Guest Reviews
- Anthony (4/5): Definitely needs work - The stay would have been passable if there wasn’t construction right below my room starting at 7am. Heavy drilling / sawing / hammering. Calling it a boutique hotel is also a bit of a stretch. The lobby is nicely designed with the ubiquitous neon style sign to draw in influencers like a mouth to a flame, but the rooms are incredibly basic, and while the bathroom is decently designed there is variable pressure in the shower. Staff friendly enough but no-one speaks English so have some kind of translation app at the ready. Location was good for what I needed but I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise.
- Teshell (10/5): - It was my husband birthday and I booked last min and let me tell you 10/10. Go ahead and book the staff and everyone was welcoming. Walking distance from everything we needed to go. The owner was soooo nice to us. Exactly what customer service is about. We’re definitely going back and I’m staying here.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Hotel was right behind the major hotels on the main road. So, very convenient and very walkable area. I was walking late in residential area behind hotel and had not problems. Would definitely go back.
- Adalkiry (10/5): - I had to unexpectedly stay an extra day in Aruba by myself, and saying I was terrified is an understatement. From the moment I arrived at this beautiful, cozy hotel, I was met with the kindest treatment and the utmost respect. The older gentleman who runs operations is truly a sweetheart—he noticed my worried expression right away and went above and beyond to reassure me and make me feel safe.
The next morning, he even took the time to recommend great places to eat, walked with me there and helped me arrange cab service to the airport the next day. That kind of personal care made such a difference.
The hotel itself is small, cozy, and very clean. There’s coffee and tea available in the hallway, parking right outside, and it’s only about two blocks from a strip with plenty of shops and restaurants.
If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. For me, it’s a solid 10/10!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Place - The room was small but was excellent for what we needed for one night. We have never stayed in should a clean hotel. The staff was excellent too!
- Kiyoshi (8/5): - Room is small. Location is good.
- Giancarlo (10/5): - Not luxury but for a quick visit for work
Good price and convenient
- Herbert (8/5): - Hotel was clean and not much noise
- Victoria (10/5): - Very cute boutique! Front desk and cleaner were very nice and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Renaissance, grocery store and everything. Only thing is that the room literally just has a bed, nicely renovated bathroom and tv. No place to put your luggage but good thing we only had carry on bags. We don’t mind because we only sleep in the room as we spent most of our time exploring the island so keep that in mind. Still gets 5 star from me!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very Clean room, it's in a good area... Easy access to airport and downtown orajastad.
- Bruno (10/5): - Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. Localização boa dentro de orangested.
- Joseph (10/5): - Great place !
- Moises (10/5): - Agradable
- Franklin (10/5): - A simple but excellent budgethotel for vacationers with activities in the main area of Oranjestad (walkable) or elders (easy to go with taxi or bus)
- Thomas (10/5): - Raul the night clerk was very friendly. The rooms are nice at a fair price.
- John (10/5): - As the name Central "Boutique" Hotel would imply, the rooms are small. Also, the staff was super nice and the price was reasonable. Yes, I would stay here again.
- SUSAN (8/5): - Convenient to downtown, walkable to Main St and waterfront locations.
- Igor (4/5): - Very noisy area. The room has only a bed and a TV, nothing else, no place to put things. Will never go back to this hotel.
- Valeri (10/5): - The hotel is close to everything. Great customer service. Good choice!!
- Najee Quran (8/5): - Nice staff and help with everything. Small room but good for 1 person.
- Jennifer (6/5): - Clean and very kind owners. Room is just very small but oh well. Just know it is a room and a bathroom, with nothing else. As long as you know that, you will be fine. Short walk to all shopping, bars, boats, water, casino.
- SAROJNI (10/5): - Didn't have any issues nice quiet hotel
the staff was very helpful plenty of water and tea coffee was free. Teofilo was very helpful and very professional.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We stayed one night before getting on a cruise ship. Clean but small rooms. Accommodating staff. While there are no elevators the staff handled taking our luggage (to and from room).
- Loïc (10/5): - L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé et le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. J’ai adoré mon séjour.
- Christopher (10/5): - Room as small and simpler, per other reviews, but location is central to the port area and staff was super helpful. If you're looking for safe, clean, reasonably priced no extra frills place to stay, this is it.
- John Edward Thomas (10/5): - This property was perfect for our stay. My wife and I found the staff very friendly and took care of all our needs. The hotel was located in a poverty stricken neiborhood but we never encountered any problems. Its location was a few streets away from the main strip and had all local restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for our stay
- Michel (8/5): - 9.5 / 10!!!
- Shola (10/5): - Convenience
- Thomas (8/5): - The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the Renaissance plaza where there are many restaurants and bars and shopping mall on the main strip by the water.
The front desk staff was very helpful telling me where to find places I wanted to go.
The room is small but I didn't mind because the only thing I do in the hotel is sleep. The bed is big, the bathroom clean. However I wish the shower had a shower spray wand. It would be easy to add one and it's not expensive to do.
At the end of the hall they were constructing a suite room with a kitchenette. So during their work day it was noisy at times depending on what kind of work they were doing. It only affected me the one day that I decided to come back to the hotel and rest and take a little nap before going out again.
- Connie (10/5): - Fine for one night if one doesn’t need amenities.
- Mayerlin (8/5): - Buena atención y servicio excelente
- Patricia (6/5): - One night stay.
Positives: Greeted enthusiastically and given overall information. Owner/manager carried heavy suitcases upstairs. He had me take a picture of codes and passwords. Stored our suitcases with no problem. Could control temp in the room. Walking distance to mall and marketplace.
Negatives: Room contains only a bed. No other furniture. Not a big deal. Returned at 9:30 to our separate rooms to take a shower. Both of us had no body wash and shampoo - bottles were empty. Used small abrasive bar of soap on sink not meant for bathing. Then, with dripping wet hair, no hair dryer (advertised on website) in room. Only security person on duty, so went to bed chilly even though I turned the air down. (I now have a wicked head cold and sinus infection, and I know this night is the reason.) LOTS of noise all night. Entrance is located in a parking lot. Motorcycles revving up twice during the night, and a siren that stayed on for at least ten minutes. Very restless sleep.
Most disappointing: I asked to speak with the owner/manager the next morning privately, as there were guests in the lobby. Asked about body wash and shampoo - answer: he would tell housekeeping and said I had a bar of soap. Asked about hair dryer - answer was that I should have asked for one. Asked me if I wanted one now. (On our way to airport - not helpful) Told me I could have called him, but I never got any number. No attempt to offer us any compensation. Did not seem concerned at all. Disappointed.
- Mike (8/5): - Cheap last minute hotel.
- Desire (10/5): - I loved my stay Dan was so helpful with everything!!
- Alyssa (10/5): - This is our first time coming to Aruba and not staying in a resort area. Although we were nervous in the beginning for the area, the building itself is very safe. There’s a lock for the code to get into the building and then upstairs are the rooms where we all have our own personal keys to use like a normal hotel. It was very quiet, which was nice along with the fact that it was a beautiful five minute walk to the Renaissance area along with shops and restaurants. The staff there were very quick to amend a pillow situation and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay from letting us keep our luggage there until our flight left along with calling us taxis when we needed them. The area itself is very walkable. And I’m very glad we ended up staying here. The room quarters are much smaller than anticipated, but provide all that you need such as a bed and private bathroom along with air-conditioning. Went on vacation. What more do you really need, you should only be spending very little time in the room. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a cost friendly stay while visiting Aruba.

- Magdalena (8/5): - Nice and clean
- Lesly (10/5): - Lugar acogedor y tranquilo

- Ricardo (6/5): - Esta centrico
- Zlatina (10/5): - Great customer experience.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Buen hotel - Buena ubicación, todo recién remodelado
- Moya (10/5): - I loved my stay at this hotel. The owner and his brother made sure I was safe at all times, gave me recommendation on places to visit, the hotel was very clean and they made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely looking forward to coming back here.
- Srisak (8/5): - It's a brand new hotel and they're working hard to get the property in place. There were some issues with the room, but the staff are super nice.
