- Patricia (8/5): - No reception to check in. When I phoned they told me a code had been sent to my phone to open the door. Room number was also given on phone. Lucky my phone still had a little charge on it
- Aizuddin (7/5): -
- Joseph (7/5): - The convenience and cost. The sound proofing between rooms was seriously inadequate!
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Spencer (1/5): I felt dirty and disappointed after staying there, basic/clean & maintained should not be hard - Nothing The Bedding did not seem clean, the sheets were very worn out - the whole room felt unclean and dilapidated, the combined shower & toilet was extremely small, this was one of the most expensive motels we stayed in on our trip so it was quite disappointing
- Wayne (5/5): -
- David (4/5): Only suitable for a single traveler on a low income - No meals at all Room too small beds uneven no luggage space no bathroom fan power points didn’t work bedside lights not plugged in had to move beds to connect kettle had no power
- Annabelle (1/5): 3 wedding vendors had to book alternate accommodation due to feeling unsafe - I had 3x wedding vendors booked to stay here and all 3 had to book new accommodation as the reviews were so bad and they felt unsafe. I lost $800, and had to pay an extra $500 for other accommodation, not to mention the stress of this on the day before our wedding. The Rest Inn didn't even consider a partial refund.

- Hertling (10/5): - When i arrived, they did not have my booking, I booked online with booking.com. fortunately they still fit me in and were very understanding I have no complaints , it was a bit noisy with road noise and people coming and going, but that is to be expected, and I was just so grateful to have a room.I would be happy to book with them again x

- RAY (7/5): short and convenient - suited me for an overnight stay. for me, nothing.
- Rosemary (8/5): -
- Melinda (3/5): Will not be staying again. The wet pillows were it for me. - The pillows in my room were wet, the bathroom had dirt particles sitting on the sink and toilet as if the windows had been left open and a gust of wind blew through the room. Was not super impressed with finding a dummy tucked into the bunk beds bottoms bed, it clearly wasn’t checked or cleaned properly.
- Crawford (7/5): -
- Humpage (6/5): It was ok for one night - Clean comfy Not enough toilet roll .
We had to turn fridge of due to an annoying noise.
Trip hazard at bathroom door and front door.
- Diane (10/5): -
- chathura (6/5): I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. - Privacy and easy to enter the premises Very old TV and can't connect netflix or any other app.
Dog fur in the quilt.
- Jacques (8/5): - support service very efficient access to the room required help from support service (very efficient) by telephone, which implies to have a cell phone...

- EMMA (1/5): Rest? Don’t expect rest. - It’s reasonably close to town. The rooms are small.
The towels are really old and frayed.
The beds are totally uncomfortable and our bed bowed in the middle. I have a really achy back today.
No drinking water supplied.
No manager on site.
So many dodgy people around. Probably due to lack of management.
Noisy. Was woken at 2:30am by drunk people after a party.
There is no fan in the bathroom, yet there is a sign in the bathroom saying that steam from the shower may set off the fire alarm… and they would charge a $500 fine if the alarm went off.
Seriously overpriced for the horrific night.
- Teresa (6/5): Unusual - Talk to the wall
- Ella (10/5): -
- Sandra (6/5): -
- Margaret Sharon (8/5): Relaxing and comfortable Felt safe and wasn’t afraid to sleep - It was well organised and set up well The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and we didn’t hear the traffic The property was good for the price Would of being better if there was dishwashing liquid and sponges so we can clean if needed or clean up a spill Also tea towels to dry the dishes small issues as it was organised well
- Phillip (7/5): Convenient to town and all good for one night - Location handy and easy to access Bedside lights didn’t work , PowerPoint in bathroom didn’t work . Sign warning of possible smoke detector going off due to steam from bathroom , easily avoided by installing exhaust fans in bathroom either in ceiling or window . PowerPoint loose in the wall above the fridge
- Ray (4/5): - the location and ease of checking in the Bed Mattresses. The double bed was very soft and saggy the mattress on the bunk beds were thin and the kids could feel the wire bed base thru the mattress.
the cutlery that was in the room was in what looked like USED bags and mixed items in bags EG: one bag had 2 knifes and a spoon another had forks and a soup spoon plate but No Bowls. for a family room where the kids are most likely to have Cereal for breakfast there were no bowls?
- belinda (5/5): -
- Brett (10/5): - Friendly staff clean rooms daily cleaning comfy beds hot showers excellent wifi There was nothing bad to say about them at all id stay there again
- Paul (10/5): A nice feeling with friendly staff. - Everything was good. Lovely smiling staff. Nothing.
- Ronald (6/5): Good for brief comfy stopover - Easy access with auto check-in, well place on the way to Victoria. Old but clean and comfortable.
- Karen (2/5): - Location. Easy check in Rules not on booking.com extra fees or even breathing
Bed sagging middle and sloping at head
No PowerPoint bathroom
Sink to small to wash face
No dish cloth or detergent to wash dishes
Ironing board No iron
Hair-dryer stuck in overhead rack No PowerPoint to use it
Door handle to bathroom broken can't close
Sign stating steam from shower sets of smoke alarm cost to you $500 no exhaust fan
Smoking near rooms extra charge yet smokes all over area near door.
Family room requires you to make children's beds if required
Mini bar prices displayed No items in room
- Linda (8/5): Convenient -
- Seneca (10/5): Great staff great service delishfood highly recommend and will be staying again in Naracoorte - Nothing thanks Mario and staff-for the excellent service
- Melissa (8/5): A quick stay with a family of four - Well taken care off, very quiet rooms. And everything we need was there Would have like an email before we arrived, explaining check in.
- Gordon (7/5): Good accommodation with restaurant at nearby property - Comfortable room
Liked self check-in Difficult access to power points behind the bed head
A little costly for this type of room
- Patrick (8/5): -
- robert (6/5): -
- Sharna BROWN (10/5): Grateful! - We were contacted by staff on the way to our little holiday to let us know we would be placed in a different room at another location. The communication was lovely and we were very happy with the upgrade. We loved it all.
- Graham (4/5): -
- mahmood (3/5): -
- Yianni (8/5): -
- Jenni (7/5): - Was clean n tidy. Easy self checkin access. But noisy on highway.
- JASMINE (7/5): -
- Darlow (10/5): -
- Matane (6/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Lincoln (1/5): Very uncomfortable for the 4 nights we stayed there. Would of found something else if I had not prepayed - Check in was convenient Way too expensive for what we paid for. Even had to make one of the beds
- Robert (3/5): Probably won’t stay there again - Location The room had a bad carpet odour
- Kevin (10/5): - Large room with comfortable bed BBQ wasn't working
- idaira (8/5): Genial - La limpieza y la ubicación de la zona Por las noches es un poco ruidoso con los camiones pero igualmente se puede descansar bien
- Ken (8/5): Met expectations - All ok Nil
- Marco (8/5): Comfortable clean motel in a convenient location breaking up the drive to Melbourne - Spacious room, clean, friendly helpful staff; I was upgraded to the William McIntosh Motel next door The water pressure in the shower was a bit low
- Margaret (3/5): - Bedside lights didn't work. Power points under bed were so loose off the wall, had to move the bed, a fire hazard!!!
No manager on site when we tried to find one.
- Bulaong (8/5): very good - affordability non
- Lindsay (10/5): -
- Kathryn (1/5): Avoid this place like the plague. - Struggling to find anything positive to say about this place. There was a tv and an air-conditioner When they said it was a contactless motel I didn't realise that meant that no cleaning products had been in contact with any surface in the room.
When I opened the door I just wanted to go and sleep in my car.
The carpet was disgusting, old, threadbare grotty. Sheets that were once white were yellow. The bed had a nylon blanket with someone's hairs on it. The spare blanket pillow and iron were on a shelf which was so high I couldn't reach it. Luckily I had a blanket with me.
The shower smelled slightly of cat urine. Every where that people regularly touch like the power points, handles, door frames, doors were grubby.
Basically I'd want a full Hazmat suit and a can of Glen 20 before I ever entered that room again.
- Donna (4/5): -
- MG99 (5/5): - The24 hour check in. The fact that when we made up the bunks we where given a fitted sheet for a flat sheet and that there weren't enough blankets even though it was a cold night
- Richard (9/5): -
- Grant (8/5): -
- Bianca Butler (8/5): Self service was convenient and also not. - I loved how comfortable the beds were. The rooms were immaculate. The only thing was that everything was self service. If you need anything, there was no one to assist. The room had no bowls, which was a bit inconvenient, but for what you pay, definitely great value. They do have a beautiful kitchen for all to use with a stove and sink. I will definitely be back if u pass through naracoorte again. No staff if you needed any assistance.
- Bill (5/5): -
- James.r97 (8/5): - Was good People 2 rooms down what went out and started there car up at 5am
- Evan (8/5): A good base for visiting the Naracoorte caves. - Naracoorte is renowned for its cave complex, and megafauna fossils.
This motel is on the edge of Naracoorte township, about 12km from the caves, and so is a good base to visit the caves.
Each unit has basic cooking facilities and an ensuite.
Rooms are cleaned daily. The checkin is done electronically (no staff in reception), so watch your text messages.
- Bowley (7/5): Would possibly stay again but request room away from highway. - Good that there were facilities for breakfast, including microwave.
Liked the ease of entering the room with punch in code. Closeness of room to Riddoch Highway with noise of traffic. Online Photos are somewhat deceiving of size of room and bathroom.
- Graeme (5/5): Being contactless is disappointing and the room needs better facilities. - The room was relatively clean. The main window had a security screen that could be opened/closed with a remote and helped block out road traffic noise. Parking was directly infront of room. Contactless checkin and no staff to speak to face to face with any concerns or queries
There was a cleaner with head phones on who had no contact with clients .
Under bed never cleaned. There was small bits of rubbish and other stuff underneath the bed. The B bed mattress was very springy .
The hand wash bottle fell off the tiles next to the hand basin. There was no shower/toilet exhaust fan.
Tv and kettle and fridge only.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cui (9/5): Superb -
- Helmia (9/5): Was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room set up and how clean and neat everything was. - Clean and modern. Facilities cleaned daily, towels replaced and bins emptied. No soap for hand washing. No tissue box. TV was not working.
- Guri (5/5): Passable - Room wasn’t even vacuumed. Noise coming from next room early in morning which kept going on for 1 hours at 04:00am in morning
- Christine (7/5): Good -
- Eric (8/5): Very good -
- Walding (6/5): OK room if you don't want to sleep - Good shower Bed was very uncomfortable , room was on main highway so very noisy all night, room very small.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable. Inconsiderate other patrons, one who reversed parked to doorways.
Idling his diesel engine in the morning, disturbing other guests.
- Dona (10/5): Would highly recommend - I thought it was great value for money. Very clean and tidy with comfy bef Nothing reslly
- Isabelle (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abraham (7/5): Good -
- Jozef (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (8/5): Basic and comfortable - Comfortable bed, reasonably clean. Easy check in, good location. Bbq to use if you wished. Kitchen facilities in room. Very loud ear piercing noise from neighbouring shower when used.
Power point in bathroom didn't work, kitchen area one was loose.
