• Slimane (10/5): Excellent - Excellente qualité-prix, incroyable de trouver un appartement aussi bien pour un prix raisonnable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, et la communication était également excellente. Franchement, je recommande les yeux fermés pour une nuit, voire quelques nuits, sans aucun problème. Le lieu était très calme. La propriétaire n’y peut rien, mais la route avant d’arriver au logement présente quelques nids-de-poule, rien d’insurmontable.
• Deniss (10/5): Great room for the money - Excellent room in this price range. The hostess was responsive. We arrived later than expected – no problem. She waited for us, gave us the keys, and brought us the missing towels and blankets. We loved everything. The hob is a bit weak, it took forever to boil water in the pan :) I would also like a few more mugs for a group of 4 people.

The hosts were super friendly, they even came and picked me up after seeing me on the camera. Honestly very pleasant experience and would recommend to everyone. The room was super clean and very modern. No complaints whatsoever. The service and friendliness were outstanding and really made me feel at ease immediately. The room was immaculate and the service was more than you could ask for.
• Helene (10/5): Viel Gastfreundschaft am Stadtrand von Vlora - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist so herzlich und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wir haben Kaffee und hausgemachtes Gebäck bekommen. Die Familie wohnt selbst im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Kinder durften die Spielsachen der Familie benutzen und es wurde auch zusammen gespielt. Das Zimmer war neu, modern und sehr sauber. Parken konnte man direkt vorm Haus. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich ums Eck. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gab keine Messer, keine Geschirrtücher nur eine Tasse und keinen Wasserkocher. Auf Nachfrage hätte man aber sicherlich alles von der Gastgeberin bekommen können. Die Lage ist am Stadtrand und mitten in einer Wohnsiedlung. Man kann nicht auf direktem Weg zum Strand laufen und fährt besser mit dem Auto. Die Zufahrt erfolgt zum Teil auf nicht geteerten Wegen.

La terrasse et la machine à laver sont un vrai plus L’hote est d'une gentillesse et d'une générosité sans pareil dans ses attentions. L’appartement est en cours d’équipement mais au vu du prix et de la serviabilité de l’hote ce n’est pas un problème!

• Eshan Dias (1/5): Overall it is a decent place. Only with a vehicle and if you are alone - It was cheap. Apartment was big so enough room to keep all your belongings. It is a new build so everything looks new and nice. Apartment key was on the door on arrival as said on the message. This place can be turned into a really good place but the owner needs to do a lot of work. The location on the booking.com was different to the actual location. Do check on google maps for GREISON vacation house for the correct location. Only 1 small thin blanket was given for a very cold night. there was no duvet. there were 2 of us only 1 towel was provided. The bathroom shower was not draining fast enough and the bathroom floor was not properly done so all the shower water was over flown to the room. No WiFi password provided. There was a A/C but no remote was given so we couldn't turn up and heat the room. There was no mention on how to provide the fee. So i had to create a link for a payment and send to the owner via WhatsApp.

• Anna (10/5): - The proprietress was very nice and helpful and gave us tips what to see in Vlore in the area. She also gave us delicious oranges straight from the tree and prepared a christmas tree.
• irem (8/5): Calm and clean place - It was super super clean. And owner was very helpful and friendly. It was quiet and calm. We came in winter, but they said 5 euro for a day for air conditioning. It wasn't informed before. There wasn't washing machine in the room even if booking say they have washing machine. But we didn't ask it maybe they have.

The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! The neighbours gave us some mandarins from their garden! Would be nice to have a water squeegee in the bathroom to clean the water after the shower.

• D. (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberin, uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen! Ausstattung ist neu, die Betten sind bequem. Man kann auf dem Balkon frühstücken und Sonnenaufgang genießen. Abends gibt es draußen viele Mücken, das ist aber Natur und kein Mangel.

The house has a beautiful and above all, the owners were incredibly welcoming. They invited us for tea as soon as we arrived, and when we left, they bid us farewell with some sweets. We will definitely be back!

• Elmar (8/5): - Man konnte zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu diversen guten Restaurants gelangen sowie zum Supermarkt. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Man wohnt eher etwas laendlich. Vermieterin total nett und wirklich sehr bemüht alle Wuensche zu erfüllen. War alles gut.
