• Alex (9/5): Nearly perfect stay :) - My stay was really good, the host was very responsive, the apartment is in a perfect location and equipped with everything. Just I would put some cute color-dimmable light here and there to make it more cozy and it would be nice some candle and a mirror in the bedroom :)

• JAMIE (6/5): Excellent location with very responsive hosts but does have drawbacks as mentioned above. - Excellent location in a safe area of town with extremely close access to the underground. If all you care about is location, this is the place to stay. Basement, steep stairs, no A/C, very hot with little airflow, dryer doesn’t dry clothes
• Sylvia (9/5): Perfecto y sorprendente - El apartamento es sorprendente, más bonito y de mejor calidad que en las fotos. Aunque es un sótano, tiene mucha luz. La distribución de las estancias y cómo se conectan, es lo más sorprendente. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, el apartamento tiene un aseo adicional al baño principal y todo está bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación es estupenda, a unos metros del metro y de una parada de taxis. Sin duda intentaremos reservarlo cuando estemos en Londres! Una contradicción entre los propietarios al pedirles dejar las maletas hasta la salida de nuestro vuelo o un late check out. Da la impresión de estar gestionado por varias personas.

• DiC81 (8/5): Good stay in a great location - The location of this apartment is amazing. The kitchen is well supplied and the host was easy to communicate with. It is a basement apartment. This is a personal preference. The apartment is perfectly secure. You can hear the next door neighbours so if you're a sensitive sleeper, could be an issue.

• Lisa (9/5): Great place to stay if you want to feel like a part of Chelsea. - Loved that it was so close to the tube and had great restaurants and shopping just around the corner. Very comfortable for two people. Some noise from the street and neighbors at odd hours of the night. This is beyond the control of the owner.

• Michael (10/5): Ideal Location retreat. - The property was perfect for where we needed to be, very close to the subway, and within walking distance to Restaurants and Bars. Didn’t have any problems at all.
• Clare (8/5): Very good - Perfect pied a terre, a stone’s throw away from Sloane Square tube. Comfy, big bed. As with many basement flats, it’s noisy. There were people walking along the street and shouting at all hours. Earplugs a must!

• Alvin (10/5): The apartment was absolutely perfect. In one of the nicest areas of the city. The tube station was - I liked that I could arrive and easily gain access to the apartment on my own schedule. The sensor light outside the door was not switched on when I arrived which caused me to miss the last step and stumble into the wall. Luckily I was not hurt.
• Steve (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in the heart of London!!! - The proximity to the Underground, and Central London points of interest is amazing. The flat is clean, and the owners are responsive. We have stayed there twice, and will continue to rent the flat in the future. We really have no complaints about the property.

Staff were responsive - Location could not be better - in what could be termed as a ‘posh’ area - tube station only steps away , in a nice , safe residential street and close to King’s Road for shops and restaurants Nothing major but not a posh flat as described Basement flat with a disorientating layout with lots of doors and a corner wardrobe that is difficult to access . No soft furnishings on bedroom windows. Heating was irregular - towel rails sometimes hot and sometimes cold . No clear instructions on controls . No news channels on TV - just Netflix and amazing on prime . Problems with deadlock on front door which was solved by friendly staff. Bathroom vent not working and light bulb out on bedside lamp . Bed linens and pillows ok and bed comfortable but no fitted sheet . Towels are of good quality but small .

• Witter (9/5): Excellent opulent apartment,prime location, close to the tube station and highly recommend - Excellent experience, spacious apartment ,opulent and great location Neighbours were noisy above the apartment and you could hear people walking past which wasnt great as the windows weren't double glazed. Overall highly recommend!

• Yin (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, just 1 mins walk to the tube. The apartment is equipped with most of the amenities that you might need. The sink in the bathroom is clogged.
• Zoe (5/5): Needs improving - The location is why this property does so well. With Victoria station 15 min walk away and sloane square on your doorstep makes exploring the city extremely easy. Lots of restaurants at the end of the street you've for plenty to choose from. The property could really benefit from a new lick of paint and some attention. Sinks have broken plugs. There's a holes in the wall from where a toilet roll holder was that hasnt been filled. Bath was dirty. The bed felt like it was going to break. It's only a matter of time before it does. The bedspread was dirty (see picture). I am highly suspicious that the bed sheets weren't changed before we arrived. I could go on, but I think I've made my point.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - The place was clean, organised and ready to be lived in Prime location to travel (close to the station) Accommodation included Movie packages and wi-fi which were quick and responsive The ominous locked door next to the bed - it's locked from your side so it's not as if it could be breached but it's a little jarring having it there and not knowing what's behind it

No information left for tourists eg- maps etc Was not warned there were step steps to get in and out of the property - difficult for my elderly mother and also heavy luggage

• Ivan (7/5): Good - Excellent location - indeed posh location in London, and very convenient to many many things. Relatively well equipped, huge smart TV for those who need it. Easy to get into, keys transfer seamless. Tube station literally 1 minute away. Despite otherwise a great place, it smelled strongly of smoke unfortunately, which made it very unpleasant for people with kids.

• Jeffrey (4/5): Great location but disappointing stay. In future I will double check all key details before paying. - The location was excellent. The kitchen was quite functional and the bathroom(s) modern. There was no washing machine, clothes dryer or iron - all as advertised. The television didn't work (either you had to put in a netflix password, or alternatively you had to programme the set). The couch was not fit for purpose. The mattress was way past its use by date. Both couch and mattress need to be replaced. Finally the apartment is at basement level and down a very steep set of stairs. In our 60s, not what we wanted.

Great customer service via whatsapp and Booking.com. the bed was king size and comfortable. There is a set of steep stairs to enter the apartment, which is below street level. Not a problem for those who don't mind a few stairs.

• Melissa (7/5): The tube is across the road! - This basement level apartment was situated in a great location with a 2 minute walk to the tube. Comfy king size bed. Fully equiped kitchen but not much bench space. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for entry. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Could do with more bedroom storage if wanting to unpack for an extended stay.

• Chiara (9/5): Stylish, comfortable, luxurious flat. - I really loved this apartment! It was super comfortable and stylish as advertised! Better than the pictures! The location is amazing too, walking distance to the park and the museums & shops in Chelsea and Kensington. Overall really really enjoyed my stay! The only remarks I have are that on a weekend you are likely to hear people outside (but up to a reasonable time), and the living room radiator didn't seem to be working so though the rest of the flat was lovely and warm, the living room was a little chilly.
• Jacqueline (10/5): It was lovely! - I loved that it was easy to get into the apartment and that it was very clean. The plus was that there were a few extras available for use. Like bubble bath, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Things like a blower and face trimmer were also available. The hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly to any inquiries. They were also flexible with the arrival time. It was a wonderful weekend and experience. That I didn’t have a longer stay!
