No tiene implementos de cocina, lo que dificulta si quieres cocinar, el piso en si esta muy poco preparado, con lo minimo, lo que hace incomoda la estadía, Por el precio encuentras mejores cosas con más comodidad y más si viejas en grupo

• Lenolya (10/5): Perfect location for family - It's not mentioned in the description, but the property has the best location in Ksamil. It's very close to the beach (3 min walk slowly), it's close to the nearest shops, restaurants and supermarkets (6 min walk slowly). But it's not noisy - just perfect. The host informs you the day before cleaning. And the room is not just clean but "Monica clean" (those who watched Friends will understand). Maybe to add additional kitchenware. You have everything necessary, but just some additional pans.

• Vitaliy (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay at Vila Bilbil in Ksamil! It really is a great place to stay. The hotel is ideally located: just a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful beaches, and all the necessary amenities, such as shops, cozy cafes and various restaurants, are right at hand. But despite the central location, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which ensured our complete comfort. The hosts are wonderful, helpful people who were always ready to help with any questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. Our family room was well equipped: spacious, clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything you need for self-catering, which is very convenient for a family holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Vila Bilbil and would definitely choose this place again without hesitation!

It was the best decision because the place was much better. The owner was very nice and kind. The apartman is very big, it has everything that you need during your stay, it was very clean and comfortable and cozy. It has a very good location the beach was only a couple of minutes from the place.

Everything was looking brand new and was squeaky clean. The hosts were very helpful and provided parking inside the home’s gate. If you’re visiting Ksamil this is a great affordable and comfortable option.

Restaurants and supermarket close by. The owners are very nice, the apartment is super clean, recently renovated, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a really good time in Ksamil - totally recommend Vila Bilbil. Everything was OK

The location is great and far away from the busy street and noise, and also it is very close to the city beaches. I highly recommend staying in this accommodation if you appreciate good rest and comfortable stay. I would've loved for the room to have a bigger window.
