• Edmundo (10/5): Modern yet comfortable. - We liked that the property was able to accommodate our group , 4 people. The property was also close to the train station, which made it easy to navigate around Tokyo. It was also easy to reach from Narita with a local train. Although, it’s longer, but there was no need to transfer between stations. We liked that we were able to cook light meals (breakfast food) in the kitchen. That way we didn’t have to leave early and we were able to pace ourselves. Very minor. Like I wished there were some condiments on hand for light seasoning. But it was easy to buy those at the convenience store. We also wished for more hangers.

• Mak (8/5): Convenient location. Simplified process of getting key and more through cleaning would help. - The location! Only 8 minutes walk to JR station. There are convenient stores like Aeon, Donki, Lawson and 7-11 nearby. Very convenient. The process to obtain the key was like playing detective games. We were unfortunately unable to open the box and luckily the customer service was awake at 3am! Another issue was dust. The cleaning team did a good but not thorough job. We found lots of dust under beds and along cracks between wall and furniture.
• Pankaj (9/5): It is an amazing place in a quiet neighbourhood for families 711 Lawson Don quijot R 24 x 7 shops that are nearby and ve - It was a nicely done property very well lit spacious and well equipped with everything that our family with kids would need. Specially facilities to wash and dry where extremely useful. The property is within a neighbourhood that houses a lot of 24 x 7 grocery stores and it is very close to JR station making access to Asakusa Giza AkiHabra and shibuya very easy We were four people two adults. It would have been very useful to have two entry keys to the apartment apart from this we could not really make the television work but we don’t know if it was the television or our understanding of apps.

• Orit (7/5): - The apartment is new, very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. The location is excellent. Although the apartment has two bedrooms and it was stated that there is air conditioning, it does not reach the second bedroom. It took a very long time for that room to warm up, and even then, you cannot close the door because it becomes cold again. The cups and plates were plastic and seemed quite worn from heavy use. There were no proper bath towels provided, only small and thin towels. The Wi-Fi instructions were unclear, and only after contacting the host did we receive proper guidance. The biggest drawback was the check-in process. It was very complicated and frustrating, involving multiple codes that felt like a “treasure hunt.” It took us a long time to figure it out, and when we finally reached the last code, it was incorrect. We were left outside trying to find a solution for the night until the host eventually responded (not immediately) and gave us a completely different code.

• CHING FENG (1/5): Check in 體驗極差，其他還好 - 密碼鎖給錯誤密碼，回復訊息也是罐頭訊息，沒有立即處理，導致花一小時沒辦法入住，有兩個密碼鎖頭，但聯繫中文客服電話最後只提供一組密碼（連客服都不知道密碼，要我嘗試幾組），導致只有一個感應器使用。
• aoi (1/5): - 16時からチェックインと聞いていたのに清掃が完了されておらず、チェックインできたのは19時を過ぎていました。予定通り16時にチェックインできないのであれば、電話で伝えるべきだと思います。 到着しても鍵が開かず、電話で確認すると番号が間違っており、間違っていたことへの謝罪もありませんでした。 チェックインすると、布団が人数分なかったので探すと、汚れたシーツや布団が透明のビニール袋に乱雑に入れられ、クローゼットに入っていたりしたのも嫌な気持ちになりました。加えて、19時まで清掃が終わるまで待ちましたが、床には髪の毛が落ちていたりと清掃が不十分でした。

• Timothy (9/5): - A very nice appartment complex. It was very clean, very spacious. You can easily get onto the JR lines or metro lines at Kinshicho station (8-10 min walk), with convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. It was complicated and time consuming to get into the residence. The code to open the keybox that we were provided with was incorrect by one digit, which was quite frustrating. A mistake that happens, but that made us loose 30 min.

• YACHUN (7/5): 取房卡的過程真的太麻煩了 - 房間空間大，交通地點方便，附近有Lawson.驚安殿堂，隨時可以去補貨。 取房卡過程，有密碼卻打不開鑰匙盒，在大廳空等30分鐘以上！人員告知是房務人員設定錯誤⋯ 而且只有一張房卡，完全不能分開行動。 Wifi卡卡的，電視看YouTube也很頓，入住10天僅而且提供2包洗衣精，房內衣架很少，只有一台冷暖氣，另外一個房間完全吹不到暖氣。

• Ian (6/5): Clean, secure, well located, ideal for a short stay in Tokyo - Good location and size of apartment. Clean and comfortable. There was only one air con heater in the apartment and the back bedroom had no heating. There were three separate codes required to get into the room and one did not work requiring assistance on arrival. Check-in procedure is too much requiring video recordings of each person including children.

• Munic (8/5): I think its a decent stay overall, they also provide cooking utensils and its clean and quiet. - The location is about a 9-minute walk from Kinshichō Station, which was acceptable even though we had to push our luggage there—it was still manageable. As we were staying on the first floor, we felt only a slight tremor during the earthquake. According to a driver who stayed near our area, the shaking was much stronger on higher floors, such as the 7th storey. There is also a 24-hour supermarket and a Daiso just a 3-minute walk away. Since the apartment is equipped with cooking utensils, you can easily buy groceries there and cook your own meals to save on costs, especially as the breakfast you can get from the stores in train station is just toast. You can also do laundry and hang your clothes in the bathroom, then turn on the heater to dry them. Laundry detergent can be conveniently purchased from Daiso, which is located on Level 2 of the supermarket. Getting into the rooms feels like playing an escape room game. First, you have to enter a code to get the access card to open the sliding door. Then, you need to locate the letter box and enter another code to retrieve a box, followed by yet another code to get the room key. Once you have the room key, you press a button, scan the key, and then open the door. To lock the door, you have to press the button and scan the room key again. On top of that, trash has to be separated into burnable, non-burnable, and recyclable items—and I always end up mixing up the burnable and non-burnable categories.

• .Lisa. (8/5): Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, auch wenn ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessert werden könnten. - Bahnhofsnah gelegen, mit Supermarkt und Konbini direkt auf dem Weg. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, und besonders praktisch fanden wir das getrennte WC. Der ebenerdige Zugang erleichterte zudem die An- und Abreise mit Koffern. Das vorhandene Geschirr in der Küche war leider schmutzig und bestand größtenteils aus Plastik. Zudem gab es in der Wohnung keinen Hinweis auf das WLAN-Passwort, sodass ich extra nachfragen musste – nach einer langen Anreise etwas mühsam. Auch die Mülltrennung war kompliziert, zumal sie in unserer vorherigen Unterkunft nicht erforderlich war.

• ABDULLAH (8/5): هدوء مساحة توفر خدمات قريبة - الموقع والهدوء أنصح به وسيع وسعره مناسب، الدخول صعب نوعًا ما لكن إذا فهمته يسهل عليك، سكنت مع عائلة 5 مع رضيع، قريب من 7-11 ومحطة المترو وتوصل إلى معظم الأماكن بخط واحد وبقرب محطة حافلات توصل إلى المطار وديزني لاند دايركت، وجود غسالة وفرن. عدم وجود استقبال وصعوبة التواصل فقط عن طريق رسائل بوكنج، صعوبة فرز النفايات، مكيف فقط في الصالة أنا كنت موجود في أكتوبر وكان الجو مقبول.

Would really recommend this especially for those travelling with family Nothing our stay at shino garden residence was enjoyable. Just 1 suggestion though a dish drying rack and flat iron would be best and make the stay super complete. But regardless the stay was perfect. For over $340 aud per night I think it's overpriced but partly due to including fri/sat nights

• Choong (7/5): Nice well appointed apartment close to train, shiopping and food. - Location was good near eating and shopping areas. Good sized apartment with separated bedrooms and fold-out sofa bed. Bathroom and toilet were well-equipped, as was the kitchen. Dusty, sneezed a lot.
• Chesielyn (9/5): Perfect for families: Great location, with safe and spacious accommodation - We loved our stay at Shino Garden Residence. The location was perfect for us as it was only 3 stops away from Tokyo station - close enough to the main attractions, with lots of convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but also not too busy on the streets for it to be congested or noisy. During check-in, it was a little confusing getting the initial key to get into the lobby, but once we got in, getting our room key was fairly straightforward. The building was easy to find and we always felt very secure with cameras and how others accessed entry into the building. Our room was amazing! So quiet and spacious, especially compared to a lot of accommodation in Japan, and with fantastic amenities too. We had lots of room to store our luggage, and could even unpack our clothing into the cupboards and shelves provided. The beds were comfortable although the pillows were a little flat, but because we were given lots of extra pillows, this wasn't really an issue at all. The curtains throughout our apartment were all nice and thick, our bedroom window had a beautiful view of the Tokyo Sky Tree and I loved that we could open the windows and balcony doors to let in fresh air whilst still getting a lot of privacy. The big bonus for us was the drying room in the bathroom. Travelling as a family of 4 meant we had a lot of washing almost every day, so not having to spend so much time in a laundromat was a real bonus. We were able to wash and dry clothes in the drying room overnight ready to be worn the next day. There was also ample room on the balcony to hang washing, and lots of hangers provided to do so. The staff were all very easy to contact and deal with too. When we arrived, 2 of our dining chairs were a little bit loose. I was able to contact the owner who organised someone to come out within a day or two to fix the chairs for us. The only concerns we had was that the WiFi in the apartment was a little slow. Not a massive issue, but just something worth a mention. Also, the cleanliness in some areas of the apartment could've been improved. There was some dirt under the couch, a used cotton bud on the floor of the bathroom, a leftover toothbrush in the cabinet above the bathroom sink, and lot of dust and hair under the bed near the living room (which was clearly visible from the living and dining area). Despite that, we loved our stay at Shino Garden Residence and will definitely be staying here next time we visit Japan. I highly recommend staying here, especially for people travelling with kids.
• Tanushree (10/5): Exceptional - Instructions and check in/check out were very easy to follow. Apartment was very well maintained and thoughtfully appointed. Would highly recommend!
• Yee (10/5): Overall a good experience with the property (not the owner) and I strongly recommend this property. - Location - about 500m to Kinshicho station (as described). Very convenient to eateries and some even opened 24hours. There's a Donki nearby :) and some nice coffee places for breakfast. Actually you can spend an entire day within this neighbourhood - there's mall, eateries, and two parks. The space of this property - spacious and good for a family of 5 like us (mind you...3 adults children :)) I love there's a washing machine which I could do our family laundry on a daily basis which means I didn't need to bring so much clothings. Key card / access to the property - I read some earlier reviews that some previous guests had problem with the retrieving the card. I faced the same problem and I reached out to the property and all they did was "Please read the instructions". Frankly, I had several tries with the instructions myself before reaching out. If I could, I would not have troubled the property also. Bath towel - we have 5 people but only 4 towels provided. Size of towel provided were very small (I didn't expect it to be thick, but I do expect it to be a decent size) The wifi - it's not working very well.
• Tcm (8/5): Good location, big enough to accom 4 adults - Location is superb, about 6 mins walk to Kinshicho station. Close to restaurants and malls (termima, parco), a shuttle bus stop to Haneda airport in front of Parco. Apartment are big enough to fit 4 adults, just need to fight for the toilet and bathroom. Quite neighborhood with nice night view of Skytree tower. No wifi!! quick reply but no solution on wifi issue. Only 1 air-con!! No baggage storage. no parking. I would suggest to look for accommodation with baggage storage on the last leg of the trip. so that don't need to look for baggage locker after check out
• Shahrina (10/5): The location of the apartment is handy to everything (shops, train etc) and the apartment is superb. Would definitely co - The location is superb and the aparment is complete with everything we need. Would be nice if the towel is a full size towel.
• Vojtech (8/5): Good stay for money in the Tokyo location - Fine location close to the Tokyo see tower, clean rooms, interactive bath :) Kids liked it, specially the “how to get in” adventure :) Under the beds there should be cleaned
• Kimi (9/5): A good stay - The building is new so clean and security entrance updated. So updated that it was like a breakout game to get into the apartment but instructions were clear. Clean and convenient location to the kinshicho line. Plenty of restaurants shops and services nearby . We got haircuts one block away and saw massages /shiatsu nearby too. It’s a short taxi ride to skytree. There was a washer . We had to air out the back bedroom. There was an odd odor when we got there but it quickly went away when we opened the window. There is no dryer. But otherwise a good stay

• Marian (7/5): Good - The checkin process is a nightmare, and the keys are not like in the information. Really absolutely user unfriendly and you have to contact the staff via email several times, while their response time is in hours (not minutes!)
• Ting (4/5): Disappointing - We could not check in on time as cleaning was not completed. Worse still, we were only informed about this after the check-in timing. Cleaning was only completed at around 7pm. The accommodation also could not give us a definite timing on when cleaning could be completed.
• Lisette (10/5): Great place to stay for a family. - The place was super clean. It was as described. It was very secure. Quick response from host.
• Salina (10/5): Fabulous stay - Clean and very comfortable stay. Near 7e, lawson, mini don quijote and supermarket selling fish, vegetables and etc. Easy access to coin laundry and metro stations. Can see the view of tokyo skytree very clearly. Nothinh
• Alina (8/5): Very good - The location is fabulous. It was very close to convenience stores, restaurants, and even a shopping centre. It is a comfortable location to stay and not need to venture far for anything. The amenities were decent and had the bare essentials provided. The washing machine is convenient to do some laundry, and the bathroom heating/drying function is good for airing the clothes. The check-in process was a little complicated, however the instructions provided are clear and simple to follow. The accomodation was a little dusty and could do with a more detailed clean. For example, the floors were dusty and our feet would be dirty after walking on them. There was also lots of visible dust and a few rubbish items under the bed.
• Sok (4/5): Not happy. - Nothing The house is too cold not suitable for winter or summer. The aircon/heater only one is too far from another room. No cleaning tools. Washing machine is very dusty and the detergent only 2 not able to replenish. WiFi provided only upon requested. Hair dryer is too small and bad quality. Kettle is dirty inside. No place to put plate after washed. First and the last time for this apartment.
• Church (10/5): Great location, short walk to the train station & eateries. Skytree views. Clean and modern - The host provided very clear instructions on how to access the property with a full colour PDF step by step photos which was very much appreciated.

• Christina (9/5): Great location and great value that worked extremely well for our family. The train station, a mall and grocery store ar - Great location in a quiet area that makes it convenient to rest after long day exploring in the city. The staff were quick to respond to any inquiries and the space was sufficient for us as a group of 6 that included two kids. It helps to be prepared at check in time since getting the key initially can be a little confusing, but as long as you have the instructions handy, it’s easy enough. Wifi login wasn’t the same as the one originally provided but staff provided an alternative quickly. There is only one key, so if your group is splitting up, it does require some coordinating. It’s worth mentioning that the shower room can be used to dry clothes which was a blessing given we had many rainy days while we stayed. The tub didn’t drain well and seemed to be clogged before we arrived. Towels are on the small side but it’s still fine. It’s not immediately obvious so be careful not to turn off your own hot water.

• Johnston (6/5): Great location. - The location is great and plenty of space for 3 adults. The train station & metro are super close. You only get one key card which meant there was organising if we wanted to return to the apartment at separate times. The building is quite secure, you can’t even access the lift to your floor without a key. Quite of a nuisance. For a group of more than 2-3 adults there should be at least 2 key cards. Cleaning needs work. The bedding and towels were fresh but the apartment floors were not clean nor was parts of the bathrooms. We had to clean ourselves when we arrived.
