Guest Reviews
- Rosa (10/5): - The host made us feel very welcome, the heater was already on, it was a freezing and rainy day, so it was very thoughtful. Very clean, comfortable beds, cosy. The bathtub was "awesome", my son's opinion and mine too. Next time I think we'll book a few nights not just one. Thank you to the host for making us feel like home
- Scott (10/5): A great place to stay while visiting Queenstown. - The cottage was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. A good location too.
- Ray (8/5): great - We ate out but the food left for our use was good. loved tge coffee machine but not the decaf.

- Isabel (10/5): Excellent - Very well equipped, excellent layout, very clean. The big standout was the essential food items available. Nothing.

- Michael (10/5): Everything you need in an art nouveau setting - A lot of space to unwind. All the facilities you need including washing machine and dryer. A perfect set up for a family (2 kids). The furniture and art were amazing, very chic. There was even a 50's and 60's record collection with some of the greats, and a record player of course. Was very happy with the accommodation, will bring my wife and kids next time to ride on the wilderness railway (about a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk. There was also a path up the hil above the house with an observation platform and bench seat...from here I watched the sun set over the hills on the other side of the valley, it was spectacular.
- Shane (10/5): Excellent value for money stay and extremely well presented… - Excellent presentation, great house to stay at.. owners extremely helpful..

- Kim (10/5): What a lovely surprise to find such an exceptional property - So many things provided, very responsive and helpful host, exceptionally clean and good location. A bonus having a washer and dryer Nothing not to like. The host had clearly put a lot of thought and care in to their property
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Everything
- Steve (10/5): Fantastic holiday house! - There is nothing not to like! Conlan Springs Cottage is awesome! It's evident that a lot of love has gone into the furnishing of the Cottage and the facilities provided. It's very spacious, with a great sized lounge room/dining/kitchen area, a big bathroom with a beautiful bath, 2 bedrooms, and a reception area! A capsule coffee machine and milk frother, bread and condiments for breakfast completes the kitchen. A full sized ironing board, great iron, and a washing machine and dryer complete the facilities.
The rear garden is great, not your normal, boring, flat grassy area, but rocky, with beautiful plants and a lovely seating area (it reminded us of our home).
The main bedroom bed was very comfortable.
Keep an eye out for Pete's frogs (not live) hidden around the property.
Pete's communication and care during a nearby bushfire whilst we were there was exceptional.
We loved our stay here, and wish that we could have stayed longer.
We will be back!
- Stephen (9/5): Very comfortable. Peter was agreat host and easily to contact. - Spacious and well stocked for continental breakfasts. Great laundry facilaties. Family of four easily accomodated. No concerns

- Sudhakar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb - The house had all we needed. The pantry supplies were generous. We loved the red couch and the record player. We didn't like the smell of the air freshener.
- Meet (10/5): Exceptional - Attention to detail
- Michael (10/5): Excellent cottage, great ambience loved the record player. - All excellent, loved the record player. Need a shower mat or someone will get hurt.
- Marco (9/5): Comfortable and quiet stay in Queenstown - The location was great. The house had good heating and the Telstra dongle had pretty reliable internet. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, there was food to use in the pantry and a few snacks. The property was very clean and the bathroom was good. The breakfast provisions were a bit disappointing. No milk provided and no eggs. Canned spaghetti as an alternative doesn't cut it. However, the pantry had other stuff we could use which made up for it. Warning to future potential bookers: although it is a whole house, there are no laundry facilities. We knew this before booking, but just letting others know. The price tag was a little high compared to similar accommodations we experienced this trip.
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Spacious, clean house with lovely views. The queen bed mattress was a bit too hard for me.
- Henk (8/5): Very good - The house was very nice, great location well equipped with the essentials No laundry but that was not a deal breaker by any means still a good place to stay
- Basanta (8/5): Very good -

- Michael (10/5): A great home away from home. Wish we could have packed it up and taken it around Tassie with us! - House was really well set up with everything you'd need except a washing machine and dryer. The decor was really bright and funky. Loved the big red lounge and huge bath.Nice and quiet.
- Michael (10/5): This little cottage should be called the Tardis! It looks small from the outside but is huge on the inside. The heatin - Easy to find, spotlessly clean, warm & cosy. No complaints or suggestions for improvement.
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about this cottage. Beautiful decor, very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need.
- Mary (9/5): Wish we could have stayed longer - It felt like a comfortable family shack . Had everything and more that we needed Nothing

The bath was so relaxing.
The “frogs” I’m sure have a story to tell!
The pictures up inside tell even more of a story, it was great looking at the old photos.

- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -

I recommend this as a lovely place to stay.
- Van (8/5): Cosy and comfortable - Nice updated property. Great bath, bed comfortable, well set up kitchen for cooking if needed. Good space. Nothing really that we did not like, however we were wondering what constitutes a continental breakfast, maybe more description is needed?
- Simon (10/5): Great place to stay - Location No washing machine
- Wendy (10/5): made for a memorable weekend - every thing was provided
- Merri (10/5): Insufficient superlatives to describe this gem of a house. - Beautifully decorated with top brand appliances. Excellent quality bed linen and doonas. Loved the wooden storage/music cupboards. Tranquil backyard backing straight onto forest and a cute little stream from spring. Needs heating in the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic, could be stretched to some eggs and bacon.
- Valerie (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): BATHROOM SUPERB BUT A FAIR WALK TO AMENITIES - A LOAF OF BREAD BETWEEN 3 FOR 3 DAYS, NOT ENOUGH BUTTER , INSUFFICIENT JAM. AND SUGAR. SO WENT OUT AND BOUGHT OUR OWN THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A POOR DISCRIPTION AND BEING ON A ROAD THAT SEEMED TO BE USED A LOT EARLY MORNING MEANT AN EARLY WAKE UP CALL
- Reece (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Lovely little cottage with everything you need. Very comfortable. Would stay again. - The property was very clean and very comfortable.
- Reid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ernie (10/5): Very comfortable cottage with retro decorations - Very comfortable cottage with cute retro decorations. Good location, easy to access and park. Nothing. It was all lovely
- Ingles (10/5): Exceptional - First time using Airbab .If all are as good as this we will be very pleased. Beautifuly furnished not much more to say. LOVED IT
- Elise (10/5): Absolute delight. - Nicely renovated, quirky and imaginative furnishings. Lovely bathroom including large bath. Extra touches went above and beyond as we were left all the makings of a continental breakfast, great coffee, tea etc. Nothing.
