• Olga (3/5): - Расположение и доступность метро Это помещение над магазином, а не квартира. Нет посуды для готовки (сковорода, кастрюля). Шум от дороги. Ночью был шум от разговоров или с улицы или от соседей. Хозяин был груб в разговоре. Инструкции по заселению были не понятны, поскольку фотографии не прошли в сообщении, а хозяин грубо и раздраженно отвечал на мои вопросы. Адрес аппартамента не соответствует. Адрес указан многоквартирного дома, а по факту - это адрес помещения над магазином DM. Поэтому сложно было найти без конкретных указаний - где это находится.
• Елена (7/5): - Местоположението е много добро, Арена 8888 е на пешеходна разстояние, близо има станция на метрото. Леглото беше удобно. Може да се направи снимка отвън, на сградата, или да се уточни, че студиото се намира до ДМ, тъй като навигацията не те води до точния адрес, никъде няма надписи за улица и номер. Мисля, че е почти задължително да има кафе машина. Поне навсякъде, където сме отсядали, има. Имаше какво да се желае и по отношение на чистотата.

• Златомир (9/5): - Имаше места в близост за паркиране. Нямаше проблеми относно взимане на ключовете при много късно настаняване дори. Добра подова настилка и нормални екстри за цената си. Дори и бойлера беше включен предварително, като гледам предните коментари не е бил. За мен най-неприятното нещо е да си удариш няколко пъти главата при ползване на тоалетната, защото бойлера е монтиран точно над тоалетната чиния. И второ - нямаше интернет, свърва се, дава удивителна. И затова оценката няма как да е 10!

Well equipped. Clear and precise instructions for check in and check out. As recommendation-microwave oven would be useful.

The pillows were too high and uncomfortable.

• Eleftheria (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα αν και μικρό είναι βολικό και διαθέτει κουζίνα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πολύ καλή. Είναι κοντά στο μετρό με αποτέλεσμα να είσαι σύντομα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Επίσης είναι κοντά σε φαρμακείο, σουπερμάρκετ και σε μαγαζιά με φαγητό. Ήμασταν 4 άτομα, 2 στο κρεβάτι και 2 στον καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Όταν φτάσαμε είδαμε ότι το σεντόνι που μας άφησαν για να στρώσουμε τον καναπέ ήταν πολύ κοντό με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να στρώσουμε όλη την επιφάνειά του. Επικοινωνήσαμε με τον οικοδεσπότη αλλά δεν μας έφερε άλλο. Επίσης είχαμε πρόβλημα με το WiFi, παρόλο που ο κωδικός ήταν σωστός δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο.

• PRUNIER (1/5): Pas de clés, nous n'avons pas eu le logement !!!! - Il n'y avait pas les clés dans le boîtier, nous avons trouvé porte-close et n'avons jamais plus entrer dans le logement. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a renvoyé vers un autre logement à 10 minutes, qui était insalubre.

• Георги (6/5): Удобен апартамент - Чудесна и лесно достъпна локация, добре уреден достъп до апартамента, доста просторен В банята нямаше и капка сапун в предвидения за това диспенсър, нито какъвто и да било друг измивен продукт. Наложи се насред взимането на душ да разглобявам диспенсъра в кухнята, за да пресипя сапун в банята. Считам това за грубо безхаберие спрямо гостите. Допълнителна необходимост е да има повече от 1 кърпа, която няма как да стигне и за къпане, и за ръце, лице.

• Petrenj (5/5): Dobra lokacija i miran kraj - Lokacija je dobra i lako je pronaći smestaj. Uputstva za ulazak u stan su bila jednostava i precizna. Smestaj je bio uredan i čist. U stanu nije bilo moguce konektovati se na njihov internet. U kupatilu nije bilo sapuna i stanodavac nije odgovarao na poruke.

• Anna (8/5): - The location is ideal, close to metro, shops, restaurants. Easy to get in and out. First of all, it said there should be possibility to ironyour clothes, but there wasn't. There wasn't not a one kettle, only one cup for coffee etc. We asked if the owner could bring us a iron and a kettle and later he did, thanks for that. We stayed a week, so we needed these things. The apartment could be cleaner, but unfortunately I think it's clean enough with Bulgarian standard. After all we enjoyed our stay in Sofia.

• Alan (7/5): Na krótki pobyt ok - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra i komunikacji miejskiej. Darmowy parking przy budynku. Odpowiednia wielkość dla trzy lub cztero osobowej rodziny. Pomocni właściciele/zarzadzajacy Niestety mieszkanie nie było wystarczająco dobrze posprzątane przed naszym pobytem, szczególnie łazienka. Udogodnienia są bardzo podstawowe.
• Иванела (10/5): - Студиото е разположено на комуникативно място - близо до метростанция и само на 10 минути с кола от летището (което беше удобно за нашия престой). В същото време районът е сравнително тих през нощта. Настаняването беше ясно обяснено и изключително улеснено. Пространството е просторно, комфортно и добре оборудвано. Определено препоръчваме студиото и бихме отседнали отново! Бяха оставени 2 кърпи, въпреки че резервацията ни беше за 3-ма души, но това не е "съществен" проблем.

• Olga (8/5): Отличный апартамент. На короткий срок обязательно остановлюсь еще. - Отличное место расположение! 5 минут от метро. Рядом супермаркет, лавки с овощами/фруктами! Чистая квартира с приятной обстановкой. Хост отвечает быстро и по делу. Не хватило небольшой кастрюли на кухне. Было всего два полотенца, кухонных не было совсем. Хотелось бы дополнительно одеяло и фен.

• Plamen (7/5): Good - We forgot a women's shirt and a women's denim jacket in the apartment. When we called to ask the owner about them. He told us that the cleaning lady had not told him anything about forgotten items. Without asking if he could help her ask whether she had found or not, the cleaning lady. Disinterested attitude that does not make a good impression.

• V. (7/5): Clean place. - The cleanliness. I know it's a very new building. I hope they provide a kitchen towel, dish soap, and washing machine tablets/ liquid. Body wash in the shower. Few 3 in 1 coffee sachets with sugar. I have travel well and with this price structure the above things should be avaliable for the guest. Travelled 47 countries, and I found it very strange that they have not provided basic things like I mentioned. I hope the owners take it to consideration.

• Peter (10/5): Good - Location and easy access. Well parking at 11 in the evening was challenging as there was no available space near the property but it is normal for Sofia. The sofa can be refreshed with a new sofa.

• Petr (4/5): A sole bad experience with acommodation booked through booking.com. - That apartment house was relatively new and one of the best in the area. It was very close to bus station and grocery store. No host was present on provided address upon my arrival. I called phone number provided by Booking.com page and I was told that a mistake has happened. I had to go elsewhere, to other housing facility operated by the same provider, about 3 km away. The room was much smaller than that advertised on Booking. com page. There was no table, no trash bin, no soap. Bathroom was very simple. It was in the fifth floor, no noise came from the street but, in general, the inside corridor was very noisy at night, including night shouting, dog barking, cry, etc. It was kind of student dormitory rather than apartment shown on web page. Location is in a somewhat underdeveloped area compared to other parts of the city. The original property, advertised on Booking.com was even worse, at least from outside.
