Bathroom drainage issues with foul water spilling out of the shower tray and making us unable to use the shower, sink and bidet for two out of our three days of stay. In the hosts defence, the issues surfaced during the Easter weekend so although they tried to rectify them they were unable to do so and offered a partial refund as good will gesture/compensation.

• Xiaomei (10/5): Super! - It’s a family run flat. The owners are quite helpful. They made great effort to fix the problem of hot water before our arrival and also some small problems efficiently during our stay. Vey easy to communicate and always there when we need help and suggestions. Nothing really. But would be nicer to have more than basic kitchen stuff ;)
• Milan (9/5): perfect place to stay in Rome - The property is perfectly located, walking distance from majority of sites in the city center. The building is well maintained, with an elevator. The apartment is bigger than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised comparing to our previous visit to Rome. It was unusually clean too. The host, Tommy, was very polite and we communicated easily using WhatsApp. The access to the apartment was explained well. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities. There is security safe at disposal. Internet was good, working flawlessly with enough speed for normal usage. All was fine, we had really pleasant stay.
