• Mark (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Mailand. - Tiefgarage, schöne Wohnung, schön eingerichtet. Kilmaanlage. Supermarkt und Haltestelle Straßenbahn um die Ecke. Das Schlafsofa ist etwas durchgelegen. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt.

• Weiss (7/5): Preisleistung ist gut, Gastgeber zuvorkommend, Location ist OK, Garage nicht für jedes Auto geeignet - Die Unterkunft ist sehr preiswert und hat dafür eine gute Ausstattung. Die Gastgebet sind sehr zuvorkommend. Es hat in der nähe auch gute Supermärkte und eine Tramhaltestelle. Die Unterkunft lieht etwa 25mim mit dem ÖV vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Garage ist sehr eng und Steil für ein etwas tieferes Auto ungeeignet (hatte schon bei unserem Angst). Zudem ist die Garage sehr eng, aber mit mehrfach rangieren geht es.

• Sandra (4/5): Ein Bett zum Schlafen mit eigener Toilette - als mehr diente es mir leider nicht. - Die Lage war gut: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von einer Tram-Haltstelle, die dann auch wiederum nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Dom braucht. Gut erreichbarer, freundlicher Kundendervice via WhatsApp (Sara). Ausstattung: Die Möbel waren alle äußerst verlebt, lädiert und vermacht, Nachttische sind Bastenkästen ohne Platte o. Ä. drauf - also nicht putzbar, die Wände ebenfalls viele Flecken, Schrammen, sogar rausgebrochener Putz… Hatte leider den Charme einer Bruchbude. Sauberkeit: Auch ein großes Manko. Das Bett war frisch überzogen, weswegen ich dort blieb und es als bloße Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sah. Ansonsten war ich wirklich stark enttäuscht! Mit gutem Licht scheinen Fotos leicht manipulierbar zu sein. Die schwarze Ecken im Bad, der Heizkörper steht vor Dreck, Schimmel an der Decke, in den Fliesenfugen und den Rändern der Badewanne, die Teller sind nicht ganz sauber und da blättert die Farbe ab, nur benutzte, vermachte Geschirrputzschwämmchen zur Verfügung (hatte Gott sei Dank meine eigenen dabei), Kühlschrank auch nicht sauber und mit dem Freezer schon seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr abgetaut worden,... Geschirrspüler nicht nutzbar, weil kein Geschirrspültab o. -Flüssigkeit vorhanden. Garage: Trotz Antwort des Kundendienstes bei den Kundenfragen zum Thema Dachbox, (anscheinend aufgrund missverstandener oder fehlübersetzter Frage, naja) passte mein Auto mit 2,10m Höhe NICHT in die Garage. Ich musste also draußen an der Straße parken und hatte Glück, dass noch ein Parkplatz frei war über Nacht.

• Sokrat (6/5): Rude host - Good location, parking available Doesn’t look like the photos at all, there was a bad smell in the apartment, when I contacted host, he was like can you explain what “smell” its like I was lying to him 🤣, then he was like I was there earlier there was no “smell” I only asked if there’s anything to be done and he was being fussy, I asked for air freshener and he was like its already freshened. Very passive aggressive.
• anna maria (9/5): Posizione comoda e tranquilla - Siamo stati solo una notte quindi abbiamo avuto poche pretese, la zona era comoda poiché vicinissima ai magazzini generali. Il garage utilissimo (state solo attenti che l’auto non sia troppo lunga,a nostra di 4,3m c’è stata giusta giusta. Zona tranquilla e appartamento pulito. Avrei fatto più attenzione alla pulizia in alcuni punti, nulla di grave, però gli utensili che abbiamo usato abbiamo dovuto rilavarli con cura prima di usarli poiché presentavano aloni giallastri (caffè o altro). Unica nota “negativa” per il resto tutto bene

• Roberto (7/5): Very good but need a little more attention - Spacious, with kitchen, washing machine, private secluded parking (even though a bit “short”), personnel always available on the phone. Decent price all considered. This is when the dozens of exceptional reviews create a great expectation but….; don’t get me wrong: it is a nice apartment but everything is a bit dated: scratched walls, mould in the bathroom tiles, signs of wear and tear in many areas, in the bathroom the fan is actually held by the electric wires and I found hair in the bathtub.

• Robert (6/5): Saubarkeit, Hundekot, Ausstattung - Mit circa 25 Minuten mit dem Tram/Metro bis zum Dom ist die Lage super. Ich fand das Bett toll zum Schlafen. Auf den Bildern sieht die Wohnung gemütlicher und sauberer aus als die tatsächlich ist. Vor dem Haupteingang voller Hundekot. Vermutmlich von der Nachbarin (im selben Gebäude) die 3 Hunde hat. Saubarkeit und Küchenaustattung sind nicht ganz Toll.

• Annalisa (8/5): Perfetto per la mia esigenza e a 15 minuti dal centro - Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il mio posto di lavoro. Check in facilissimo e grandissima disponibilità da parte degli host. Soggiorno davvero confortevole e ottimale per le mie esigenze.

• Patricia (7/5): It was a good stay minus the smell. - The property was clean and spacious. The apartment felt very safe for a solo traveler. It was ground floor and gated. There were also screens on the windows which is nice to keep bugs out. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke even though it says it is a nonsmoking property. That smell lasted the three days I was there. There could have been more cookware. There was just one metal pot.

• Maria (10/5): Отлично съотношение цена - качество - Локацията беше добра, в близост до спирки на автобус, трамвай и метро. Леглото беше много удобно, беше топличко, помещенията достатъчно просторни. Наблизо има кафене, от което може да си вземете кафе и закуска, супермаркет също. В апартамента има оставени чадъри, които влязоха в употреба. Има строеж в непосредствена близост, апартамента е на приземния етаж и когато минават хора и си говорят се чува. Би било полезно да има дамски принадлежности, както са сложили сешоар, ако имаше пинсета щеше да е супер.

Prywatny garaż jest atutem, ale auto typu SUV nie wchodzi więc musi być otwarty. Brakowało kawy i herbaty na start. Łazienka wymaga już remontu. Zdjęcia oferty zmodyfikowane przez profesjonalistę. Mieszkanie nie wygląda tak luksusowo jak na zdjęciach. Na tarasie nie jest tak romantycznie. Za ścianą sąsiedzi mają hałaśliwe psy szczekające w nocy a rano czasami dochodzą dźwięki z okolicznej budowy.

• Zinayida (7/5): Good - The property is small but sufficient for a small family. It was very clean and situated very well, not far from the center but at the same time in a quiet location. There isn’t unfortunately a great view from the windows but for a short stay it may not be a priority. The most important for us was that the place is quiet, clean, close to facilities and easy to enter with a duo stroller. So, we are satisfied)).

Private parking was easy to access and safe, being just 50m away from the property entrance. Windows are facing the street so you might have a privacy issue if you want to keep your blinds open and lights on during the night.

Excellent instructions on how to get there and how to park the car in the garage. Thank you for providing a crib for the baby. The owner answered all questions. Excellent Wi Fi. Netflix included. It is a pity that the apartment is not cleaned on a regular basis. Dust everywhere. In the kitchen, on the shelves. There was hair in the toilet and bidet. Dust in the bathroom and very dirty floor. We changed several pairs of socks a day because they became dirty. At 7:30 the sounds of construction began, which is located opposite the house. So I think those who like to sleep long in the morning will not be comfortable in the next months.

• Shanny (8/5): Wonderful and surprisingly restful stay. - The location, near tramway line which took us directly to Duomo sites. Close to good restaurants and also shops for grocery shopping. The neighbourhood maybe still under construction now, with mega projects underway, but it is a fairly quiet one in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable for us, although it might be a bit small if the person is big in size. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We also appreciate the onsite parking. The garage box was a tad short in depth, we had a slightly longer car, for us to close the box door properly, but no problem as it is a rather safe parking. That it gets very foggy and walls were wet in the bathroom. It seems that bathroom ventilation wasn't working very well. Other than this minor issue, everything was very good!

• Agnieszka (6/5): We definitely won’t come back. - There was only cold water in the apartment and remained so despite reporting. Remained cold after it was reported that the issue was fixed. The apartment is really dark, coffee express was not working. No lights above the table were working. Opposite the building there is a building site and from 7am on Monday morning there are works going on. So not possible to open the window but works can be heard with windows closed anyway.
