• Rahmani (4/5): Great location and venue, but more attention to detail needed to the property - The facilities at the venue and the beds were comfortable - The fridge/ freezer was not working, spoilt our meat! (This was not mentioned) - The sofas were extremely dirty. - Spotted a few drain flies - The quilt in the main bedroom was stained

• Munira (1/5): If you want to waste your money this is the place not happy with the service - During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The blankets provided were not clean, which was particularly troubling given the cold weather. Additionally, the floor was not cleaned properly. Upon checkout, the cleaner who arrived was extremely rude. As we were trying to take our luggage out in heavy rain, the cleaner threw out a religious prayer mat that is very important to us. I was shocked by this behavior. As she arrived she didn’t even ask to enter and my mum was in toiled she knocked the doors so badly she got scared she was using toilet at that time and my mum cancer Patient we brought her here to relax her mind form hospitals but the trauma she’s going is undescribable am taking her to hospital tomorrow She started throwing everything out… we were all out but we were trying to clean the kitchen… it was so heavy rain we were waiting for rain to stop so we could put everything in car.. we have travelled a lot but this is the worse experience we have had… This experience has left me very disappointed, and I am certain this will be my first and last stay with Saint George Basin. Also the lady who came to clean was screaming and everyone got shocked..

It was very well maintained and clean, very co - Convenient location - only a few minutes drive to the shops and multiple beaches around. The properly is well maintained - clean and comfortable. Good ambience. We felt at home. The games room such as pool table and table tennis kept the big kids and us adults entertained. N/A
