It did not have a receptionist even though it was confirmed through email. I needed a receptionist for Correos Pac Mochila services. • Shona (8/5): The Apartment Smelled So Good! - Overall, I enjoyed my stay and really liked many aspects of the apartment. Communication with the host(s) via WhatsApp was excellent, and check-in was easy. The building smelled great and so did the actual apartment. The towels and bed linens all had a good scent, including the blanket on the bed. The WC was cleaned very well, and there was lots of hot water in the shower. Taxis were always available right outside the building. Things like laundry-detergent capsules, towels, and tasty biscuits were provided in generous amounts. The washing machine was good, and the long hallway area in the apartment was useful for storing opened luggage. I also really liked the apartment’s décor, and I appreciated that the kitchen sponge was provided hygienically in a sealed pouch. Although the soundproofing to the outside was good, the soundproofing between apartment units was very poor. I stayed in the Studio Apartment, and could hear amplified sounds of footsteps, toilet flushing, slams, and voices from the Deluxe Suite and Loft. However, when no one was occupying these units, it was very peaceful in the Studio Apartment. There was also a frequent dripping sound, and I am not sure if that was to do with the underfloor heating system, which otherwise worked well.

• Rosa Maria (10/5): Muy recomendable. - Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Toallas, ducha, sábanas, todo en perfecto estado, mejor que que muchos hoteles. La única pega que puedo poner es que no tengan servicio de entrega y recogida de maletas para los peregrinos, como era mi caso. Tuvimos que llevarlas a una cafetería. Pero, por lo demás, todo perfecto.

• Vanessa (10/5): Una cucada de apartamento - El apartamento una chulada. Había un parking a 50m para dejar el coche. Los dueños súper amables. Fuimos 5 amigas y lo pasamos genial. 2 baños. 2 habitaciones con camas de matrimonio y un sofá cama de matrimonio en la cocina. Bastante céntrico.

• NEREA (10/5): Repetiría - El apartamento es muy moderno y está muy buen conservado. Tiene muy buena ubicación. Y el personal ha estado en todo momento dispuesto a ayudarnos. El grifo del baño no tragaba bien, pero les hemos informado y lo arreglarán.

Lo único a destacar es a una de las habitaciones se accede a través de la otra, algo extraño pero que en nuestro caso no tuvo importancia.

• MARGARITA (10/5): - Ubicación perfecta. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está limpiiisimo. La cama supercómoda. El personal muy atento. Aunque no los conozcas en persona te hacen sentir atendida en todo momento. El check in muy sencillo y cómodo. Encantadísimos de haber estado ahí. Por poner un "pero" se echa de menos un armario para la ropa. El apartamento es muy pequeñito, lo cual hace que el precio se me haga caro, pero teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y los precios de Oviedo...supongo que es normal.

• Natalia (9/5): Todo lo necesario en el centro de la ciudad - El alojamiento está en pleno centro de Oviedo. En el interior tienes todo lo necesario para el día a día y cuidan hasta el último detalle. No es muy grande, pero no necesitas más, incluso hay una terraza con una mesa y unas sillas. Tienes todo cerca, pero si optas por alquilar un coche recomiendo el parking Salesas, ya que puedes pagar un abono por los días que lo necesitas y te permite entrar y salir las veces que quieras. En el parking Longoria no es así sino que si pagabas un abono diario, cada vez que sacabas el coche del estacionamiento se reiniciaba la tarifa. Ha estado perfecto

• Edurne (10/5): Estancia excelente! - Era muy acogedor y completo y ante cualquier duda teníamos respuesta inmediata por parte del personal. Me hubiera gustado una cama más grande y disponer de más almohadas pero nos arreglamos perfectamente y por eso no solicité más almohadas que estoy segura nos las hubieran proporcionado porque la atención ha sido inmejorable.
