• Paola (8/5): - Ottima posizione centrale, casa spaziosa e pulita. Paolo ci ha accolti col sorriso e abbiamo trovato molto comodo il check out in totale autonomia (sono stati anche molto disponibili a posticipare l'orario). Ottima la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia e arriva anche subito calda! In più avere 2 bagni è davvero comodo, così come avere la cucina dotata di lavastoviglie e l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. All'arrivo non c'era neanche una bottiglia d'acqua o una cialda di caffè, abbiamo dovuto comprare persino la carta igienica (3 rotoli per 5 persone per 3 giorni sono un po' pochini...)

• Hannah (9/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, keine 5 Gehminuten von der Kathedrale, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmern, großer Wohnküche. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Betten sind bequem, Badezimmer war sauber. Wir konnten schon um 11 in die Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmerfenster sind Bogenfenster mit Einfachverglasung und ohne Dichtung. Man hört alles von der Straße rein (1. Stock) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit richtig zu verdunkeln.

• Soniamatahari (9/5): Apartamento con encanto - El apartamento muy bonito, con encanto, y la ubicacion inmejorable Lo unico por poner una pequeña pega, era que habia un poco de ruido cada dia a las 7 con el camion de la basura, però eso es inevitable
• DiBuono (9/5): Très bon séjour. Emplacement top. Appartement spacieux et comfortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement. Près de tous pôles d’intérêt. Quelques produits de première nécessité tel que produit à vaisselle, capsules de café pour le premier matin aurait pu être fournis.
• Ira (10/5): Чудесная квартира в самом центре великолепной Флоренции - Большая светлая квартира в самом центре старого города. Великолепное расположение, большие комнаты, удобные большие кровати. Единственный недостаток - очень тесная душевая кабина в одном из санузлов, но как альтернатива есть вторая ванная комната с душем в ванне. Если буду возвращаться во Флоренцию, то снова буду останавливаться в этом месте. Аленькая душевая кабина в которой невозможно развернуться.

Logement très spacieux, avec un grand salon, deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Il manquait quelques détails (sèche-cheveux, kit lave vaisselle, kit café) mais nous ne les avons pas demandés à notre hôte, qui a été très sympathique à l'accueil.

• Daniel (8/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen nu er schon wegen der Lage - Die Lage war unschlagbar! Frühes CheckIn um Koffer zu deponieren. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möblierung entspricht nicht den Bildern. So sind es ältere Sofas, Betten und Tische. Die Badezimmer bräuchten eine Auffrischung.

The apartment is very comfortable with all amenities, but pay attention to the glass table so you don't hit your foot 😅 The host sent us a list of restaurants and bars worth visiting that were not tourist traps, which helped a lot. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were some issues with the sink, but nothing critical.

• james (7/5): A very central location , to a large part comfortable, but facilities lacking a little. - A very central and great location The showers were functional but not a pleasure to use , the ensuite in particular was awful. The power supply was problematic. Frequently tripping out, this must be known to the managers.. the checking process specifically mentioned where to reset, but lacked information of how to reset. The reset was required multiple times.
• Melanie (8/5): Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, die allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. - Die Lage ist super zentral. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erledigen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Esszimmermöbel sind neu (nicht mehr die, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind). Auch die persönliche Betreuung der Vermietung war super. Alle Fragen wurden immer beantwortet - entweder per Telefon oder WhatsApp. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel, weil es in der Küche/Wohnzimmer nur ein kleines Fenster gibt, das zum verbauten Innenhof zeigt, so dass dort überhaupt keine Sonne durchkommt. Die Schlafzimmer liegen beide zur Straße, so dass auch dort am Tag wenig Licht hereinkommt, weil die Straße sehr eng ist. Allerdings kommt abends und nachts umso mehr Licht ins Zimmer, weil Scheinwerfer zur Beleuchtung der Straße angebracht sind. Da die Vorhänge nicht wirklich abdunkeln, ist es nachts sehr hell im Zimmer. Außerdem schließen die Fenster nicht richtig, so dass man den Straßenlärm sehr gut hört. Die Kehrmaschine, die spät abends und früh morgens die Straße reinigt, unterbricht den Schlaf auf jeden Fall. Also unbedingt Schlafmaske und Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, sonst ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

• Julia (9/5): Amazingly central location - Fabulous location lovely large rooms. Excellent key handover. There is a lot of street noise through the night and in the en-suite you can hear every time a toilet is flushed in the building. Shower temperature also fluctuates. Main bathroom is fine.

• Stewart (8/5): Well located and well sized apartment - Great location, well sized apartment, helpful host Beds weren't configured right when we arrived, but host fixed very quickly, there weren't any facilities to do the dishes, but again host corrected, the dishwasher smelt terrible and we needed to clean out, not the hosts issue but we had a blackout for a day and apartment was hot and second WC didn't work without power (uses a pump).

• Nelson (5/5): Passable - The young man who met us was excellent and helpful. Excellent location. Do not bring a car into the historic center. It was impossible to find the garage and one of us had to walk there and have the garage lead us in a car to them. The floors in the apartment were very dirty, and our feet bottoms got dirty when we got out of the shower. We couldn't figure out how to use the shower in the bedroom bathroom, so we all had to share one bathroom for showers. On our second night, there was a party going on above us which kept us awake and since the apartment doesn't have 24 hour service, we could not get them to respond. We went up to tell the partiers to quiet down, but they wouldn't answer the door. They just looked through the peephole. It took them awhile to stop the noise.

The one bathroom was really far from the other bedroom. Had to purchase toilet paper. Has a lot of stairs to carry our suitcases up after 15 days of traveling lots of stuff lol!

The apartment had a semi sewer smell to it. I was hesitant to make myself a cup of tea. The apartment was 🔮 clean, there was much space, easy access, btw no washer machine, (it was absolutely fine by me). I'd rate this place 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 over all it was AMAZING place 🙌 highly recommended. • Peter (9/5): Superb - The size and location of the apartment were great No washing up liquid or drainer. Toilet seat in ensuite should be replaced. No instructions for shower in ensuite. Shower screen in bathroom didn't meet bath rim, so leaked all over the floor. A number of electrical sockets didn't work. Lighting in living room was poor - replace bulbs?

• Natalie (4/5): Mold in showers and bedrooms full of light at night. - The best thing about this property is the location. It's very close to the Duomo and a lot of the major attractions. Also close to several places to grab breakfast. The bathrooms were not really clean. Some parts were clean but there was mold in the showers! Neither of the showers were great. One of them leaked lots of water all over the bathroom floor no matter what you did. The rest of the apartment was okay as far as cleanliness but the mold in the bathtubs/showers was disgusting. Also, there is SO MUCH light that comes in the bedroom windows (both bedrooms) from street lights right outside the windows. There is street noise too. Other than that, it was fine.
• Nuthan (5/5): Florence is so small, just the location is not important enough to make up for the shortcomings of this place. - The location was very good. The bathrooms were dirty, the toilets stained. We paid for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment but one toilet was unusable during our stay until the last evening. The bathtub was ringed with mold. Having a shower meant flooding the bathroom because the plastic wall has no rubber beading. It was horrible having to mop the bathroom floor every time we had a shower. There wasn’t a toilet paper holder. The kitchen doesn’t even have a microwave. The kettle was so gross, it looked like it has never been washed. The second shower stall was so tiny, it felt like something in an RV. The apartment itself is quite dark. At night though, it was flooded by light from the street. The curtains were pretty pointless and were hanging drunkenly in one bedroom. The beds were just awful, sagging in the middle. The Wi fi didn’t work the whole of our first day and the apartment seems to be a dead spot. So, no internet. On the whole, it was an expensive and disappointing experience.

• Janet (8/5): Just what we needed. Central, spacious and clean. - Wonderful location - central and very close to the Duomo. One road away from Piazza Della Repubblica and in the heart of luxury shopping. Clean and spacious and secure. Ideal for sightseeing but also close enough to pop back to if needed. Loud music at night from Caffé Gilli was frustrating, so take earplugs with you if you don’t like late night music. The macerating toilet was annoying in that it made a noise every few minutes through the night but I’m told it will be fixed.

Two beds had missing slats making them almost impossible to sleep on. Dishwasher did not work. No tv. No coffee pot. Main shower was broke but they did send someone over to fix it. Room darkening shades would be a huge plus. (Not sure that the owners have ever slept there.)🤷🏻‍♀️ I ended up buying hangers, paper towels, garbage bags and ice cube trays, a small inconvenience.

• Avery (10/5): Fantastic stay, I would return to this unit again or recommend it to others. - I had a change in flight plans but the hosts were able to accommodate permitting one of my guests to check-in even though I was arriving at a later date. Although there are fans and A/C the bedrooms could get a little stuffy when the doors are closed. The bedroom with an A/C unit, it's door wouldn't stay closed and open on its own.
