• Barbara (10/5): Wunderbar 🥰 - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und doch abseits von der touristischen Masse. Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht für die Ferien. Wir haben eine unglaublich saubere Wohnung angetroffen. Die Vermieterin ist stets erreichbar und unglaublich lieb. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock und es hat keinen Lift, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Coop, Schiffshaltestelle, Rialto Brücke, Markusplatz und so weiter, alles in Gehdistanz, zwischen 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Auch günstigere Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu finden. Wir durften unsere Koffer zwischenlagern sowohl bei der Ankunft, als auch vor dem Abflug. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Das Bett im oberen Stock unter dem Dach knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Das war nicht so angenehm. Leider hatte es auch einige Mücken, wofür die Vermieterin aber nichts kann. Viele der Fenster hatten Mückengitter. Irgendwie haben die es trotzdem geschafft in die Wohnung zu kommen.
• Anthony (10/5): I'd stay there again - This was a great apartment. Beautifully appointed and just so cute. A little tricky to find, but the instructions were good. Amazingly quite given how close you were the hussle and bussle.
• Mary-Laure (9/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement pendant nos 3 jours à Venise - L'endroit est parfait, loin du bruit et de l'agitation mais à la fois proche de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter à Venise. Appartement situé au niveau des toits, très confortable, lumineux et très spacieux, nous étions 3 à loger, avec chacune sa chambre. Propreté impeccable ! La propriétaire Federica est très disponible par message en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement pendant nos 3 jours à Venise.

• Christian (8/5): A secret hideaway - Sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat sehr gut gepasst. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten: wir haben eine Toaster vermisst und in der Kaffeemaschine war noch eine verbrauchte Kapsel.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect base for a wonderful vacation in Venice! Very nice and responsive host. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. No issue for us but might be for some.

• Liche (9/5): - Designul apartamentului, locația fata de centru e ok. În 4 zile nu s a făcut curățenie niciodata, a fost nevoie sa solicitam schimbarea prosoapelor. Pernele sunt groaznice.
• Lina (9/5): Very Nice place exactly like the pictures - The apartment was perfect! A family of five and everyone had a bed, spacious and clean! Air conditions worked very well with heat at 38 degrees. Clothes line to hang your clothes it was great!! Any questions I had they were quick to answer. The location of the washing machine was in a room next to the bedroom, but it had slanted ceiling so you had to be bend down or on your knees to use it. Other than that all was good.

• Maris (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious and head everything we needed. The location is also very good. Easy access with the codes. Locking the door from the inside was tricky and you should have one bigger knife to cut hard cheese 🤭

• Fiona (10/5): Comfortable home away from home to give you a locals perspective of Venice. - Location was in quieter area near restaurants and a supermarket and just 10 minutes walk to the vaperetto station and Rialto. It was easy to walk everywhere and close to a gondola station, bakery, bars and cafes. The stairs. A luggage elevator would be great as the bags were big and heavy to lug up 3 stories.
• Antonio (10/5): Great location but a nightmare to climb up those stairs. - The size of the rooms were fantastic, the owner went to a lot of trouble with all the kitchen appliances and utensils for anyone’s stay and the location was great but climbing the stairs with suitcases in the heat was a killer and we were on the top floor climbing them stairs everyday for the time we were there was a nightmare could have done with a lift facility. If I had known it was on the top floor with no lift as my husband has a hip problem I wouldn’t have booked it and it was a nightmare taking the suitcases right to the top could have done with a lift.
• Hannah (9/5): Perfect location, perfect apartment, an experience of a lifetime for the whole family! - We felt like we were staying in a unique and authentic Venice apartment. Lovely decoration. Really great area - quiet but with lovely streets around it. Piazza San Marco easy walk away. Lovely restaurants in quieter, picturesque locations in easy reach. If we’re lucky enough to get back to Venice we will definitely stay again!
• Giacomo (10/5): Perfect Venice retreat! - Wonderful host, perfect location to explore Venice, nice clean spaces with AC. Everything was as described in the listing, maybe even better! There are 3 flights of stairs, but we managed fine despite some of us having knee and back problems. Maybe they can provide more kitchen stuff like pots and wine glasses.
• Maietta (9/5): Superb - The location was very good, easy to get around without being in the middle of the crowds. Beautiful apartment with lots of space, A/C was great, all beds very comfortable! Very clean and modern. Be aware it is up three flights of stairs! Wasn't a problem as we didn't have a ton of luggage. Third bedroom is up a set of stairs and ceiling is low... watch your head!
