Livia (9/5): Good location, comfy rooms. - Superb location- the more polished part of the city, close to the palazzo royal, easy to find a restaurant with a sea view around. Safe, clean, comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and full of daylight. Giacomo was kind and accommodating. The bathroom could use a little touching up and deep cleaning. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs (but that goes for everywhere in Napoli).

Julia (9/5): Perfect for your visit in Napoli! - Great location in a very special building. The rooms were clean and the furnishing was lovely, great view from the balcony as well. The staff was amazing, helps you very quick with all questions and even offered tips for our Naples trip… all in all a great experience. We girls were missing a big mirror and the fridge could be better, but we managed it.

Karen (9/5): Perfect. - Fantastic host. Met us at train station and took us to the apartment. He gave us suggestions of where to go in the short time we were there. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. A small kitchenette in the room was a bonus to make a simple breakfast/lunch. The lift was fabulous! Location was excellent- a short walk from the lively harbour area and restaurants. Air conditioning. Nothing.

Marta (5/5): Naples Stay - This property looks like it was recently renovated which made our stay pleasant. The downstairs restaurant staff are so friendly so highly recommend that as well. There were a lot of details and issues that our family had throughout our stay that we unfortunately would never stay in this property again or recommend. First, it takes a good 15 minutes to leave and enter the property due to the keys situation. There are about 5 different keys that you have to remember for the 5+ doors you need to get through. It’s 2025, we highly recommend looking into some other system as this is just chaotic. The cleaner came everyday but all she did was make our bed. Never changed towels, never gave more toilet paper. No reason to come and just make our bed, we can do that. The cooler in the apartment should be thrown away or not advertised as such. I had a 1 year old baby with me and had to store breast milk, it spoiled my breast milk as it does not work and barely cools. The property is not childproof whatsoever so keep that in mind with a child. We were also very taken back by the check in time. We were told after 9pm, it would be a 30 euro surcharge. I’ve never experienced this in my 10+years of travel, and we were speeding from the airport to catch the guy before 9pm just not to get charged. During our stay, some electricians came to fix something in the bathroom, we were not warned by the host beforehand and were taken back. Some communication would have been nice.

Anonymous (10/5): Amazing value for money, in a nice Naples neighbourhood. - Very modern, clean, the location was perfect for restaurants and bars, the sea front and easy to get a taxi from. The large stairwell made the antique metal elevator noise echo a little bit. But that did not disturb us too much as the building is not vast and the elevator not often in use.

Nicky (7/5): Functional clean room in a good location - Great location with bars and restaurants right outside and a short walk from the central square area! The room was clean and spacious. Parking directly opposite and good hosts who met us at the property and kept in touch making for easy check in. The photos/booking was slightly misleading as booked a deluxe room for a courtyard view and the window looked onto the back of a wall (no view at all!), it could be clearer on booking the facilities of each specific room. The area is very close to the port (which has lovely views) however the area is very congested with people, especially when the cruise ships disembark! Also no parking but paid parking opposite.

Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - This place is a newly renovated and it looks fantastic! Spotessly clean, modern, new bathroom with ammenities, small kitchennete and coffee machine, they provide capsules as well. I slept like a baby. Its situated in a very nice area. Its like in a hotel since they provide daily cleaning as well. The breakfast is included as well: coffee and croissant in a restaurant next to the building entrance. Bruno was an amazing host! I would stay here again for sure. -Nothing, everything was amazing!

Breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee and one pastry at cafe next door- nothing else!! Presume the terrace was sitting at the cafe.

It’s in a great location, rooms are so clean, the apartment has a small te - The small utilities in the room (shampoos, slip on shoes) were amazing. Host was super friendly and easy to talk to. Mini fridge could be better. It is very low performance.
Alejandro (9/5): Great location apartment in the heart of Sta Lucia with walking access to many restaurants and ocean - Great neighborhood. It was incredibly hot in Naples, but the air conditioning worked very very well. Super clean and had a balcony which was great for people watching. The host provided us a quick tour on how to operate keys, etc but a small manual or written instructions would have been appreciated.
Lulu (10/5): Elegant, central, friendly apartment in Naples - Ideally located just near the Teatro San Carlos, this immaculately renovated, high ceilinged apartment was just perfect for our one night in Naples. Fabrizia, the host, could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
