Josh (4/5): Location is beautiful! But choose another holiday home - The location is stunning, Noosa Waters is unbelievably pretty and for the most part, quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the card and biscuits from the real estate agent, Alex, who was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations. The property wasn’t clean, there were dead bugs and cockroaches in various places throughout, including in the entrance hallway which should’ve been removed during a clean. No hair dryer upstairs, so only one in a house for 6 people. The jetty was padlocked so no access to the water, plus nothing provided to make use of the water even if it was accessible. We’ve stayed at multiple holiday homes around Noosaville and always had access to paddle boards or kayaks (or both) to get the most out of the location, but having the jetty padlocked felt insulting. The beds are very old and uncomfortable, one in particular is so badly bowed two people can’t sleep in it comfortably without falling into the middle. We. Noted that other guests as far back as 2022 had commented on this in the guestbook, amongst other complaints, but nothing rectified. Internet is poor, and only one small TV provided. We couldn’t even get through one music video on Christmas Day as it kept freezing due to poor connection and the cheapest TV possible. Outside has a large dining table but without sufficient protection from the sun to actually use it for lunch or dinner. The comfy outside seats are only for two people, which isn’t enough for a house designed for up to 6. Whilst the house is sold as self catering accommodation, there was a lack of even basic items that would make someone visiting’s stay more comfortable, especially given the huge price tag attached to a Christmas booking. The property is in a 5 star location and commands a 5 star price, but the actual offering is much more budget and both my parents who visited all the way from Portugal were disappointed in how cheap it felt. You can’t beat the view or location though, so I’d recommend people book other holiday homes when they visit the area; you’re more likely to get what you pay for in another property.

Brad (8/5): Very good - Great location right on the river with access to a private jetty. Kids had fun fishing 🎣 Real handy to the shops. House was neat and tidy with everything you wanted. If I had to pick on something it would be the master beds mattress was too hard for my liking. And no tv 📺 in bedroom.

Haley (8/5): Great accommodation - We stayed here last holidays and loved it so much we came back. We love being on the river and being able to fish off the deck. With the humidity the air conditioner was amazing. The parking isn’t garaged but our car was still under cover. The hosts were great. Short walk to Noosa River and many places to eat. Neighbors were a bit on edge so we had to be extra quiet. Main air con was a bit loud
