Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: Das Yumbo-Centrum liegt ganz in der Nähe, und auch bis zum Strand sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die verschlossenen und absolut ausreichenden Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns begeistert – er war zu keiner Zeit überlaufen, und es waren immer genügend freie Liegen vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!“

• Peter (9/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Tolle Lage unmittelbar neben dem Yumbo Center. Sehr gute Ausstattung, viel Platz, sehr sauber, ruhige Apartmentanlage (außer beim Mogolon). Komplette Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Der Eigentümer ist per whatsapp immer erreichbar. Schade, dass wir nicht den ganzen Urlaub hier verbringen konnten.
• Stu (10/5): 10/10 would definitely return - The apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean. Everything we could need was provided and a fantastic location 2 minutes from the Yumbo. Self-Check in instructions were detailed and very easy to follow Nothing at all.

• Juan Francisco (10/5): Mejor estancia en Maspalomas - Todo. Tenía de todo como si fuese nuestra propia casa, nada de ruido y la limpieza era excelente. Todo funcionaba a la perfección. Además de tener parking privado. He de destacar el contacto con el anfitrión que era instantáneo en cada momento. Además la ubicación es perfecta ya que todo el ocio está cerca y no hay que coger coche.
• Billy (10/5): Perfect in every way. - I like everything about the apartment from the location to the lighting and shower room and the bedroom and of course the kitchen. Everything work beautifully. Wi-Fi is faster than the one I use at home in the UK. it’s very quiet even you are in the middle of everything. The pool is great too which you can get the Sun from 9 to 7 pm. I had a fantastic holidays ,but I didn’t want to come back to wet and London of London. Nothing

• Gregory (10/5): A piece of paradise! - WOW! This apartment is an absolute gem!! Even before we stepped foot in the apartment Adrián made us feel welcomed. There were several questions he needed answers too before we checked in. Once I answered those questions he sent us a very detailed explanation on how to enter the apartment. It was a very easy process. The inside of the apartment is brand new, beautifully designed and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and there is a beautiful view. There was a water and 2 cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. There was also a little snack in the refrigerator. Really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The location makes the amazing apartment even better! Muchísimas gracias, Adrián There is nothing to not like. The place is everything!

• Bartosz (5/5): Passable - - Clean, renovated, well equipped apartment, with a big fridge and 2 TVs - Lots of shops around, 15 min walk to the beach - The host was very supportive, very communicative - Street noise 24/7, poor windows isolation from the street - Parking was a struggle, it's shared among dozens of cars in a very limited space, a few times there were no free places left - Confusing initial steps with 2 boxes to get to the apartament - AC only in the living room, difficult to bring down the temperature in the bedroom below 27 degrees to a comfortable one - Towels fall off the hangers - Supplies (coffee, soap, toilet paper) were not replenished on our arrival
