- Gloria (10/5): Relaxation at its best xx - The location was excellent, our bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. The shower was powerful too.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It should have an air con in each room. Or maybe a ceiling fan. When we went it was very hot, they provided a standing up fan but it wasnt right.
- Kimberly (10/5): Charming, traditional house in a beautiful village - The house is absolutely beautiful! It is just like the pictures online - traditional and full of character. Ángel, the host, was lovely and met us within 5 minutes of arrival to check us in. The house is very spacious and and even when it was 42 degrees outside, it was beautifully cool inside with no need for air conditioning. The private parking is a great bonus and very convenient with our luggage. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect - right in the centre of Fuenteheridos, which is a charming little village with amazing jamón and mushrooms! Everything was great! It was a bit tricky to park at times as people often parked on the narrow street right where we needed to turn to go through the gate, but that is not the host's fault and is probably unavoidable in a small village.
Also, visitors who are unfamiliar with the area, particularly if visiting with small children, should keep in mind that there is usually only 1 restaurant open per night as it is a very small village and food is only served after 9pm. That being said, the food in all the restaurants we tried was delicious and we loved the small village atmosphere!!
