• Miguel (10/5): Estancia de ensueño en el centro de Venecia - Me gustó excepcionalmente el trato tan cercano de Noel, fue un placer conocerlo. Nos recomendó muchos sitios a viajar, y nos ayudó en todo lo posible. La habitación fue preciosa, con una decoración 10/10. Las habitaciones estaban insonorizadas y no se escuchaba nada de fuera. La ubicación muy muy buena.

• Melissa (3/5): Not worth the money by any means! - We liked the bed and the AC worked well for us. There is zero hospitality. These are just rooms w/ keypad entry. No one greets you, and there is no reception area, just a flight of stairs to a couple of rooms. Hopefully you are lucky enough not to get the room we did. The bathroom is so small, it's almost impractical. It has the smallest shower I've ever seen and no bidet (there's no room!). The bar downstairs apparently turns into a club at night and the music and conversations were so loud and kept us up until 1:00am. I sent a message to the "staff" but never received any response. We were so disappointed.

• Carlos (9/5): Ótima localização, quarto amplo e conforto dentro do esperado - A localização do hotel é boa, próximo a comércio, restaurantes, mas ainda assim em uma região tranquila. Quarto era amplo, cama boa, com itens básicos para um café no próprio quarto. O serviço de atendimento e limpeza do Noel foram de excelência. Sistema de janelas ante ruído ajuda muito, pois no térreo do prédio existe um bar e ajuda a minimizar o barulho da área externa do mesmo. Nosso quarto ficava de fundo para a área externa do bar que tem no térreo, tinha muito barulho de pessoas falando e música alta. As janelas com persianas de madeira e vidro ante ruído ajuda a minimizar, mas ainda assim se fez necessário o uso de protetor de ouvido para evitar que o barulho interrompece o descanso, porém por volta da meia noite o barulho já foi interrompido.

If I had to make one suggestion, I would have liked to be able to purchase more pods for the coffee machine as it seems it uses some specific pods that i couldn’t find in surrounding supermarkets.

• Kara (4/5): Awkward - The man who takes care of the property is very nice. But he is only around briefly in the morning when you can't get get in. As soon as I confirmed my nonrefundable reservation,I got information about checking in that did not match the impression I got of the property from the online description. There is no one there to greet you and they asked us to send our passports right away. They threaten you with withholding access if you do not send them, and with a 100 euro fee of you don't remwmber to leave the city tax in cash. It feels inhospitable.

Just keep in mind there are many stairs to reach the apartment, which can - The apartment looks very nice, and the terrace is the best part of it. The location is great, with some good restaurant options nearby. Also, the vaporetto stop is super close, which makes it easy to get to the train station. During our stay in Venice we had some rainy days when we wanted to watch TV, but neither streaming services nor YouTube worked. The owner said “it is meant for listening to the radio,” which was quite surprising considering the price and today’s standards. I also have to say that I didn’t experience the great service that other guests mentioned. We only met the kind man who physically takes care of the place when he helped us with our luggage down the many, many stairs, but apart from that, the communication with the owner was rather disappointing in terms of customer orientation.

Una reception virtuale che ha un numero h24/7 che anche se non di usa, da tranquillità. La comunicazione è stata efficace, celere e dettagliata. Zona con tutti i servizi necessari vicini. Fermata del vaporetto a 3 minuti. Direi tutto perfetto!!!!! Torno sicuramente Nulla

The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and Noel, the very friendly host and handyman made our stay perfect! • Eesha (10/5): Excellent location! Wonderful service! - Excellent location! Lovely bars and restaurants very close to the property, and Da Vinci exhibition on your doorstep. Remote check in instructions were clear and excellent. Noel, (the handyman/caretaker) was wonderful. So friendly and professional! Vaporetto stop (Ca’ Rezzonico) was not even 5 minutes walk away- made it super handy to get around. More of a preference- bed was a little hard for us.

• wayne (9/5): a very nice experience all round - Didnt have breakfast. Location was excellent and easy for access via vaporetto and to explore Venice in general. Offer of 10% in the bar/restaurant was not acted upon when enquired about.

Communication was excellent throughout the process and the caretaker Noel was so friendly and helpful, and full of good local advice. Storage of bags was arranged after check out prior to our train. The kitchen is functional and it was nice to be able to make a cup of tea/ coffee at any time. Nice treats including cookies/nuts in room for our use. Restaurant owner under the building was kind on our arrival and stayed open very late(past 11pm) and made us a fresh meal. He was expecting us via communication with Noel. Highly recommend. Be aware that the apartment is on the top of 3rd floor when planning for luggage transport. Overall this would apply anywhere in Venice..stairs and bridges everywhere.

The apartment is right in the heart of Venice, so you can immediately enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city. At the same time, it was quiet and peaceful, which was a big plus. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The host was very helpful and responsive — we were even able to leave our luggage after check-out until 3 p.m., which we really appreciated. We definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Çalışanı Noel gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bana çıkışta bir tane yelpaze hediye etti. Teşekkür ediyorum Oda göründüğünden birazcık daha küçüktü. Ama sorun olacak bir küçüklük değil tek gece için yeterliydi.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Prachtig en mooi hotel met uitstekende ligging - De kamer, de ligging het barretje/restaurantje beneden. Noel de klusjemans was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles op loopafstand. Misschien alleen het harde matras en de kussens maar dat is land gebonden.
