- Jun (10/5):
- Matthew (1/5): Disappointed with first attempt with booking. - Nothing really except location. Room was not clean, no hot water, property was run down. It is just a master bedroom with an ensuite that needs a lot of upgrades. Multiple rooms being rented.
- Phoenix (10/5): Perfect place - Everything Nothing
- James (10/5): -
- Tanya (7/5): -
- Dennis (8/5): Nice, comfortable and clean -
- Colin (6/5): I would stay here again if it was the most affordable option. - Great view, quiet, host was very pleasant. Not as clean as one would hope. Rather run down.
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Phoenix (8/5): Good value - Pricing to size is extremely good Cleaning can be done a bit better, including change of bed sheets when they get stained yellow.
- Tanis (9/5): -
- Christopher (7/5): -
- Jared (10/5): - Host were welcoming and helpful, room was big and had a fantastic tub
- Michelle (5/5): A convient location to spend an evening after a late flights arrival. - Large room, easy self checkin, close to airport. Towels were old, inside dresser drawers were dirty and we did not want to put our clothes in there and general cleaning could have been better, only a tiny bit of toilet paper was left.
(10/5): Next time I'll only stay at this address. I recommend it to everyone. -
- Frank (2/5): -
- Nieves (9/5): - Easy to find, lots of parking, comfy beds, very accommodating host

- Elena (10/5): I did all I planned , the service was excellent. - The Owner met me when I arrived , very friendly, helpful, professional, great ethics and service. The room was ready and super clean. I enjoyed my stay at the place. Thank you, Dear Host! I appreciate the hospitality and excellent service. I liked everything NO complaints.
- Bishop (8/5): - Good location near our rental car office and easy to drive to as it is on the outskirts of the city.
Nice big room to spread out while packing for departure.
- Richard (3/5): Spend a little more to stay elsewhere. - Was no breakkfast, no service at all. no body was around
- Michelle (6/5): It was my first in home stay and was not sure what to expect. This was an interesting experience. The owner seemed nic - Good location for my needs and free parking. Outside was quite dark for coming and going. Had to find host to get towels and the bath towel was quite ripped.
A TV with some stations would have been a nice bonus.
Was not very sound proof, luckily there were quiet guests.
Site noted refreshments and snacks in room, there was only 2 bottles of water. I would just suggest removing that language from the site.

- Jeremy (10/5): Amazing and affordable location, good privacy, and great guest service! - Quiet and restful location covered by foliage and trees between the road and building for privacy. It’s right in front of the blueberry field, and it’s a beautiful building with a unique interior. Awesome stay from either the airport or vacation. Road and airplanes were loud, but this is obviously unavoidable. The outside was unkept and overgrown, and the front porch light was dead and flickering. Hard to find location in the dark. Other than that, it was an awesome stay!
- Kimberlie (7/5): The airplanes woke us up first nightvery convient for city and Whiterock., - The beds were comfortable. The sheets were the wrong size for the mattress, so would come off at night. The floors and bathroom were clean, the shower except mildew around the drain was clean.. Duvets the right temperature and clean! Had a TV no cable so no channels, spider webs on walls and ceilings, pop sprays on walls. No coffee, did have coffee maker and cups. Coffee maker in dining room had no coffee or creamer or sugar!

- Joseph (9/5): Good customer - Clean room None
- Nadine (7/5): Good value if you need a bed. No extra amenities (no TV) but better value than nearby hotels. - The room was clean and as pictured, and it was quiet. The outside of the house is very unkempt and without signage, I was unsure if we were at the correct location. Returning after dark, there were no exterior lights which made accessing the lock box difficult. If I hadn't checked in earlier in daylight, I would have felt very uncomfortable.
- Denys (5/5): For a one night stay was ok but you do deed your own transport - Room was huge facilities were clean, lovely welcome from owner on arrival but no instructions on how to contact her afterwards. Could not get shower to work and could not raise owner to query. You really need a car to stay here as very rural location, no public transport nearby.
- Glen (10/5): Blueberry manor house - AAAA÷÷÷Excellent BEAUTIFUL property THANK you Everything Fantastic
- Joy (8/5): The welcome was great and much appreciated after a long flight. Disappointed we had to leave early for airport - we wer - It was available last minute and near the airport The dark stairs were a little hazardous
- NAI-MING (10/5): - The price The location. No air condition.
- JASPREET (10/5): -
- Debbie (5/5): - The size of the room
This property would be good given a clean & overhaul with proper management. Do not normally give a bad review & i'm happy to stay in most places ... but ...
No facilities in the room, no coffee / kettle / fridge / tv / no aircon. No balcony furniture. NOT CLEAN - stains up the door (not clear on photos). Towels had been damaged in laundry but still given as usable...
would normally request a refund as feel we have overpaid for our stay when i normally like to help the independants.
- Phyllis (3/5): Don’t go - Room was large Many things were broken, the room had no air conditioning and the sun beat down on it making it unbearably hot
- Hanna (10/5): -
- Pippa (7/5): Convenient for the airport. Helpful host. Spacious, comfortable and clean. - Size of room and beds and bathroom. Lack of air con.
Overhead fan was not suitable to keep on overnight
Disappointing that the huge bath/jacuzzi couldn’t be used.
- Georgina (8/5): Solo traveller. Needed an affordable place to stay. I was pleased with comfortable bed, and the quiet space. I would sta - So big! Quiet. Comfy bed, host super attentive. Affordable
- Quazi (3/5): Spacious and in an ok location. Safety concerns and lack of basic cleanliness are the main concerns why I would not reco - The host was pleasant when I arrived, explained the rules of entry, and brought me a nice dish of fresh fruit. The suite was spacious and the sheets on beds looked clean. The room had many big windows and with many trees and shrubs surrounding the building. Pictures on the ad are close to what the room looks like.
Host response time to my questions was fair. The front entrance had garbage cans overflowing with garbage bags. The room had an unpleasant odour, similar to farm fertilizers or waste odours.
I was told that this odour was from the cleaners used as the room was freshly cleaned.
The lock box at the main entrance has a lid on it with no signs of how to open it or where the code is to be entered. The towels were torn, one sheet had a nasty yellow stain on it, bathroom ceiling fan and the big fan in the room had layers of dust on them. Areas under beds had not been cleaned for a while, to name a few things on cleanliness.
My main concern was the lack of lighting at the front entrance, the whole building looks like an abandoned property. I used my flashlight to get to main door at night. I didn’t hear a living soul on the property until my last day. The overgrown greenery and bush makes it look uncared for.
- Ehtshamulhaq (10/5): Totally different experience, worth the value. - Hostess was exceptionally welcoming and fully cooperative. Room was ultra spacious with balcony, attached huge bath with jacuzzi, walk-in wardrobe, two queen beds and still a lot of space to move around, super comfortable. Not recommended for people without conveyance and tidiness could be improved.
- Washington (7/5): - It was very cozy for a good price I just really wished that it was advertised that the Jacuzzi that was apart of our room wasn't able to make warm/hot water, think it might be best to take that off it's advertisement until it can make hot water
- Alexander Golinder (1/5): It is not a hotel. This is a house . Owner is not available. Had to cancel. -
- Nancy (10/5): Comfortable room for a leisure vacation. - Spacious room Far from public transportation. Need a rental car.
- Miad (7/5): -
- Ar Michael (4/5): This place does not feel or look good. Marginal savings do not justify the sloppy appoach. - The location was good for purpose. It was near the venue I was in town to visit. It was quiet outside. The cost was low-ish. This place is unhosted. There was no one there who was responsible. Although we were in contact with that person, the experience is as if one goes into someone's abandoned home. It was marginally clean, windows, floor, stained/dirty furniture, etc. Only the towels and bedding felt clean. The place is run down. The bed is very soft and lumpy. The balcony is has a weird surface and is unpleasant to go out onto. Every night at about 20:30, the smell of someone's cooking fills the room. It is clear that the owner does this to make money based on the rates that are prevalent around the city.
- Mary (10/5): -
- Lynd (10/5): -
- Hamish (10/5): - Was a very nice getaway, accommodating. Will book again in the future! I liked the peace and quiet for a few days, and the room had everything I needed.
- I F (3/5): - Large room with two queen size beds 1. No water in shower, no water in a bath. We used a bucket to fill in sink and pour in shower. A SHAME.
2. TV doesn't work
3. Breakfast promised- none.
The lady, that met us, very friendly, said call me..., disappeared.
4. No sign at all on the property that it is hotel/B&B.
5. Lamp near bed, even hasn't electric socket
Generally, looked, fake. Abandoned house, that catch random , rare people. NO MAINTENANCE at all
- Christine (10/5): - That our host was friendly and easy to chat with. We were flying into Vancouver and our flight was delayed. She was so understanding and helped. We hadn't eaten. She let us know we could order from multiple places when we arrived. Thanks for everything 🙏💜 Nothing
- Timothy (8/5): - Lady who greeted us was very nice, room was big and spacious. Breakfast was minimal (basically just cereal and toast). Location is easy to get to and was very close to our destination. Room did not have a TV, Toilet seat was broken. More breakfast options including proteins and juice would have been nice.
- Salvatore (3/5): Struttura da sconsigliare - Niente Struttura poco accogliente camera molto scomoda senza luce nel comodino .
- LF74 (8/5): - Room was very large and furnished to a high standard.
- Nishant (7/5): Overall good place to stay , value for money , needs some improvement - The location was great and good price … the room was big n spacious Have a tv in the room , clean the kitchen , utensils such as cups plates , cutlery were not adequate . Ran out of coffee.
- Kallum (2/5): -
- Mary (5/5): Basic. It was ok for an overnight. - Spacious bedrooms. Convenient location to airport. Minimal services. Looked like bedroom floor needed vacuuming including under beds. Balconies needed attention to remove moss.
- Sin (8/5): Feeling welcome and safe - The owner was very friendly and hospitable. As our room is being cleaned. She took the initiative to invite us to pick blueberries in her back garden while waiting for her staff to take care of the room. The room was very good with 2 queen beds. The location was quiet and safe, except for the airplanes' noises. There is nothing they can do about it. The bathroom needs improvement. The toilet seat is damaged and should be replaced. The handrail on the glass door of the bathtub is completely loose. Has that been reported to the boss?
- fu (7/5): Nonetheless it’s a comfy place to stay. - The staff is kind. The service is good. The kitchen counter and cabinets are too greasy. Should be cleaned more often.
The house floors should be mopped more often. The rugs should be vacuumed more often.
- Catalina (10/5): -
- Lianne (7/5): - Friendly staff and nice big room.
- Kimberly (5/5): Not great.... - The location was good for us wanting to stay on the west side of the city. The room was spacious with lots of windows and we had a private bath. It seemed clean and the beds were in white linens and comfortable. Room had a ceiling fan - thankfully. Our host was pleasant. Upon arrival, it was really dark with virtually no outside lights. I used my cellphone flashlight to find my way. Upon entering, it was not clear I was in the right place as I wandered around for a bit and no one greeted me. After driving to the back of the property we got their attention. We were given water bottles upon arrival which was nice, but they were warm and there was no ice in the freezer. It was a very hot summer day when we stayed and we were upstairs. There was no AC so the room was very warm. A ceiling fan made it bearable but by morning, it was pretty hot in the room. Also, the bed had no top sheet...only a duvet. Our toilet seat was broken as well. Be aware that when booking here, even though the room had beds for four, it kept telling me I could only book for 1 person. So upon arrival I had to pay $20 cash for my other two family members including my 5-year-old. Breakfast was offered but it was mediocre - at least compared to other B&Bs I've stayed at. As it was explained to me there would be cereal and toast; we did not partake in breakfast. We only stayed one short night so it was acceptable for that. I could have stayed on the east side of the city for about the same price and had much better accommodations; I wish I had done that.

- christa (1/5): - Nichts Verschmutzt, unsicher wegen Müll rund ums Haus. Leere Bierflaschen und volle Aschenbecher vor Haustüre. Dreckige Möbel. Wir sind abgereist.
- Anissa (5/5): Villa - Hostel mit privatem Bad; überteuert - - Gute Lage zum Flughafen
- freundliche Host
- großes Zimmer
- Betten komfortabel - verfallende Villa
- allenfalls Hostelfeeling
- Sandra (7/5): - The room was spacious & clean. The host was very sweet and accommodating. The washroom had soup, shampoo & conditioner. There was access to a kitchen. The jacuzzi bath didn't have any hot water. The main dining room table was grotty. This place is marketed as an airport hotel, but the money we paid for Ubers could have been used for a more convenient place. Good for a large family get-together place.
- Zhao (9/5): -
- Angela CM (10/5): Nice location & friendly staff - Very nice for the price and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's probably the most affordable place in the entire metro Vancouver area that's not a backpacker inn, so really can't complain. The room is clean and spacious. It's close to the airport and Richmond downtown. It's an older house, so like every other order house, there's not really any soundproof features in place.
