• Deanna (10/5): A gorgeous, spacious, modern villa with excellent facilities. - We had the most amazing, relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. As soon as we entered the property, our expectations were exceeded. Our host was lovely. He greeted us with the keys and provided us with a tour of the property. He gave us some complimentary wine. He allowed us to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated. He also offered us help and advice during our stay. The outdoor space was vast and lovely. The pool was a substantial size and warm temperature. The rooftop was a sun trap. It was amazing for taking photos, bathing in the hot tub and relaxing. The kitchen was fitted with modern appliances and had ample pots, pans, crockery, utensils, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean, tidy and presentable. Additional facilities that we took advantage of included hairdryers, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a dishwasher and Smart TV. The location was stunning. It is right beside the beach, nestled in the peaceful town of Palm Mar. There are bars, restaurants, minimarts, ATMs, a bank and a gym, all within walking distance of the villa. It was quick and easy to get a taxi to local attractions, such as Las Americas, Los Christianos and Siam Park. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa. Perhaps there could have been a shaded area on the rooftop.

• Mohammed (1/5): STAY AWAY- NOT Luxury at all - The location was good. Unfortunately one of the main reasons for booking this Villa was the heated pool. When we arrived the host stated the motor heating the pool was broken and he couldn't do anything about it. We did advise him that had he advised us if this beforehand we would have cancelled the booking, but he wasn't interested. In addition the bedrooms and the flat in the outbuilding all had signs of major damp, as plaster had bubbled and was falling off the walls. The furniture was worn out and coming apart in places. The hottub was dirty with cover falling apart. Pure Luxury I am sure. All in all very unsatisfactory especially considering the amount of monies paid. After repeatedly requesting compensation the host agreed to refund monies but to date despite assurances and fake pictures of payments being made no payment has been forthcoming. Booking.com have also been absolutely useless as despite photographic evidence being provided they state they cannot pay the compensation or intervene without the Hosts permission, which is absolutely ludicrous as they were happy enough to take the payment. So all in all very poor service. STAY AWAY!
