITYAHU MATAN (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Villa Protaras! - We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Villa Protaras! The villa is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect — quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our host Alexis was absolutely amazing. Knowing that we were arriving late, he thoughtfully stocked the fridge with groceries, and on the day of our departure, he kindly offered us a late check-out at no extra cost since our flight was in the evening. These thoughtful gestures made us feel truly welcome and cared for. We enjoyed every moment of our stay — so much that we’ve already booked Horizon Villa Protaras again for our next vacation! The only small thing to note is that the mattresses weren’t equally comfortable for everyone — but that’s really a matter of personal preference.
• Elena (10/5): when can we come again! - we have stayed in protoras almost every year for the last 20 years. this was the first time we stayed in a villa and we felt very spoilt by our stay. it exceeded all our expectations. the location is perfect. right on the beach with a small cove, you can see the sea from your breakfast table. the pool is fantastic. the kitchen, the rooms, the pool table and darts - all perfect and enjoyed. There were enough sunbeds and umbrellas too with enough tables and chairs to entertain. There is a few minute walk to a coffee shop next to Sunrise Jade. It is a 20 minute walk to the protoras strip. Alexis the owner is a amazing! We came with our one year son and there were two cribs, some toys and an inflatable toy he could use in the pool. nothing! perfect stay !

• kay (10/5): Lovely villa, great location, excellent host. - Alexis is a great host, excellent communication before arrival, left us lots of provisions as we were arriving late at night. Called round the following morning to check that everything was okay. Villa location ideal for us, very peaceful and extremely well equipped. Quite a long walk to the main strip in the evening but we knew It’s location as we had seen it on a previous holiday and we enjoyed the boardwalk along the sea front each night. Nothing
• Samantha (10/5): Perfect, perfect location - The host is very attentive and welcoming, he was kind enough to provide a small selection of food and drinks so we had something to eat and drink when we arrived. There were also some toiletries provided in the bathrooms which was a nice touch. We also really appreciated being supplied with pool towels for the whole group. The location is absolutely outstanding, honestly clouldnt have asked for anything better. There is plenty of lounging space outside, lots of bathrooms in the villa, and the whole property was immaculately clean. If I am being picky the bathrooms could do with updating but everything still worked perfectly. Would also be nice if there was a beach umbrella available to guests.
• Giorgos (10/5): - One of the best locations in Cyprus. Beautiful nature, right on the beginning of the Protaras boardwalk, and a straight walk down to the unique "Tiny Beach". Also, walking distance to both the Vyzakia beach, and Fig Tree. The host, Alexis, exemplifies Cyprus hospitality. The fridge was well stocked with drinks, fresh produce, and snacks, and the kitchen with all the cleaning supplies needed. The property has upgraded quiet A/Cs, the pool was clean and regularly maintained, and Alexis checked in throughout our visit to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Definite 10/10
• Jane (10/5): Perfect family villa, cove great for snorkelling games room in basement was great would definitely book again 🙂 - What can I say it was amazing, the villa was very clean. We arrived early morning 1.30am and Alexis had stocked the fridge with enough food and drink for the morning which was great. Cot upstairs’ and travel cot in lounge with lots of toys.
• Michele (10/5): The villa was excellent and Alexis was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return. - Plenty space for all the family. Location was excellent. Everything was great! The pool and outside area was a good size and plenty of outside seating and sunbathing areas. We travelled with two young children and Alexis the owner provided us with cots for bedtime and a further cot downstairs for daytime naps. He also provided two high chairs and toys and teddies which my grandsons loved! He dropped in to meet us on our first morning and messaged during our stay to check all was good and called on our last day too. The villa was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We arrived late at night and Alexis left us with excellent provisions to get us started, so we had cheese and ham toasties all round 😁 We all had a fantastic time!
• Stephen (10/5): A beautiful villa, you will definitely want to stay again - Loved the location. A pretty, stony beach at bottom of garden and a few minutes walk to our favourite beach. Stunning views over the bay. An enjoyable 10/15 minute walk along the boardwalk to main strip. Everything supplied you will need for your stay, even beach towels. Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Also toiletries, toilet paper and washing up liquid, washing detergent supplied so no need to rush to shop upon arrival. Alexis was there to meet us upon our arrival, to show us around the villa and make sure we had everything we needed. It was lovely as also supplied fresh bread, fruit and drinks for our arrival. The only negatives I can think of were which are very minor, the pool ladder needs an extra rung/step as when exiting the pool you really have to reach high especially if short like me 😅and rely a bit on upper body strength to get out. Also the grout around the shower in the en-suite looks a bit messy, lets the look of bathroom down a little bit, apart from that nothing else as really the property is beautiful.
• Julie (10/5): Before we came home we had rebooked for next year, think that says everything about this gem of a villa, it won’t dish - We’ve been to the hotel Sunrise Jade and saw this villa and booked it for our family holiday this year. The location has it all for families to enjoy the outdoor living. Right near to beaches, local shopping and multi places to visit. The villa is equipped with everything you would need and certainly delivered for our family of 8 Alexis the rep has been amazing and gave me the assurance that he would be on hand to help from the moment the holiday was booked till we returned home. • Ramona (10/5): Homelike with stunning view and location - Alexis was super kind, attentive and caring. The house is fully equipped, we felt there just like at home. The location was amazing, a 2 year old basically spent the whole day on the beach, what was few steps from the house.
• Mark (10/5): Perfect host, villa and location. Well worth a visit - Alexis was the perfect host, could not do enough for us. Beautiful villa, very clean and well presented and in a lovely location with a fantastic view of the sea, just a 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and beeches, so no need to hire a car if you would prefer not to. Mid November weather was still warm and sunny most days. Would definitely come back. Thank you Alexis 🙏 The only improvement I would suggest is to have a heated pool, if possible, as the water was very cold in November. Didn’t ruin a lovely winter sun holiday however.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Perfect stay!! - I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Horizon villa. Before our arrival, Alexis made sure we were comfortable, asked if everything was OK and asked if he could help. I felt comfort and security. He welcomed us there, prepared cold drinks, food and fruit, so we could eat after a long journey. He is a wonderful man with a big heart and great commitment. The villa is located right next to the sea. Inside, it is perfectly equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning products, mosquito repellents and many other useful things. It is huge, each room has its own bathroom, which gives comfort and prevents queues for a bath. The pool is comfortable, it was wonderful to spend time there. You can play billiards or relax on the sofa. Television with access to satellite TV. The area is quiet, close to the city, and a shop open 24 hours a day nearby. There are beautiful palm trees and plants in front of the house. . Everything a person needs. We spent whole days on the nearby beautiful beaches, but family members will not be bored. We will definitely come back someday. Thank you for everything and see you soon!!

The Villa is very well equipped, and we were provided with complimentary drinks in the fridge on arrival. Location is perfect for a quiet family holiday with sandy beaches a short walk away. The strip is a 10 minute walk with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning again soon. There's nothing we didn't like. It's a beautiful spacious villa in a perfect location.

• Kilby (10/5): Beautiful villa - The villa is beautiful and in a great location close to Protaras strip. The pool area is immaculate and we loved the fact you could walk out of the garden and there is a little cove where you can go swimming and snorkelling we saw a turtle and lots of fish. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one ensuite and a big family bathroom and the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor with a bathroom next to it. There is a basement with a sofa bed if needed and a further bathroom and of course the pool table. The host Alexis is lovely and we had a stocked fridge when we arrived consisting of water, milk, beer, fruit and more which was a lovely touch. Pool towels were also provided and phone chargers. There is a TV in the living room with lots of channels if needed. I would highly recommend this villa and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you Alexis for your hospitality.

It's in a beautiful, quiet spot with lovely sea views but still within walking distance of some good restaurants and the strip of Protaras. The villa is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay (pool towels too) and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Alexis is a fabulous host and very accommodating, meeting us on arrival and even taking us to the supermarket. Villa Horizon was s great find snd we hope to visit again soon. Nothing
• Graham (10/5): The perfect stay, perfect villa, perfect host. - The villa is extremely spacious and fully equipped with more than enough equipment to cater for all your needs. It was spotlessly clean and safe, plenty of sun beds around the pool with a well maintained crystal clear pool and well tended surrounding gardens and borders. Its location is idyllic, looking out over a small bay at the bottom of its garden, in a quiet residential area with about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach with beautiful clear shallow sea. Alex made us feel so very welcome and went above and beyond, it felt like we had made a friend. Nothing, we couldn’t fault it.
• Ford (10/5): Fabulous Villa and great location - This Villa was very spacious. 10 of us stayed here. The rooms were clean and large. There was everything we needed, all kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher. Huge fridge and freezer. Lots of sun beds and seating areas. The pool was lovely. Had great BBQ area. The view of the sea was fabulous. The host was lovely. Checked if we needed anything. Highly recommend. Location is great. Close to the local restaurants, play areas for kids.
