• Erik (9/5): - Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Lekker groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van het strandbad en op fietsafstand van de boulevard van Velden am See. Het was heet tijdens ons verblijf maar de airco doet goed zijn werk. De sleutel konden we uit een sleutelkastje met code pakken, we hebben geen host gezien. vooral de inrichting spreekt tot de verbeelding, een elegant uitziend appartement zo goed als aan de Worthersee! Er zijn wel veel regeltjes beschreven zoals dat de airco tussen 22 en 06 niet aan mag. Vreemd, want juist dan heb je die nodig. Overdag waren wij er niet. ook dat de meubels niet verschoven mogen worden etc etc.. Veel voor de hand liggende zaken. Verder konden wij niet iets eerder de sleutel ophalen, men was daar niet erg flexibel in

• Jonathan (7/5): Very hard to find and when you do, not sure it’s worth it. A beautiful location nonetheless. - A nice view of the lake from the little balcony, exactly as presented on Booking.com. Opposite a swimming area and a restaurant and a 20 minute walk from the beautiful town of Velden. Newly refurbished, the flat is clean and big enough for 2 people adults. This place is very, very hard to find. Took an hour of walking around in the dark. The taxi driver gave up ! Despite many previous reviews commenting, there remains a lack of window blinds meaning the sun pours in to the studio ( my flat was one room) at 5.00 am in the summer. So, I woke at 5 everyday. The bedding is awful. Very poor quality and uncomfortable. The cheapest sheets and atrocious pillows/duvet. The air-con may not be used at night - which is exactly when I needed it as the flat was boiling and I could not open the windows because of the mosquitos. A shared garden, mentioned on Booking (there’s even a photo of an outdoor oven) cannot be used by guests of this flat. You may not ‘set foot’ on the grass. The flat is not ‘beachside’ as advertised. A fairly main road separates it from the beachside houses. There is no direct access to the lake only a nice view.

• Mjo13 (7/5): Had a good stay, little improvement would make it great. - Location is great, nice and modern room with all facilities you need. Parking is also available. The matras and pillows on the bed were not so good. It felt like sleeping on a sack of tools, nuts and bolts. Change it for a good 10cm topper and it will be ok.
• Van (7/5): Good - Location. Therebwas one window without a courtain sobit was very very light in the morning By the 3e person was the shower Cold. Brrrr
