Ntsetselelo (1/5): Extremely BAD - Their reception was so bad. It was hard to keep contact with the host! There is not receptionist. Whenever you have issues with the room there’s literally no one to report to other than the security guards at the gate and because their job was to strictly control the gate access no one else could help us with our issues.

Jessica (6/5): I was overall, quite dissappointed, considering the price, one can stay at a 4 star hotel. - Booking to check in was efficient and host was tharough with communication, instructions,etc. The room was tidy. The room was slightly dissappointing for the price. Couch was dirty with stain marks. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were evidently old and over used. I questioned whether the blankets had been washed. Fan was not working. Table in bedroom was broken. Remote didn't work, and Dustin provided was one that accommodates sanitary disposal. .

Clean, well-ventilated, spacious and bright.The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Communicating with management over whatsapp was easy as well. There was just a small issue with the extension cord and then with the stove - connectivity issue which there was no instruction on how to correct. I requested support and it was promptly offered.
Marion (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, nice security guards. Flat smelt damp and was extremely noisy (traffic and neighbour's music). Shower in second bedroom flooded. No soap was provided, so we had to find an engin garage before we could even shower. We also had to buy basics like coffee and milk ( strangely, tea and sugar bags were provided). No hiairdryer. The flat flelt neglected and the owners disinterested in ensuring that the guests were actually comfortable. Very glad we only stayed one night.

But when we checked out cleaners came to clean for the next guest , so why couldn’t we just have cleaning It’s kind of ridiculous for a hotel / B and B to not offer any cleaning for the entire duration of the stay There were a lot of amenities that were missing or only available in the 1 bedroom apartment and not the 2 bedroom There are also no Aircon’s in any of the apartments. Which I wish I would have known sooner The pictures a very deceiving and it is not as spacious as the pictures portray

Très peu équipé en ustensiles de cuisine: marmites de mauvaise qualité, pas de passoire.... Pour un séjour de 2 semaines les draps et les serviettes n'ont pas été changés. Absence de communication.
