- Lorenzo (1/5): Mi ha comunicato l'indisponibilità della casa solo dopo essere arrivato davanti... - Purtroppo non ho potuto soggiornare. Arrivato all'aeroporto di Rio ho cominciato a contattare Fabio per avere indicazione del numero civico, inizialmente non ho ricevuto risposta e con il taxi sono arrivato all'appartamento seguendo le indicazioni di Booking. Ho continuato a contattare ininterrottamente Fabio che mi ha risposto con un messaggio dove mi comunicava che aveva avuto un imprevisto e che la casa non era disponibile.... Mi sono dovuto arrangiare trovando un'altra sistemazione, tutto il soggiorno è stato rimborsato e Booking mi ha rimborsato anche la differenza di prezzo pagata al nuovo albergo. Mi dispiace fare recensioni negative, posso capire che gli imprevisti possano capitare, ma non mi sembra corretto aspettare che l'ospite chiami ininterrottamente e stia più di un'ora ad attendere per dare una risposta.

- Irene (10/5): stay here if you plan on being out all day and want a tranquillo place to shower and lay your head - Host was incredibly communicative and quick. He was understanding about some complicated requests we had. The location is so close to Lagoa and near so many delicious restaurants on the way to Ipanema Beach. The shower WAS AMAZING! That we could not stay longer

His room was super comfortable, making it perfect for my short stay in Ipanema, which is definitely the coolest and safest area in Rio. It's conveniently located near Lagoa and lots of great bars and markets. I will stay at his place again next time.
