- Francisco (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing really I called the property to inform them that I was on my way to check in..the time was 5:45 pm .. was informed that I did not have a reservation with them.. I mentioned that is was thru booking.com.. they told me I could cancel the reservation..they said they no longer use booking.com.. had to pay taxi fare twice due to the cancellation very bad experience with them.. I requested a refund have not received my refund..😡😡
