• Jessica (10/5): - É a segunda vez que me hispedo no Miami House, gosto muito dali. Possui o melhor custo benefício de Miami. Vc pode cozinhar, e a localização é ótima, perto da calle olho, em little Havana. Perto de restaurantes, bares,farmácias,supermercados, etc... Diogo,Paula, e os demais funcionários foram muito legais e solícitos. Me senti em casa. Obrigada por tudo. Até breve! Tudo estava ótimo.
• Jessica (10/5): - A Localização é ótima, pertinho da calle 8, no bairro Little Havana. Tem supermercado, restaurantes, lavanderia,ponto de ônibus,farmácia, tudo perto. O Hostel é ótimo, dá pra cozinhar. Diogo, Paula, e os demais funcionários foram muito legais e prestativos. É a segunda vez que me hospedo lá, melhor preço, e custo- benefício de Miami. Recomendo!

EL 10 Y ELLOS LA TOMARON PARA EL SABADO 12 Y TUVE QUE PAGAR $80 MAS POR LLEGAR EL DIA Y LA HORA INDICADA. 2DO. TIENE UN PERSONAL TAN DETESTABLE que no tiene ni ETICA NI ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE PARA SABER DIRIGIRSE, LO CUAL ESE MISMO DIA VIERNES POR LA MAÑANA. PEDIMOS SI SE PODIA CANCELAR LA RESERVACIÓN HE INDICARON QUE NO Y DECIDIMOS SALIRNOS Y NO AGUANTAR ESE TIPO DE PERSONAL. NOS SALIMOS VIERNES A LAS 10 AM Y LA RESERVA ESTABA HASTA EL DOMINGO 12. • Mark (9/5): - Location it was very close to Lone Depot Park which is where the Marlins play and right in Little Havana close to all the restaurants. Parking was very difficult you had to park inside of Walt area where only three cars could fit and only two places on the street

• Oleida (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the reliable and welcoming staff, the cleanliness and freshness of the space since cleaning is done daily, the mindfulness of the other guests, and the comfortable bed. I also absolutely loved the location of the house. It’s only a couple of blocks from "Calle 8", which are streets that are filled with life, music, positive vibes and beautiful art galleries. I got to meet interesting artists and other locals during my strolls. In the house, staff are available 24 hours, which makes you feel even safer. The house also provides working spaces for your laptop for professionals who work remotely. I highly recommend this space for professionals, artists, and travelers. 10/10! Thank you Miami House!

• Ana Carolina (3/5): - Great location, you can walk to bars and restaurants Only two bathrooms at the main house, but clean enough. On our second stay, we had beds at the second house… worst accommodation we had ever experienced. Everything was covered in dust from the construction work (renovations I assume), and the only bathroom shower didn’t have hot water and had mold on the window. We were given the option to shower at the main house but it was a hassle. The AC unit in the only bedroom at the second house was a very loud window unit that left some people freezing, depending on your bed.

Careless owner and customer service. - Vomit and spit was at the entrance outside... and then you can smell smoke from outside the house as you walk up to the door. People are smoking everything in this place... it smelled like weed but I also smelled saliva and tobacco smoke. The male guests cough and spit everywhere. You will have to wear a mask. And watch out for vomit. Crackheads, potheads and the mentally ill walking around fast up on you. If you are a woman beware, one of the men walked up fast behind me as I was trying to enter and said f*ck you and walked away. Booking.com said I could check in at 12am but when I arrived, no one was there to let me in. I contacted the number on the door and the person on WhatsApp said I was not allowed to enter even though someone on Booking.com confirmed I could. I tried to get them to let me in for one hour and they said I had to come back at 2pm. So if you make a reservation through Booking.com just know whatever time Booking has for your check-in is wrong... very unprofessional and dirty hostel. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend anyone stay here at all period.

• Ariel (7/5): Affordable hostel with breakfast in Little Havana- Excellent staff - Great friendly personal! Diogo and Polly are very friendly and helpful. There is also a good mood in the hostel, specially in the kitchen. It's nice to have a breakfast, which includes toast, jam, peanut butter, milk and cereals. Bedroom was ok, I appreciate having 2 pillows. Location also convenient, in the Little Havana It has to improve cleaning, specially of the floors. First day I've found out the sheets hadn't been changed, but the staff quickly solved the issue. Breakfast unfortunately starts late, at 9:30, so some days I missed it.

• Elisabet (5/5): Para pasar una noche - Se puede llegar en bus, aunque hay que hacer transbordo y la información en internet del segundo bus no es clara, hay que tomar el trolley. La zona es animada. El desayuno comienza demasiado tarde. La sabana bajera tenía manchas, supongo que estaban lavadas y que esas manchas no se iban pero... Dos personas estuvieron toda la noche roncando, se que son cosas difíciles de controlar pero yo no pude dormir. Un baño exterior, por lo que si estaba ocupado por mucho tiempo, cosa que ocurrió, tenías que entrar a otro que estaba dentro de otra habitación. Había un ruido casi constante, no se si del aire acondicionado o de alguna maquina.

• Maria (10/5): - 100/100 I always have an excellent 👌🏾 stay at Miami house located in Little Havana miami, Florida. The household is spectacularly clean. They accept classy and educated people on the property. Free European breakfast daily. It is also located in a small touristic area. The staff takes care of you well. You can create lifelong friendships staying at the hostel. Nightclubs, museums, pharmacies, bars ECT... Every walking distance to feel the future of Cuba in Miami, Florida laundromats located on the property, a small patio garden with a living room. There are no Steelers here when it comes to most hostels in Florida . The price has the value of your stay.

Everything is impeccable at this particular hostel.

The location is in the touristy stuff so you don’t have to walk a lot. It wasn’t very clean. It seems like the last time they cleaned the rooms and bathroom was weeks ago because it was very messy and there were a lot of items left behind by previous tenants.
