Silke (2/5): Beste Lage - für den Zustand viel zu teuer. - Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte in einem Schließfach und war sehr einfach. Sehr guter Service. Das Personal war freundlich bei der Anmeldung und bei Abreise. Die Lage der Wohnung ist besonders schön, direkt an der Uferpromenade mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist, in einem Wort, heruntergerockt! Der Zustand der Möbel und der Armaturen ist beklagenswert. So fällt eine Küchenklappe aus ihrem Scharnier, braucht die Kaffeemaschin unerklärliche 45 min für 4 Tassen Kaffee, blättert am Wasserhahn im Gästebad die Chrombeschichtung ab, funktioniert die Toillettenspülung im Hauptbad nicht, haben die Tischdecken uralte Kaffeflecken, funktioniert der Staubsauger und das Licht im Gästebad nicht, die Matraze in einem Schlafzimmer war mehr als durchgelegen und die Sitzflächen der Stühle sind verschmutzt. Brauchbare Weingläser haben wir uns selbst gekauft. Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht leider nicht dem geforderten Preis. Die Wohnung bedarf einer dringenden und gründlichen Sanierung.
