• Hanane (7/5): Sejour famille - Appartement central dans quartier qui permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Hote que l on a eu uniquement par message mais qui etait à l ecoute et sympathique. Appartement dans un immeuble où il y a majoritairement des bureaux. Appartement sans fenetre. Manque de clareté. Serviettes de bain limitees. Eau chaude limitee pour 4 personnes. Pas de torchon de cuisine. Pas de bouteille d eau ni cafe ni thé.

• Williams (10/5): Cozy, prefect for our 3 day stay in Madrid. - I loved the property. Quiet building. Had some trouble trying to figure out the tv situation but the host responded quickly and sent someone to show us how to work it. The stove was high tech so we had to google how to work but Google is your friend so no big deal . lol No complaints

• Nikoletta (10/5): - Családommal szálltunk meg itt. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. A szállást probléma nélkül el tudtuk foglalni. Követni kell a check-in instrukciókat lépésről lépésre és az e-mailben elküldött linket. A szállás tágas, kényelmes és nagyon tiszta. Imádtuk a szálloda minőségű ágyneműket. A konyha aránylag jól fel van szerelve, főzéshes nincsen olaj, só, stb. Nem hiányzott, mert nem terveztem főzni. Van sütő, mikró, hűtő fagyasztóval, nespresso kávéfőző és kenyér piritó. Fürdőszoba nagy és tiszta, van hajszárító. Tv nincs, de van vetítő vászonnal, amit könnyen lehet telefonhoz, számítógéphez kapcsolni. Gyerekek nagyon élvezték ezt az élményt, jó volt este így megnézni egy filmet. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Prado, botanikus kert , Atocha meg a Retiro park pár perc sétára van. Mi a gyerekekkel egészen a palotáig elsétáltunk, egész belvárost kényelmesen el lehet érni. 3 perc sétára van egy Lidl meg gyógyszertár. Kommunikáció hibátlan volt, nagyon gyors, részletes és figyelmes. Legközelebb ismét itt fogunk megszállni, ha Madridba érkezünk :-)

Las dificultades para la firma de un contrato que no estaba anunciado en las condiciones. La poca voluntad de un funcionario de la inmobiliaria para solucionar los problemas. Eli solucionó de forma inmediata nuestro problema. El ingreso es engorroso

• Bernard (8/5): Great Centrally Located Apartment - The apartment was clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed apart from a corkscrew. The pool was a real bonus during the hot weather. The apartment is less than 10 mins walk to Atocha train station and transport links across Madrid. As mentioned by others the app to open the building door didn't work we only got in when other people entered. It took many attempts for the front door to unlock. But from then on there were no problems as there was a set of keys on the table that we used.
• Silvia (6/5): Mejorar - La ubicación y la pisina No había televisión,y el aireacondicionado roto,pasamos mucho calor y luego mucho frío,no se podía regular el frío,automáticamente se marca cool....Nadie se nigno a venir para arreglarlo.

• RAMON (9/5): Hermoso apartamento - Son apartamentos muy bonitos...un lugar súper tranquilo. El baño es muy práctico por las divisiones que tiene. Habíamos leído que varios huéspedes batallaron con la aplicación para abrir la puerta exterior y la del apartamento. Nosotros no tuvimos ese problema, porque amablemente nos dejaron un juego de llaves y nos olvidamos de la app. El conserje muy amable y servicial desde el primer día que no acabamos como entrar. El host siempre está en comunicación, solo atraves del sitio de Booking, eso retrasa un poco la comunicación, pero siempre está atento a responder. Cuenta elevador, lavadora de ropa, aire acondicionado el cual se aprecia verdaderamente en Europa, cocina equipada... Muy lindo de buen gusto y practicidad Nos hubiera gustado una cama más cómoda, y nos referimos al mueble que se convierte en cama... Está bien para niños, incómodo para 2 adultos, la recámara no tiene ese problema. Ojalá utilizarán Whatsapp para una comunicación más rápida y eficiente.
