• Bianca (8/5): - The flat is nice and new, clean and quiet. Great location with plenty of supermarkets and other shops around, easy to reach from the airport with public transport. Fool-proof instructions to check in and out (received the day before). Toiletries and bathroom amenities are in principle included, but in practice there was only one roll of toilet paper and a very small shower gel for my 6-night stay. I obviously had to buy more and leave them there as I could not bring them with me. Few more items for cooking and cleaning (broom, cleaning spray, extra trash bags, kitchen paper...) would also be appreciated. Bring a sleep mask, it is very bright!

• Silke (10/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! - Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Best Prater Apartment. Die Lage war sehr gut und zentral, ein Katzensprung zum Prater und zur U-Bahn. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich unschlagbar! Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen! Das Einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass ein recht unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche kam.

Die Anweisungen für den Selbst Check In sind sehr verständlich. Der Geruch im Bad ist spannend, kommt aber von draußen, da kann das Apartment nichts dafür.
• Małgorzata (8/5): - Bardzo ładny apartament super urządzony, wygodne łózka, ładny aneks kuchenny, bardzo czysty. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Apartament znajduje się w klimatycznej kamienicy w dzielnicy Prater, niedaleko jest metro skąd można się dostać do centrum. Ogólnie zatrzymalibyśmy się tam ponownie ale.. ...ale nie latem. Byliśmy tam w sierpniu, temperatura była ponad 30 stopni, niestety apartament mieści się na poddaszu i nie ma klimatyzacji. W środku były ustawione trzy wiatraki jednak niewiele to pomagało. Upał wewnątrz był nie do zniesienia. Poza brakiem klimatyzacji nie mogę się do niczego przyczepić, ale odejmuję tym samym punkty za komfort, gdyż w tym upale nie można było poczuć się komfortowo.

• Nina (8/5): Good deal, small changes - Very good location! Close to the subway and also very close to the Prater. It was clean when we entered, very well equipped apartment especially kitchen! For five people is on a smaller side but still very good deal for a small holiday! We were there 5 days with 5 persons, so we missed something like vacuum cleaner, because it started to be dirty on the floor. Or at least it would be nice if we had a shelf for shoes before entering in the apartment. Also, ventilation could be better, for us it was fine but it started to be very humid after a bit of cooking even when using only oven, we tried to open a windows but as it was close to 0 degree it was not possible to get all humidity out. There was also mold present in the bathroom.

• Gábor (7/5): Kalandos bejutás a hideg de tágas szobákba - Tiszta volt minden jól felszerelt a fűtés kivételével.Volt kávékapszula a gépnel hogy tudjunk reggel kávézni. Kalandos volt a bejutás.2 es szobát mondtak ,de valójában a 24 es szobaajtó mögött volt a 2 es apartmanszoba. A földszint és 4. emelet között lépcsőztünk sokat nem találtuk a szobát. Nem tudtuk meghívni a liftet. Az információ amit kaptunk képeket a szobáról teljesen más volt. Az előre fizetéskor az emailben kapott pin kód nem nyitotta a kulcsszekrényt. A kulcsszekrény helye később derült ki amit nem tudtunk kinyitni csak egy utólag küldött emailben levő pinkóddal illetve telefonhívás után.Az utólag küldött hosszú email végén volt hogy RFID taget kell használni a lift egy rejtett pontján ahhoz hogy meg lehessen hívnj... Földszinten 2 nyíl volt a liften de nem volt odairva hogy kulcs taget ide rakd stb.. Emeleten még nyíl sem volt a lift ajtónál.A apartmanban 2db infra panel volt a szobákra és 18-19 fokelérése is csak órák után sikerült. A gyerekek nagyon fáztak. A fürdöszobában lévő infra panelnek alul volt egy rejtett főkapcsolója utána működött a digitális gombja...De nem tudta az esti tusoláshoz felmelegíteni a szobát.. Javaslom a lift taget pinkódot email elejére. Javaslom olajradiátor vagy nagyobb melegítött ehhez a szobához. Tető ablaknál húz a hideg..

• karel (10/5): Příjemný prostor, Byl jsem spokojený, děkuji - Klidná, tichá ulice ( i v pátek večer), klidný a tichý dům, prostorný apartmán, tepelné panely prostor vytopí rychle a spolehlivě. Koupelna čistá s pračkou. Kuchyně prostorná, dostatečně vybavená (základní talíře, základní příbory, základní misky, základní hrnky, základní skleničky), vše nové. Ložnice obrovská, mnoho úložných prostor ve skříních, dostatečná rezerva dek a polštářů, pro tepelný komfort, matrace pohodlné. Základní ručníky k dispozici. 200m supermarket Billa, do pěti minut pěšky několik dobrých restaurací kde se dá dobře najíst. Dobrá komunikace s majitelem, dobrá informovanost, informace na booking souhlasí Nemám výhrady, za mě bylo vše v pořádku, mam spíše technickou poznámku k ručníkům, jedná se o poměrně častý jev i v hotelích. Pokud ručník není dokonale suchý a ihned se složí, stačí jen zbytková vlhkost, ručník okamžitě začne zapáchat. Takový jev se obvykle stává při použití sušičky na prádlo.

Even for a short trip, it was an absolute delight! ​The property's location is truly perfect. We were thrilled that the main Prater amusement park was within easy walking distance, and the subway (U-Bahn) station was also just a short stroll away. This proximity made our brief visit to Vienna incredibly convenient.Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided for, which shows great attention to detail. ​We really enjoyed our stay and found this to be the ideal base. We would definitely come back to this place again if we ever visit this area of Vienna in the future. Highly recommended!
• GERASIMOS (10/5): Ευχάριστη και απροβλημάτιστη διαμονή! - Το σπίτι και η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετικά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο και είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμαστε για μια άνετη διαμονή. Το κρεβάτι ήταν αναπαυτικό, οι χώροι μεγάλοι, άνετοι με καλόγουστη διακόσμηση. Επιπλέον η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και στα θετικά βάζω την καφετιέρα που είχε και κάψουλες έτοιμες για μας! Η είσοδος του κτιρίου που δεν είναι ανακαινισμένη. Όμως δεν νιώθεις ανασφάλεια καθώς φωτίζεται επαρκώς και το ασανσέρ είναι καινούργιο
• Sigrid (9/5): - The appartement was located in a quite street only 5 min from the Prater and Metro station. Several supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Appartment is located in 5th floor, access by elevator. Very detailed instructions for the self check in. Spacious bedroom with sufficient space for storage. Good heating, air conditioning also available (not needed in November), all windows could be opened for ventilation. Some tabs for washing maschine, dishwasher and coffee maker also provided. Very responsive and supportive host. Regarding the smell in the bath room: bath room is ventilated by system and on top by open window. No smell in the living and/or bed room.

• Judit (8/5): Szuper hely, ajánlom. - Nagyon jó helyen van, minden nagyon közel helyezkedik el (Prater, éttermek, boltok, parkok, tömegközlekedés). Az apartman tágas és kényelmes. A konyha nem jól felszerelt, melegítésre és kávézásra alkalmas, de főzéshez már nem. A parkolással kapcsolatban lehetne több információ.

• Mariusz (8/5): Polecam jako nocleg przy zwiedzaniu miasta. - Znakomita lokalizacja ze względu na pobliską stację metra. Czysty, zadbany, dobrze wyposażony lokal. Nie ma klimatyzacji, ale są porządne wentylatory. Komunikacja z gospodarzem w porządku. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Ekspres do kawy bardzo się przydaje. Bonusowo w pobliżu zabytkowy diabelski młyn i wesołe miasteczko. Klatka schodowa wygląda i pachnie niezbyt zachęcająco. Przydałoby się trochę więcej talerzy i sztućców. Brak miejsc parkingowych (wydaje się, że są, ale za parkowanie dostaje się mandat). Pobliski parking przy wesołym miasteczku jest dosyć drogi.

• Martina (10/5): Excellent stay in this beautifull apartment ❤️ - Beautifull apartment in very nice neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you may need. We only stayed one night but would happily stay for longer. Comfortable beds, small but well equipped kitchen corner, spacious bathroom. Very detailed check-in instructions prior to our arrival, easy self-check in, excellent communnication with the owner. I highly reccommend. Best stay in Vienna we've ever had. We would have prefferred linen bedsheets to polyester, but I guess this is for practical reasons.

The apartment is beautiful inside and had everything I needed for my stay. Additionally, I left something behind and they kept it very safe for me until I could pick it up, very honest people. The building also has an elevator. the bathroom sometimes smells of dampness.

• Geria (10/5): Surprising and spacious! - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped and with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. It is very well located for those who want to go to the Congress Center or to the Prater. For any other location, there is a Metro station right at the door. The least interesting aspect is the main entrance of the building in which it is located and the stairs, which are a bit neglected.
• Rosa (7/5): Good - Very good location Clean There was a musty, little bad smell on the Bathroom. It was too hot and Bright to sleep. We would have needed second pillows. They were very thin. There were only few Kitchen utensils, so If you wan't to cook and eat your own food not the best for that.
• Nikolay (10/5): Nice cozy apartment in a great location in Wien! - The apartment is not large, yet cozy. It is located very close to the Praterstern station, with a direct connection to the airport. A large playground is located nearby, and the huge Praterstern park is a few minutes walk.

A little bit too cold , the heating is electrical and couldn't make them heat constantly. The windows don't open. You can have fresh air from the bathroom window only and when you cook, this can be a small problem in the winter.

• Mladenovic (10/5): Great location that I would visit again and I'd recommend it to my friends. - The apartment's location was great. It's near Praterstern and Prater amusement park, which is the best choice when visiting Vienna with kids or teenagers. There is nothing we dislike.

• Almaz (8/5): Very good - Inside the apartment was clean, warm, cozy, bed, kitchen, wi-fi, everything works well, overall a very good place to stay for a few days. Within walking distance there are several supermarkets, restaurants, parks, public transport stops and a train station with direct connection to the airport. Since the apartment is on the top floor, and the building is old, the smell from outside when opening the windows was unpleasant, especially from the toilet side. Therefore, it is better to keep the windows closed. For fresh air, you need to go outside. Also, ants were noticed in the apartment. If the intercom works, I would recommend to include short instructions in the check-in information and add a button with apartment number at the entrance downstairs.

Of course positive. Indeed, everything was as it should be, there is no lack of accommodation, but nothing at all, it is fully equipped, a comfortable bed, clean bed linen and clean towels .. a very pleasant atmosphere and all praise for the host. We will be very happy to come back and book again when we are in Vienna. our mood after a hard journey.. :-)

Excellent location, good public transport, Prater around the corner, very quiet, good instructions for check-in. It was hot. The apartment is on the last floor, which makes it tricky during summer (it was 35C outside). Luckily, there are several fans in both rooms, which makes sleeping easier.
