• Basilio (4/5): NO ACTO PARA IR EN FAMILIA - No me gustó nada La zona donde esta,lleno de callejones y es una zona conflictiva y no tenía buena pinta,fue mi marido con mi hija de 10 años y del miedo de la zona,no se quedaron 15m en el apartamento, yo creo que si van con niños deberían de informar un poco más ( así que dinero tirado a la basura) porque Aver que pasa por allí a las 1:30 de la madruga después de un concierto

• Raffaela (7/5): Tipica casetta di Almeria - Casa ai piedi dell'Alcazaba, immersa nei vicoli delle casette colorate. Buona posizione, a mezz'ora a piedi dalla stazione e dai bus ma ben collegata con i mezzi. La casa era accogliente e funzionale, con tutto il necessario. Purtroppo una puzza di fogna importante m appena entri in casa ma ci fai un po' l'abitudine dopo qualche minuto in casa e non dà più fastidio.

• Kristian (9/5): Lovely and genuine flat in excellent location for a very fair price. - What a lovely and cosy flat! Located in an old and genuin quarter in a typical small Spanish town house, the accommodation is painted in bright colours and decorated with lots of love. Excellent location, very close to the Castle and the town center. Communication was excellent as well and the lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. Anytime again, highly recommended! It was a bit loud on the streets with music and kids playing football. But that’s part of the business if you stay in a genuine neighbourhood! So it didn’t really bother me.
• Prieto del Pico (9/5): Perfecta ubicación, limpio y acogedor - La ubicación, pegado a la Alcazaba y al centro histórico. Los sillones muy cómodos. La limpieza. La cama y el sofá, muy incómodos. Faltan cojines para el sofá. La puerta de entrada al apartamento es insegura e indiscreta.

• Blanca (8/5): Mejorable - Que estaba cerca del centro Las instalaciones le hace falta un buen lavado de cara y mejorar la decoración (flores de plástico, un pañuelo de cuadro….). Mejorar los desagües que suenan un montón y huele a alcantarilla.

• Antonietta (10/5): Perfect for my 10 days trip. I have loved staying here! - Hosts have been so friendly and very attentive, they even provided me with a beach umbrella to make sure I was comfortable enough in the heat. Eric's suggestions about the places to visit have been much appreciated. The flat was very cosy, compact, had everything I needed, totally comfortable and it was spotless. The location is very quiet and safe, perfect for visiting the historic quarter of Almeria, literally just a few steps away from the Alcazaba. The bed was fine, however, I could feel the mattress springs at times. It hasn't affected my sleep though. There is no washing machine, the flat is very compact, there's simply no room for it.

Just that the bathroom had a bit of a smell from the drains but having lived near this area previously I can safely say that a lot of properties in that area have the same problem. Not really a complaint- just a heads up for anyone looking to stay!
• Pamela (6/5): Ok for a brief stay - Good size rooms Bathroom drains had a strong odour which was unpleasant. Very noisy and strong smell of cannabis around the area every day. Parking was difficult and quite a distance from the property
