• Aaron (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dei Wohnung ist neu renoviert und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Wohnung war sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet.Und die Lage in der Nähre der Metro was sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und der Eingang ist direkt von der Strasse in die Wohnung (nicht über ein Treppenhaus).

• ROBERTA (10/5): E’ stato piacevole - Casa accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. Comprende tutto in necessario per il quotidiano. Pulizia ,arredamento e posizione comoda ai mezzi di trasporto.
• Dominik (10/5): - The apartment is conveniently located near the Ayora metro station and the charming Ayora Park (with its parrots). It's a corner apartment on the ground floor. This doesn't compromise privacy, as the windows have mosquito nets, blocking out any outside views. We kept the blinds closed at night. I think we made the right choice. It's definitely better than other similarly priced apartments in the area. (At this price, I also saw apartments listed on a narrow, dark street, next to a dumpster, with the main light coming from frosted glass in the door or poor ventilation.) The host is a very nice person and cares about the standard of service. He owns a car repair shop located across the street. Everything in the apartment worked and was clean.
• Elisa (9/5): - Struttura nuova dotata di tutti i confort. Lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie...Situata vicinissimo alla metro per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente. Ci è piaciuto tutto.
• Evgeniya (10/5): Все прекрасно, всем рекомендую. - Очень гостеприимный хозяин, у нас был поздний заезд, мы были на связи, он был в апартаментах, когда мы приехали из аэропорта и предлагал оставить вещи, после выселения. Спасибо ему большое! Эти апартаменты полностью оборудованы всем необходимым. Там очень хороший ремонт. Отличное местоположение, близко метро, магазины.

The apartment has a convenient location — close to bus and - A pleasant and responsive owner, freshly renovated, a washing machine and dishwasher available, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms The apartment is on the ground floor, so we kept the blinds closed all the time, and there was no natural daylight inside. I wouldn’t call it a disadvantage — more of a clarification.

• Ljumani (8/5): Proprietari posizione e appartamento veramente superbi - Appartamento rinnovato e tutto praticamente nuovo, dotato di ogni elettrodomestico e tutti i kit per la spiaggia. Non c’erano sacchi per la spazzatura pronti carta igienica e nemmeno capsule per la lavatrice, ma posso capire. Problema con il superamento dei watt in casa, oltre 2 elettrodomestici saltava la corrente

Le propriétaire est sympathique, disponible et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Rien à redire, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Raùl is a great host, super friendly a - The apartment is roomy and very well equipped, the furniture and appliances were brand new, the air conditioning and fans saved us from the torrid days. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The location was very good, within a walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences and Oceanographic, 20 minutes away. Pretty close to the beach as well, takes about 30 minutes to get there by foot. Bus station is also nearby. Many supermarkets around. -

Close to the centre and there is everything you need in the neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and new. And coffee was delicious 😋 The apartment is on the ground floor
