• Liudmila (9/5): Уборку хотя бы через два дня, подумать над завтраками, с утра можно и выпечку посвежее, и яйца заранее не жарить так мно - Очень приятный чистый номер со всем необходимым. Отсутствует окно на улицу, только на патио-колодец, где можно сушить белье. Из-за этого в номере всегда тихо, хоть здание и находится на оживленном променаде у пляжа, выходишь и сразу пляж, много кафе и магазинов. В отеле Донна Луиса на рецепшен очень приятный и отзывчивый мужчина, помогал нам по всем вопросам. Уборка и смена белья во время проживания не предусмотрена, хотя полотенец хватает с запасом. Завтраки лучше не брать, мы вроде бы и наедались, но без удовольствия((. В номере были тараканы(большие), я не знаю, может они везде живут и с улицы заходят

• Marko (8/5): Afterall very good. - Location, close to restourants, beach and shops. Keep in mind that you can't park your car in the street. You have to park in in a parking house - extra cost 40€ for 4 days. Very narrow parking hauses also.

• Lise (6/5): - L'emplacement : lebalcon donnait donnait directement sur la promenade maritime de Las Canteras. La chambre est minuscule et aveugle. Pas toujours de l'eau très chaude (le chauffe eau serait - il sous imensionné ?)

• Simona Ilioiu (9/5): - The stay was pretty much as we expected. The apartment was clean and well maintained, located directly on the Las Canteras promenade, with a beautiful sea view. The balcony with a direct view of the ocean was definitely a highlight and made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was equipped with the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and air conditioning. Unfortunately, the coffee machine did not work and, although a technician came, confirmed the issue and took it away, it was not replaced during our stay. The air conditioning was needed in December, but it was installed only in the bedroom. Since our child slept in the living room, we had to keep the bedroom extremely warm so that some of the heat would reach the living area, which was not very practical. Key collection was easy, from the associated hotel located about a 2-minute walk away. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the excellent location and sea views.
• janeth (10/5): Muy bien ubicado. - La ubicación. Una de las salidas del edificio da al paseo marítimo ( playa) y la otra sale a media calle al mismo lugar. Al lado del edificio hay un pequeño supermercado y luego estás cerca de cafeterías, restaurantes tiendas de todo tipo. Hay mucha vida y la gente canaria es encantadora. Huelen un poco las alcantarillas y se tarda mucho en ir el agua en la ducha.

Non ho avvertito l'odore percepito da alcuni turisti che hanno soggiornato e recensito precedentemente. Il responsabile della struttura, una persona davvero simpatica e disponibile. Si vede che di Hotelery se ne intende!

La stanza assegnata era al piano terra,non corrispondeva alle foto si booking.Su tre finestre era possibile aprirne una sola ,ma dava su una corte interna e davanti c'era un muro.La doccia non si poteva chiudere ,era rotta l'anta.Lo scarico perdeva .La pulizia lasciava a desiderare

• Merle (6/5): - The location was amazing, very close to the beach and to the city center. The staff (reception, kitchen and airport transfer) were super friendly and helpful. Sadly, the appartment did not have any daylight, the windows were locked and not see through, it was very dark and cold in the apparment. The description of booking.com said "seperate bedroom" but there was no door to the kitchen and the (loud and constant) noise of the fridge was very disturbing. The breakfast was nice but located in a basement, again with no daylight.

• Zoltán (5/5): Csalódás volt. - A hátsó ajtó a strandra nyílt. Abban amiben mi voltunk, nem volt ablak. A terasz a lichthofra nyílt. Sötét volt a lakás ezmiatt. Ez a képen nem volt egyértelmű. Valószínűleg rossz a zuhanyban a bűzelzáró mert elég csatorna szag volt mikor belépsz.

• Daniela (8/5): Soggiorno complessivamente piacevole nonostante alcuni inconvenienti, ma la posizione e la vista sul mare hanno compensa - Sono stata ospite di questa struttura ricettiva per 15 giorni nell’appartamento con balcone vista mare e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza positiva. La pulizia è stata impeccabile e la posizione è stata perfetta per me, dato che era di fronte al mare e potevo raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi passi. La struttura era ben attrezzata e aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, compresa la lavatrice che mi è stata molto utile. Lo staff è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere alle mie domande e a risolvere eventuali problemi. In generale, sono stata molto soddisfatta della mia esperienza in questa struttura e la consiglio a chiunque cerchi un posto comodo vicino al mare. La posizione, la pulizia e lo staff sono stati i punti di forza di questo soggiorno. Spero di poter tornare in futuro!" Nonostante la mia esperienza complessivamente positiva, ci sono alcune cose che non mi sono piaciute. Appena entrata nell'appartamento, ho sentito un brutto odore di scarico. Questo problema è stato già segnalato da altri ospiti in passato, non credo che sia un problema di pulizia dell'appartamento, ma piuttosto un problema esterno alla struttura. Personalmente, ho risolto il problema con l'uso di incenso. Un'altra cosa che potrebbe non piacere è il rumore che proviene dalla finestra, che si trova al piano terra. Tuttavia, personalmente lo considero tollerabile. La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è stata la macchina esterna dell'aria condizionata che non è collegata al nostro appartamento, ma a un altro. Quando è accesa, spara un getto di aria calda direttamente sul balcone del nostro appartamento, ad altezza uomo. Questo crea un disagio enorme, poiché l'aria calda è molto intensa e rende quasi impossibile soggiornare sul balcone durante le ore in cui la macchina è in funzione. Il problema è particolarmente fastidioso perché non c'è modo di controllare o di spegnere la macchina, quindi gli ospiti dell'appartamento sono costretti a subire il calore e il rumore senza poter fare nulla. Sarebbe auspicabile che questo problema venisse risolto per garantire un'esperienza più confortevole per gli ospiti futuri.

• Julia (7/5): - Los apartamentos son de nueva reforma, cómodos, modernos y funcionales. Todo estaba muy limpio. El edificio tiene una salida al paseo marítimo de las Canteras, lo que es su punto fuerte. Tanto el desayuno, como el check in, el check out y cualquier otra gestión se realizan en un hotel que está a cinco minutos a pie. No hay personal en las instalaciones. Además, no nos avisaron y estuvimos dando vueltas con el coche. No está bien señalizado para la llegada. Los parkings de alrededor se llenan en temporada alta y cuestan 16 euros al día, no 13 como pone en la página. NO tiene parking propio.

• Svitlana (10/5): Like it; will stay again. - The location is great. I only regret that I didn't book the apartment with a beach view. Good kitchen including full size refrigerator. Plenty of linens. We were also pleasantly surprised with a welcome bottle of cava and water in the apartment 🙂. The window or door in the bedroom was locked so we could not open it.

Breakfast is also quite good The apartment are located two blocks from reception, and strange there was no information given in advance about it. So you come, wait, call, and apparently you need to go another place to pick up the keys.. Same during check-out, you came another place, give keys, waits 20 mins for them to check apartments and only then they give back deposit. Also during our stay there were renovation works in another apartment, started 10am and finished 8pm.. 3 days it was kind of nightmare to be inside during the day, so whole day you are forced to be out...

• Kevin (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable everyone was very helpful. - Superb location. 10 yards from a lovely beach. A real city experience with plenty to do. Lack of light and outdoor seating area. All you need to do is stick in a couple of beach chairs and we could just sit on the beach.
• Linas (10/5): Definitely staying here otra vez!! - Unbeatable localization: Playa de las Canteras & city center. Friendly staff. All the accessories we needed for a holiday home was in the apartment. And everything worked well. Walls are not too thick though it was not a problem for us.
