• Claire (9/5): Super séjour à Rome - La chambre était hyper confortable, fidèle aux photos avec une décoration cocon et une ambiance parfaite pour un couple. La mise à disposition de boissons est un plus, c'est très appréciable. Les équipements de la chambre permettent une totale autonomie pendant le séjour. L'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite, on entend pas mal les bruits dans le couloir.

• Damiani (8/5): - Camera accogliente, posizione buona, letto comodo, bibite gratuite, non si sentiva alcun rumore esterno Una federa del cuscino era leggermente sporca, nella vasca idromassaggio non abbiamo potuto utilizzare tutte le modalità perché attivando altre modalità dalle bocchette uscivano molti residui di calcare.
• Siluan (9/5): Sehr sauber und Top Zimmer! - Sehr moderne, saubere und schöne Zimmer. Der Kundenservice war 1A, hat uns bei diversen Fragen blitzschnell geantwortet und uns auch Tipps bzgl. Restaurants gegeben. Was auch Top ist, das Mamaco diverse Guides bereitstellt zwecks Restaurants, Cafes und Sehenswürdigkeiten in ganz Rom. Das hat und sehr weiter geholfen, da dies direkt in Google Maps übertragen wurde. 5 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich das Madeleine Cafe, was wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Top Frühstück. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits ist der Haupteingangsbereich des Hotels, was etwas gruselig wirkt, aber da dies ein historisches Gebäude ist, liegt das vermutlich auch nicht an Mamaco selbst.

• David (9/5): Smart, tech driven hotel convenient for restaurants and Foro Italico. - Excellent location for Foro Italico. Nicely stylish rooms. Good insulation for a good night’s sleep. Smart phone access gives guest ‘independence’. Very little space to put things in the bathroom. Just needs an extra shelf. No breakfast. No contact with humans (some may see this as an advantage!)

• Sophie (8/5): Lovely big rooms decor great further than we wanted to be but cannot fault the hotel we felt very sa - Big rooms very spacious lovely decor , the bed was very uncomfortable with no head board, we only saw 1 cleaner the whole time . It would have beeb nice to be welcomed in when we arrived to know how to work everything. The bathroom smelt very bad like a bad smell coming from the drains or something. That we see no 1 the location was a far walk from where we thought. No head board on the bed smelly bathroom . The first night we arrived we saw a stain on the bedding we noticed the cleaner had been in and not changed this other than that it was lovely and clean

• Kate (1/5): Disappointing. Very bad communication and customer service. - We arrived and no one was there to help with check in. It was a run down building and there were no clear communication of access guidelines. They wanted us to submit our passport details over WhatsApp. All this to say that we were expecting something closer to a b&b and this was not even close.
• Patrick (9/5): Perfect for events at the Olympic stadium! - Perfect location for events at the Olympic stadium, very new and clean! The only thing I could potentially see as a negative is that there was nobody there to make sure our luggage was supervised for the afternoon on the day we left.
• Orla (8/5): Definitely would go stay again - Fantastic location for Stadio Olympico, very clean , small market & coffee shop across the street. We were able to leave bags after checkout, very helpful staff. Small shelf beside bathroom sink would be helpful.
